Shane Mitchell went out of his way to see that we had a good time for my sisters birthday! Thank you for being so personable and professional (during COVID we have had so much anxiety about going out but it was all very safe and we felt very comfortable). We will definitely be doing this again and requesting Shane :)

However, just a few requests...how cool would it be to be able to pull one over on your friends birthday by having them wear a festive helmet?! They’re pretty non-expensive in the long-run especially considering the amount of word-of-mouth advertising I feel like it would be a worth it!! Just a thought! 11/10 would recommend.

I absolutely had a great time on the trolley of Raleigh today!! The experience is something everyone has to do in their lifetime. Dan which was our driver he was freaking AWESOME . He made it fun and was a great driver. Love his entire attitude very friendly and very professional. So whenever you go ask for Dan the Man Lol. I can’t wait to go back. A good way to explore downtown Raleigh. One point I might add is to make available an option to listen to history of Raleigh when you are on the bike. Might need a speaker to make sure everyone hears it but if you can make it interactive with some information and more involvement in drinking activities (I e. Yelling stop sign social at stop signs) it will be awesome.

This past Saturday night the Triangle Women went for a Trolley ride with Marcos (I hope I spelled that right). The hole process of booking was super easy as well as checking in. We all brought our beverages of choice that were kept safely in the center of the trolley in coolers. It was very cold out that night so it was nice to have the plastic cover to keep us warmer, but after one block of peddling the cold was the least of our worries. lol. The trolley had fun lights on the inside as well as speakers for us to blast our favorite music via Bluetooth. We stopped at 2 bars and then hopped back on board.In the end We would highly recommend this activity for Raleigh. You will have a blast. Will definitely do this again.

This weekend was my second year in a row (third time overall) of booking a trolley pub for St. Patrick’s Day. Evan was our tour guide and he was hands down fantastic. We didn’t really have a route in mind, but he had great suggestions and gave us plenty of time at each stop. I would highly recommend Trolley Pub Raleigh for a fun event or holiday, it was a blast. Plus I got a nice workout out of it :) Thanks Evan for a really fun weekend!

It’s a really fun time. Just do it.The one negative: it might be nice if there was a set few bars and the last one was left to a vote. Or if everyone voted at the beginning of the tour and the route was set.Or driver kinda left the route to the passengers and we ended up circling the same block multiple times and seemingly wasting time. We had 3-4 groups on our trolley so it was hard to get a consensus.With that said: If you’re on the fence, just do it. Everyone’s gotta do it at least once. Recommend.

We tried out the Trolley Pub for a girls weekend in November. No one had tried it before so we had no idea what to expect. We had an absolute blast! Our group of ladies was actually quite diverse in age, so we were from the 20s-60s and everyone had fun. Our guide, Jason, really made the experience great, making sure we had our cooler ready and our music pumping during the ride. We were also well received at all of our stops for drinks on a time limit. I would also like to note that even though it was a cold evening and they had not transitioned to their winter plastic drapes, no one felt uncomfortable or complained during the ride; I think everyone was having so much fun and putting a little effort in, we didnt even notice. I would definitely do this again!!!!

Its a first time for everything. And I must say I really enjoyed my experience. Your allowed to bring your own drink. Just make sure its in a can. But, they have it where you can purchase something when youre there also.

Unless your a really trashy person that thinks bar hopping and getting drunk with strangers is fun, I wouldnt waste my time. Oh and if your a color minority, dont expect the see anyone that looks like you to be joining the group. You are basically paying to do manual labor while being distracted with alcohol. Just another tourist trap and an expensive waste of time. 2hrs and 20 mins of my life Ill never get back.

I have people visiting from out of town. On Saturday morning, we booked 4 seats on the mixer tour for Sunday at noon. We were extremely excited about the tour. I got a voicemail after 8pm on Saturday asking me to either change our tour time to 6:30 pm or 7:30 pm or to cancel, because we did not meet the minimum number of people. I was assured that I would not be charged. Well, I should hope not. I took a chance that I was called by a cell number and texted back, because I could not hear very well in the location I was at.From my perspective, there was a problem, I tried to solve it. The representative for the company I was trying to give money to was not interested in taking my money.I offered to cover the cost for the fifth seat. That was not acceptable. There was no reason given, I was just told it had to be 5 people. I did not see anything about minimums on the website. Perhaps, I missed it. I doubt it though because I mentioned it 2 times in the exchange and the person said nothing to indicate that it was there. I was given a deadline of midnight to get a fifth person. My reservation was canceled for me, after I spent the evening contacting multiple people to fill the seat. I got the feeling someone just didn’t want to come into work that early. Too bad, my husband and I are excellent tippers.Im not sure if this happens to people often, but it is a problem with this companys set up that could easily been avoided by putting the statement of minimum people on the website.

