My oldest granddaughter was and now her younger sister is a member of the Tumblebus team. Their experience has been one of total joy!! The oldest one has become a gymnast enthusiast and is extremely good at it. I contribute some of this to her experience with the TB!! The younger one is not only learning about exercise as a lifetime pursuit but also about countries such as China, etc. I personally feel that the TB has been one of the best experiences they could have had in their young life! Also, the instructors they have had have been great!!
My daughter loves the tumblebus and has done it for 2 years at her preschool. We havent had any problems whatsoever but I will say that the recital seemed to be a bit expensive for what they did. Nevertheless she really loved it.
Our family loves BA Tumbler! I only gave four stars because they left our childs school due to low enrollment:( I will gladly give the fifth start if they come back!
I appreciated the staff but when I just called to cancel the lady I spoke to was a bit rude....one bad experience will cover all the good ones up. Those that work in customer service should understand that and if not choose a profession that is a better fit.....
This company is horrible to deal with. They come to our daycare and from day one they have been a nightmare. Their billing is always wrong and they do not return phone calls. They are impossible to get a hold of. When you do get them on the phone they are incredibly rude. I would not recommend them in any way shape or form.
I should have trusted the reviews. But they come to my childs school and he really wanted to do it. So we signed him for his birthday (just 1 month), and we regret it now. Its been 2.5wks of class with no issue. Then we get an email saying they are cancelling classes for the last 2 weeks of the month for their showcase. Which is fine, but now we are out 2 classes, since I only signed him for 1 month. I wrote them, and someone named Jen responded that this closure was written into our package when we enrolled. Ummm... what package? When I initially inquired (by email), the same Jen (I presume) told me I could sign up for 1 month, no problem, and do it online. No mention of a 2 week class cancellation at the end of the month, and NO enrollment package. I guess they must make their money off people cancelling? I have yet to see one positive review of this business. What a sham. It wasnt even very expensive to sign him up for 1 month, but its a matter of principle. I paid for 1 month, they gave me 3wks out of 5.updated post: giving them 2 stars (instead of the original 1) because of customer service from Carole (a manager). However, it took multiple days and 8 emails back and forth in order for them to even attempt to rectify the problem. Very long story, suffice to say, Jen did poorly at any attempt at customer service, and kept insisting that I had been informed previously. Not great business practice, and I am unsure if they realize they have such awful reviews on Google and Yelp. You would think if they paid attention, they would try harder with customer service.
I feel that this was a waste of money! Its called tumblebus but they are not even on a bus, they are in a room at the daycare and the kids do a flip and thats it. The office kept charging me random prices and even after I canceled with them they still charged me. Im supposed to get a refund check in the mail too do to being charged when I asked not for my son to be enrolled, lets pray that I get this check! Simply its a rip off and a waste of time and money!
Do not do business with this company. They take your money and do not provide you with a service... imagine daycare in another room (except the staff are less qualified). You will not receive any correspondence as to what your child is doing for the 30 minutes they are with Tumblebus. The only time they email is to let you know that they will not be providing Tumblebus for the week. WASTE OF MONEY! The office staff are rude and condescending.
My 4yr. old son loved the experience so the only reason Im giving them 1 star is because their admin. office is a nightmare to (try to) work with!My child switched schools and was no longer able to participate in the Tumblebus program at his new school but there was an accounting error on Tumblebus end and they over-charged me a for couple of months of his tuition. No big deal at first-mistakes happen. So I called their office to get it resolved and have been promised that my refund check is in the mail 4 different times now! The lady in the office used to answer my calls but now no one answers. I have emailed and left multiple voice mails with no response whatsoever. This all began in November of 2014 and as of January 21st, 2015 I have still not received a refund check. Is it really that difficult to respond to your CUSTOMER??
They will debit your account for extra money without asking. Do not setup auto pay with them
