The people that work here do a wonderful job caring for, rebuilding, and ensuring they know the history of the helicopters at the museum.

What was originally intended to be a short sight-seeing stop in Ramona ended up being a 2+ hour visit to the Classic Rotors Museum, which I found on Google search. The museum is a hidden gem located right alongside Ramonas airport with an abundance of history and incredible machines. Our docent showed us around with incredible enthusiasm and a wealth of fascinating information. This museum has some of the rarest, oddest, most iconic, and all-around fascinating collection of helicopters. Personally, every second at this place fascinated me. Make plans to stay a few hours and take in all the incredible history and detail! I will certainly be back for another visit - Im already recommending this to friends and family as a must-see destination!

If you have the slightest interest in aviation, you need to check this place out. They have an amazing collection of all sorts of VTOL aircraft.
