Always friendly staff they are following the social Justin sing protocol and very accommodating. The only thing at this point due to covid-19 their stock is pretty low on certain items such as model paints and Yarns. However I love Michaels and I will continue to be a repeat customer!

I got items for my daughters solar system project

Always a cheerful aphnisphere. Having framing done. Sherwin has been there for years and very knowledgeable.

Lots of fun stuff for Easter and a good selection of craft supplies. Always look for an online coupon!

Good customer service. They were helpful if you had questions. Store was clean and they had tons of stuff for doing projects/crafts with kids.

I like this Michaels. The associates are very pleasant.

Always nice to look and get ideas.

Michaels is a diverse store that has all you need for crafts supplies and hobbyists an other nicknaks as well as small stationary products

They brought the order to the car and they were very friendly and followed the social distance rules

I always know where to find things and the cashiers are very friendly. There are always good deals on the app.

Michaels has all your DIY craft supplies!

Great store, pretty good location and tons of parking. I was greeted at the door which was a very nice thing as soon as I walked in. They have a wonderful section of everything you can think of and even more than you can imagine for. Staff was super nice and three of them asked me if I needed any help as I was shopping, great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Fair prices, everything in one place.

Nice vibes quick service.

You definitely find good material to make your craft

Was set up well for this cov 19 pandemic nice to be able to get art supplies again.

Friendly and knowledgable staff is the first thing youll notice here. The store is always clean and organized. There are always good sales and coupons online that help make this store very affordable. My only complaint is the line can get pretty backed up during peak crafting seasons like around Christmas.

Since the COVID, supplies are always low. Hit and miss with finding paints.

Awesome i love michaels but i cant control myself lol and come out with more stuff then i intended

Tried an online order. Got an e-mail reg issue regarding filling order. Tried 800 number. Got a message to use chat. Been staring at screen for 30 minutes. To bad there is No another option for craft supplies

Great place to shop at for art project.

Alot of things are out of stock and cashier was rude

Picked up my UPS package at a Michaels for the first time, I was actually hoping it would allow me to peruse the isles in search of the perfect craft project but I was short on time and EVERYBODY was at this Michaels on a Sunday. I guess I am not the only one in the area who loves Michaels.

This Michaels isnt always the best stocked. As far as the random stuff i look for. But the people there are always helpful and friendly

We got a tree. The sale price was excellent and the service provided was great even though we came in close to closing. This is my favorite Michaels store in the area.

I love the smell & everything in there very good selection wide range of crafts & ideas for crafting.

They cashiers are extremely helpful and sweet. Kylie (spelling) went above and beyond helping me

They are always so nice and willing to help find exactly what you need!

I shop for paint pens here and small items like a compass. I was able to find the items in the store faster than I could locate them on my phone. They always have coupons printed on the receipts, which I appreciate, and the prices arent bad to begin with

A great store but seriously how do you not take Google pay in 2020

Everything i went for they didnt have not a lot of items on shelves staff was not friendly or mean just seemed not intrestedwas not dirty bit very messy

Everyone who works here is very friendly and kind, and Ive been able to easily find everything I need Everytime Ive been in.

I love it there

Good waiting for my on line order

I honestly like this Michaels. I havent had any issues, sometimes they dont have what Im looking for but I end up buying SO MANY others things lol. I just Love Michaels period!

Great place for crafty people, always have sales or coupons.

They have a variety of crafting materials to choose from plus the prices are reasonable.

Great selection friendly staff always has a great Deal going on. I love this place

Good variety of craft supplies, associate was kind and helpful.

Usually a big selection, but not this day. They were sold out of most things I came in for.

Great sales associates

Nice mid size store with everything you need and a great yarn selection. I went to two other HUGE stores and the yarn selection wasnt nearly as good.

The staff at the framing desk is excellent! Lots of help and suggestions. Reccomend to anyone looking to get something framed.

The staff was super helpful and friendly during my visit. Everything was easy to find, and I love their sales!Dont forget that Michaels almost-always offers online coupons to use in store! Check their website on your phone!

I have been to this store several times and it is always very clean and organized But. What i enjoy about my visits to this Michaels in particular is that the staff is very polite and helpful and knowledgeable.

Inventory serms low....

Ordered online for easy pick up, friendly staff!

This is one I could so work at this place, the supplies for my projects and the art that I have created for years. Entered into the fairgrounds Sacramento State Fair work their, and entered different items in the Roseville, New Castle, Fresno, Bakersfield, LA and Auburn fairs, got First prize. Second and third. Over the years I have found most of the supplies here and other places had friends work here too. The children are always excited when we get new supplies for their projects they got to do for school. The bulletin boards we created and so much more. Cake decorating to flowers. To making a bird houses. Stepping stone kits so many different types of holiday party fun items too. Props for anyone who wants to be creative they have classes for you to learn.

Always find my crafting supplies. Got more tempera paint for my spin art. Here are my latest creations: notecards.

I liked Michaels they have all bakerys supply !!!

Always ready

Super helpful employees. Came in looking for something specific and they helped me find it plus had other great suggestions!

