I am a musician and a good stage, good sound system and good vibes are key to a great gig. From a musicians view - I LOVE it. As a spectator, i recommended arriving early so you dont have to stand all night. The staff are all great. Its a fantastic all-ages venue that allow for an intimate connection with the artists. And they bring awesome acts. Prices are on par. Enjoy!

Fabulous BBQ, and even better entertainment! Dance floor, individual tables for you party, would highly recommend. Should note....drinks are pricey, $15.00 for a Peppermint Martini served on a plastic cup
Was not sure how we would like this venue but ended up being great!! You can get seating if you get your tickets early other wise you are standing. We got there early and ended up right up front at the stage. We had so much fun!!! The sounds was great and staff was nice. Bathrooms were very clean. Drinks a little pricey but no different than any place else. We will definitely attend another event here.
Doctor Wu band was excellent last night in Ramona. First time seeing them, and this LA based band did an admirable job of playing Steely Dan music in a quality venue.

Great food. Very pricey but its fine dinning. And fun concerts. A couple of bad servicers, with bad attitude. But manager Rachel is awesome.
Had an absolutely wonderful time here for a concert! The staff is amazing, they work their butts off all night long! Very friendly and attentive. I love how you can get a giant beer at a reasonable price during shows, so you spend less time refilling at the bar and more time enjoying the entertainment! Thank you so much for an awesome night! I will absolutely be back!
Fantastic venues, last night 8/30/19Was All Man are Brothers cover band for the Allman Brothers Band opening for the legendary Kim Simmons and the Savoy Brown band.Ramona Mainstage has both a BBQ restaurant and a Steakhouse restaurant Main CourseThe prices were very reasonable.The drinks were great and a little priceyBut the price of tickets for two banks was $25 a person
Great sound and amazing food! Not your typical bar or venue food. Full dinners and wonderful appetizers and a full bar. Its almost an dinning experience with live music. Great place!

Free concert here the last Friday of each month! Wonderful local music, all that Ive been to. Last nights was awesome, the best ever.
Its a good intimate venue with really limited seating. We went for a metal cover band night and the crowd was mellow and the venue was clean. Drinks are expensive but large and bar service was fast.
Loved the venue. The Bar needs to realize we dont have Trumps income. Yes this is the main stage but we in Ramona help a working man out. 12 to 14 $ is too much for a 8oz. Cup. Sneak Alcohol in highly recommended.

Ive seen UFO and Kings X here and it was a super experience both times. Ramona is a great town and it beats the hell out of the pee soaked streets of San Diego. Food at the diner next door is really top notch. Im SO happy that this place was able to open back up and be a thing once again. Kudos to the owners and promoters! Make the trip and stay the night! Youll love it!

Great music; Ozzmania & Anesthesia . The atmosphere could use some work! Drunk old man with a very large service dog walking around screaming in the poor dogs face and allowing it to roam freely without a leash! We were afraid the dog was going to retaliate! Not safe!

I was surprised to see that there wasnt more people when we went. The service was on point and the steak we had was delicious and cooked to perfection.
Horrible experience. Sat there for 3 hours before they tell us the guy we came to see wasnt there yet hes stuck in big bear but on his way..........Are you kidding me its 11pm. What a waste of money so disappointed. Negative stars if possible
I have been there a few times and have been to a few shows. I do admit that I wish this place was still a movie theater. As much as I appreciate the venue, I miss being able to see a movie in my hometown. I made out for the first time with a girl in that theater, but it was rather disgusting lol. Anyways its been beautifully redone and the list of headliners can be impressive at times. Check out the lineup, its got something for everyone.

If you want to see an event up close and be able to interact with bands then this is the place to be. If you are disabled and need to sit they are awesome. They really did care about me and made sure I had a chair to sit. Food and drink prices were avarage for venues at other places. Will definitely go back.
My wife & I visited Ramona last weekend for a rock show at Ramona Mainstage. What a pleasant surprise to find both a fantastic venue and fabulous restaurant. What a great experience! Orrin and his staff are amazing. Hospitable, attentive, and very helpful. The food was of the best quality and not priced into the stratosphere! Combine that with great service and all I can say is I was smiling the whole time.The Mainstage conert venue is laid out killer and the acoustics are great. Ramona Mainstage and Maincourse are on our list of favorites. Thank you and see you soon!!!
A great live music venue in the middle of nowhere. Good sounding lights and nice staff running the place. I would recommend seeing a show here

The Ramona mainstage is a special place to me. Being able to see some of my favorite bands that I grew up listening to live in my hometown is a amazing thing!

Great to see my favorite band of all times minus Ronnie James Dio. Original line up new singer was great. This place is so up close and personal it feels like your in the studio with them. Ramona main stage provides a surreal atmosphere if you want to get away from the downtown crowd. This makes you feel in country home atmosphere. I highly recommend Romana main stage if you want somewhere good for your music needs. Fast bartenders clean establishment great all the way around.
Unique atmosphere, good vibe and great music. Drinks are pricey and they wont let you leave and come back in. So smoke em if you got em before you go in, if ya catch my drift
The drinks are huge and the shows are wild. Come at your own risk. Please dont bring children unless its a show for children. Also, know that the owner is a vet and should be appreciated for his service and his support to vets.
This place is so unorganized. You call and those answering the phones are no help at all. They dont seem to know anything about how things are run there during a concert. We were told on the phone to get there by 6 p.m. to wait in line, if we wanted to get a table. We get there 2 hours early (5 p.m.) and after standing for over 2 hours, and watching groups of people after people being let in early without a ticket, to then be told there are no tables or seating available! So why stand two hours beforehand? seriously? Ugh! No one on the phone said anything about getting in early if you eat at the restaurant? We told them that was what what wanted to do. But nothing was mentioned to us about doing that! And we found out we could order food and that was all screwed up too. But at least the food was good! It was a very disappointing experience and we will not go back. And allowing people above the stage was sooooo annoying! Were those two men the owners? Very unprofessional!
No competition in Ramona. Absolutely the best Sunday brunch in Ramona. Pricy but you get what you pay for. Professionally prepared locally produced food.
This is a very nice and intimate theater setting. The bar is nice and they have very good food. The BBQ is a little pricey but is very good. I would recommend mainstage or main course for a nice lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish the management would book more shows for the theater as it really is a nicer setting for shows.

