Great place to get elite basketball training!! They have amazing trainers.

Great staff. Great prices.This is a basketball training facility for elementary through high school students. If you just want to try it out, they have group clinics for the kids on Saturday for 10 dollars.They have three levels for these clinics (beginner, intermediate, advanced) Beginner level is on a lower 8 foot hoop.The Saturday clinics are more general in nature. During the week, they have more specific clinics including dribbling, shooting, defense. You can also purchase individual coaching sessions.They offer package deals including unlimited group clinics during the month for under 200 dollars. My son has done that for the last month and a half. He has progressed significantly.

This place is nice and clean! The coaches are REAL basketball players, the best drills, better then ANY camps! Nice birthday event for a private party! WE love going on Saturdays Skills Class, also a plus if we want to stay for the next skills session,, no problem. The Skills Class is a drop in so no need to come every week or make an appointment, great for a busy schedule!!! We enjoy coming to Rockball!Thank you Jenn for creating a nice place where kids can enjoy this sport!

Rockball has been great for my son. The coaches are great. They understand how to approach training for kids. They make it fun for them also. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to get their child get trained in basketball.

Every coach is amazing. My son tells me it is his second home! I love the intensity, every time he brings a friend, they come back! Absolutely the best place for basketball!!!

Awesome facility. Clean, spacious, and all of the newest equipment. What really sets this place apart are the trainers. Dennis and Wayne knows the game but most important, they know how to train. A very specific attention to details and drills that works. They have done so much to help my daughter take her basketball skills to the next level.

Starting taking my 12 year old son about 3 weeks ago and his bball game has vastly improved. He went from getting little to no playing time on his youth league to starting in his first game. The training is great and your child will improve their hoop game!

This business is INCREDIBLE! The coaches and staff are super friendly and are always willing to help you get better. The coaches know so many skills and drills to improve your game.

Absolutely love the trainers. Dennis is amazing and really helped improve my daughters skills to a whole new level over the last couple years. Great drills, great shooting skills... I cant say enough good things about the trainers and facility.

As we were looking for something to help our daughter improve her basketball skills, we received information for Rockball Laboratory. This was such a blessing. Our daughter really enjoys both Coach Wayne and Coach Dennis. She feels comfortable with them. Her basketball game has only improved since training here four months ago. They are very patient and really know what skills to teach our daughter to take her to the next level. It is well worth it. Coaches Dennis and Wayne, we cant thank you enough!!

Coach Dennis is amazing and is so patient, definitely skilled, and knows how to break it down for easy learning and quick results!!His kindness and close attention to details reflects on your baller! Although it it still up to individual players to practice on their own, Rockball offers it all in one place, with all experienced coaches and instills hard work! Go Rockball!!!

My 11 year old son started doing private sessions at Rockball in January and we cannot be happier. All of the coaches and Jennifer are very welcoming, approachable, and knowledgable. My son has become more confident with himself and his skills. He looks forward to going every week. Coach Wayne works him hard in endurance and strength, yet also makes him smile! It has been well worth our money and time. We are so happy we found Rockball and looking forward to seeing our sons skills continue to progress.

We Love Rockball!Before Rockball I would take my 10 yr. old to the park or the gym and put him through drills I grew up doing… At the park we had to deal with weather elements and at the gym we could never get a basket to ourselves. I was introduced to Rockball in July, 2014 and they are beyond what I could show my son.In the past four months his game has improved dramatically. At first, Wayne and Dennis saw where he needed a lot of work on his ball handling and shooting. Now he can dribble, head-up with his right and left hand while in a crowd, and his overall confidence has shot way up. As for his shooting, it will always be a work in progress, but his free throw shooting percentage has gone from 50% to 80% with his AAU team.With this type of improvement in such a short time we will continue to work out at The Lab!Thank you Rockball Team!-Jeff

I’ve trained my kiddos since they could pick up the Rock so I’m picky ‘bout who trains ‘em! Coach Wayne, Jay, Tab & Moe..ALL solid! RB’s doing great things for the youth teaching the skills right!(well gotta watch Jay & his funky footwork maybe....I’m jk bwoy!!)...but seriously they’re ALL Paul Pierce!!!...& of course can’t 4get THE ROCK, J-(Hella)Mello..heck w/Khaled, SHE THE BEST!

I have been bringing my two sons to Rockball for about two months . The improvement they have made in this time is amazing. They absolutely look foward to training days with Wayne. I would highly recommend this training facility.

There is no better training facility in the county for your children to not only learn how to be better basketball players but also to gain confidence in themselves that will reward them in all activities. All of the coaches deeply care about their students and cater their training to individual needs. Progress comes at an alarming rate when you have coaches who can spot what a player needs and knows how to build that skill. We started with a Skillz session and a couple private lessons as well as group lessons and we kept going for more regularly and still do. And now my son grew his fundamentals to the point that he made his high school team despite being a very late starter. I cannot overstate how lucky we are to have such a facility in Sacramento and for any parent even considering investing in their childs basketball skills, this must be the first place you look. From AAU to Elementary to Junior High to High school, the skills needed to become a skilled player are a huge challenge and Rockball really has the staff to provide these essentials to great basketball. Please dont expect a typical hands off basketball camp like approach because these guys make you work and train hard. Obviously I cant say enough but hope my words can erase any doubt you may have of entertaining investing in your child to better their basketball skills with Rockball.