It was quirky doe️

Every year I go to Michaels to get My Big Happy Planner as this seems like the only place that has them in such a large selection. I dont craft but Ive found some things that Ive used for staging catering events. Its probably Crafters Heaven! Nice, neat- a little pricey unless on clearance but worth the trip!

Helpful staff that actually look to answer your question

Always clean and organized store.

Inexpensive costume props at Micheals now

Lots of nice products and great sales right now on many items. 50% to 70% on picture frames and custom framing which we were interested in. Good customer service at the register and great service and help in picture framing dept. Thank you

I always love Michaels - unfortunately after all the pre Christmas buying some of the shelves were picked clean, and they havent had a chance to restock yet, being that today is just the day after Christmas- but - I can always order whatever I want online and pick it up at the store later! (Various color-shifting paints) theyre awesome!

Staff is not friendly and some are downright rude. Bad customer service.

Nice but has a very limited supply

I had a batique my grandmother made 30 years ago reframed, and I really needed help with picking out the mat colors and the frame. The staff did a phenomenal job helping me, and creating the final product. Theyre professional and knowledgeable, and the price was unbeatable. Thanks Rancho Cordova Michaels!

It has the coolest stuff and th bgg e best sales.

Just buying some yarn for my mother. Good price. Lots of cool stuff. Did not love the locked bathroom that was not even clean or nice.

Found what I needed quickly and fast checkout.

Was very disappointed to start off. I called ahead of time to make sure they had what I wanted. They lady seemed like she didnt want to help. When asked if they had a certain tiara she responded in a rush and with we have a foam one..but thats it. I then responded and said not even in your wedding section?. She then says no I dont think so. Messing with things around her then says hold on. Then I was transferred to someone who had time and knowledge to help me. Turns out they had what I was looking for all along. Im glad I was persistent and not just listening to this lady who clearly was too lazy to help me. She definitely didnt want to. The were out of most of them so it was a little disappointing as I had to buy the most expensive one. It is being use for a dance routine for my daughter (not a wedding).

Love this store! The employees know their store well and are always kind.

Customer service is always good here.

This store has everything you can think of for arts and crafts. I get all my stuff and kids stuff from here. I also love getting my 360 calendars/planners here too. Most of the time the workers are super nice and helpful too.

Staff was VERY NICE but very unhappy with one of the products i purchased. I got the iron on transfer printer paper to print a design & iron it on a shirt. Product literally crumbled into pieces & ruined the brand new shirt I tried to put it on. I tried a few more sheets on old tshirts to see if I was doing it wrong but nope, product was Awful!

Good customer service. We were looking to get spray paint for a project, and the guy with the key to unlock the case (didnt catch his name) was very helpful while we were trying to decide which kind we wanted. We told him about our project and he even guided us to other isles that had stuff we could use. Thanks, guy! :)

Great store, but a bit under staffed. Everything is at a pretty good price and there are always coupons online.

Has almost all crafting and baking supplies

This location is smaller and does not have as much stock. I always seem to need something else when I come here. I never find everything I need due to limited stock. Whether its a particular brush or even the most basic leatherworking thing.

Smaller store but can take care of your crafting emergency. Make sure you shop the sales to get more reasonable pricing.

One of my FAVORITE places

Nice store, fairly large but I was disappointed with the lack of Halloween beads. They did have some fairly amazing decorations but not exactly what I needed. The staff us very helpful and I did figure out a way to change what I was doing and they did have those supplies.

I love to come here just to kill time they are so polite and courteous!

Friendly staff. Love that I can use my other craft store coupons here

Had wonderful service getting my picture custom matted. Sherman was informed, helpful, and patient. Also, there were many color options for me to choose from.

Coupon fun. Thats what I think of when I think of Michaels. They have an online store too but when Ive looked, most things Im interested in are available in-store only anyway, so off I schlep to my local Michaels - this one. They have an amazing array of different craft genres and frankly one of the best things about strolling the store is the inspiration. They dont have out sample do-this displays, it is really just inspiration from the materials themselves... maybe Im not explaining it well. But, it works for me - I started my last two hobby-obsessions that way, and bored no more am I (for now)!

Marcosa you are absolutely the best!!! There was another cashier with red hair and glasses hooing and hawing about having to help people while you were so patiently helping me. You remained calm cool and professional. I applaud you for great Customer Service, you ROCK!!

Nice clean store. Very helpful staff

The store was very disorganized and the sales and the actual prices were displayed clearly.

Great 40% off deals weekly. Plus coupons sent to me. I love the order online and pick up in store option, its so hard to find things, the site even tells you what aisle its in.

This is a pretty busy location. Shelves are usually well stocked and employees are always friendly. However, Michaels is not known for their low prices. Occasionally, youll find a few items at a good price, but its few and far between. On todays visit, several Christmas items were 70% off. However, my wife tells me that she had seen some of the items at lower than the posted price only a few weeks ago. Some of the items had been marked up considerably before being marked down 70%. Is this fair to customers? You be the judge.

Michaels is a fun store. Somethings are overpriced but they have that great 40% off coupon always so thats nice. I like the events they have for kids. So far we have only attended the slime one where at first I thought the kids would get to actually make the slime, but its already premade and they just add glitter or other stuff. It would be much cooler if kids would actually make it!

Lots of great sale items! Wood frames are nice and cheap!