Too much Trump paraffinalia, only 1 bartender, so there is a wait for a drink that is overpriced, bench seats are poorly formed as to be uncomfortable. Sit at tbe tables and have a pint prior elsewhere..
Cool venue. Get some good bands there. Serve food and have beer and mixed drinks. Converted old movie theater. Sound is good. You can get up close to the stage. Tables and chairs plus reserved booths .
Ya got some drinks, music, and some parking around. Giant bucket of beer, may as well make it a good one. No seats.

Food just ok especially for the price, and the service is reallly slow and not carring, when you final go find a server. Saw her a couple times no eye contact.It got two stars the atmosphere is very nice, has great potential. Ceaser Salad 9 whole romaine leaves, cheese under, hand full of croutons. Didnt even trim them. Expensive for lack of service and food was just ok at best. Seafood linguini and rolls were good

Unprofessional, selfish, and heartless business. They booked the band Ocean Natives to open for UB40, as such many of my friends and native Ramonians bought tickets for the venue (probably the only reason the event actually sold out...) just to tell Ocean Natives THE DAY OF THE EVENT that they are no longer able to play because UB40 “has too much equipment.” The Mainstage refused to give any refunds, didn’t pay Ocean Natives, and has not since event offered to apologize nor console the situation. Don’t waste your money here! Go to Cheers! Have a beer, and a burger and listen to a live band most weekends!
Great historical location. Love the concerts they have from time to time. BBQ restaurant inside is horrible. They do have a great bar for drinks. Get better food and Ill change my review to 5 stars.

Small venue means great viewing
First time, not a great experience. Our son went a couple weeks ago to a show and had a great time. Plenty of seating, and good crowd control. Last night at UB40, exact opposite. All the tables were reserved (with no details on the website on how to do that beforehand) and no seating other than the ADA. Standing was the only option. In the hall, about 400-500 people all standing for almost 2 hours before the show started. Then it wasnt even UB40, it was some flunky DJ playing beats, begging for shouts. We left before they even came on stage. Never going there again. Bad location, small overcrowded venue, little to no AC, overpriced watered down drinks, and im pretty sure was over the legally allowed capacity limit. Im pretty sure UB40 had no clue when they showed up they were in a cow-poke bar in the backwoods of San Diego. MIght go see the REAL UB40 (Ali and Astro) later this month at PetCo. They are the voice. Anyone can play the songs, but Ali and Astro make the songs come alive!

Fabulous service and scrump-dilly-icious listings. Salmon was baked to perfection, lightly seasoned. The cheesecake sent me to heaven and back.

Got the sample platter. All the beef and pork meat was delicious, except the chicken was overcooked and pretty small. Sausage flavor was a little odd. Not a fan. Corn on the cob was average. Corn bread average. Priced too high for the quality received. They offered military discounts, but only active duty.
Awesome music venue
This Vintage Movie Theater was converted into a Dinner Concert Venue. The Lobby/Concession stand turned into a bar where you can order food brought to your table inside the theatre. I wonder if they still operate a projector on the screen? Wouldnt that would be cool? I dont know if I would visit again but it was a good experience for the money. It did have a nostalgia effect on me. I ache for the days of neighborhood theaters when one can enjoy Family movie night with their sweetheart.

Nice venue for a concert, but there wasnt one when we were there.Dont believe the advertising. The bar-b-que was bland, no big deal. Got the vibe the chef thinks very highly of himself. All in all, someone could be arrested in Memphis or KC (or most anywhere back East) for abuse of pork like that.
Great place for a great show. Staff is awesome and the set up is perfect. No bad seats. Has a nice cozy feel. Up close and personal. Need more Fusion shows.

We live in ramona and we just returned after dinner and performance by Allman and Betts. The restaurant was intimate but I was a little disappointed in my dinner, I had soup and salad. the French onion soup was very good but the salad sucked. Feel I should have gotten more for the price...The performance by Allman and Betts was perfection but the first opening band might have been capable but their sound guy was way off and you could not hear the vocals because the lead guitar was so very loud; I had to suffer during the performance. the second band was o.k. and the third was very good. the wait for Allman/Betts was worth it all oh I just want to add that the wooden seats got pretty hard after the first hours. All in all I enjoyed myself
This is a great place for National acts to play an opportunity for local bands to share a large stage the food is far too expensive the alcohols not too bad ticket prices are okay but the biggest drawback to Ramona mainstage is its so far away from everything and theres only like one Road in and one road out to civilization so designated driver and Uber or Lyft is a must.
Good parking. Great stage setup and sound. Usually has a good tap list too, but no hard alcohol.
I have been to several shows at the Mainstage and each time I have gone with a large group and reserved the PIT. It was perfect because some of the shows we attended were standing room only. Orin, the owner, has always been very helpful and friendly.The Mainstage decor is beautiful, while the sound system and acoustics are top notch. They offer a wide selection of beer and wine and some food if you need something to munch on, that is ok. Cant wait until they finally open up the dining room next door for dinners before or after the shows.

Omelette was amazing, pancakes were overcooked and the potatoes were undercooked.