The Trolley pub was the best time! You get to be outdoors, drink, listen to music and stop in on the best bars in downtown! McMillen/McLovin/McDreamy was a wonderful driver who kept motivating us to pedal so we could move faster than 5mph lol! It was such a fun time and everyone you pass on the streets is so happy to see you drive by and wants to join in on the fun.

This is the least fun thing Ive ever done. Its terrible. Strapped to an uncomfortable seat, pedaling a car that tops out at 4mph and is like pedaling through quicksand, just to go to bars you can walk to. I dont understand the positive reviews. This experience sucks.EDIT - I dont see a way to reply to the owners response directly. We were a party of 4 who abandoned the trolley bike we were on at the first stop. If youre still interested in refunding us, please let me know how to start that process. Thanks.

We had a family of 12 the week of Christmas, and we had an amazing time!! Sean was amazing, and we loved the heated trolley! It was an amazing time for all and we loved the experience.

So much fun! This was my husbands and my second time! Meet 3 new awesome people on the trolley they were so much fun! Driver was awesome (sorry cant remember his name)! We were down for our sons wedding and treated our friends who traveled for the wedding to a fun night. They only thing I forgot to do is tip the driver. He was super cool and fun! Would highly recommended to anyone! We purchased beer and drinks there so much easier than bringing your own cooler. I had a few drinks left in the cooler and I dont know what happen to them and dont care. If the employees had them good for them...especially because I forgot to tip.

We had an amazing time on the trolley! Evan, our driver, was friendly, accommodating, fun, and clearly used to tons of women screaming around him. It was a unique way to kick off our bachelorette party fun. Highly recommend. My only suggestion would be to offer longer tours in addition to the 2 hr standard. 2 hours left us wanting more, 3 would have been perfect!

I rented the entire trolley for our group of friends. Its always a guaranteed good time! Our driver this time was Duffy and he made sure that we all had an awesome time. We had a great time on Trolley pub every time we came here.If you are visiting Raleigh, its a great way to get introduced to downtown.They will stop at 4-6 best bars in Raleigh downtown.You can also bring your own drink and play the music in the trolley. A great fun event for special occasions or just to show around Raleigh to your out of town friend.The guides are friendly and nice.Definitely one of the Must do things in Raleigh.

Everyone working there was very nice. Unfortunately, it seemed like our trolley was not working well because the engine kept cutting out. The radio was not working so he had to run back and get another one which took a few minutes and we were not given the time back and had to get off exactly at our cut off time. We also had to provide our own music from our phones. All small problems, but could have made the whole experience better.

It is a very nice way to explore the downtown and have fun while drinking on the go! Its a bonus if you have a great group tagged along!

If you havent tried out the Trolley Pub, I would highly recommend it. I had loads of fun touring around downtown Raleigh and stopping at various pubs along the way. I was a part of a group, but my understanding is that you can join other couples or singles and make a group. While you are supposed to pedal, you arent required to because the trolley has a battery. Bring your own music because they have a heck of a speaker system and you can jam your way through the streets of downtown Raleigh and attract attention from bystanders who can see how much fun you are having. I was lucky enough to have Big Mike as the Trolley driver.

2017 experience was awesome! St Patricks Day 2018 experience was boring and dull. Our driver was just that...a driver. He had no gumption to interact with his patrons at all. He wasnt familiar with the local watering holes and was just boring. Our trolley was great last year, as well. 2018 trolley had broken pedals, no working music system (they did put a boom box on board that not everyone could hear) and there was no lighting for the bar whatsoever. Our trolley this year was just absolutely in piss poor shape. If 2018 was our groups 1st experience, it would also be our last!

Great time! Dylan was our driver. He was awesome and super patient with some of my high maintenance friends! Lol! My whole crowd had a blast. We plan on doing another birthday celebration soon.

Our group really loved our time with Trolley Pub. It was the most fun Ive had in quite some time. Our guide, Big Zack was awesome.... friendly, fun, and took us to some great places. I would recommend this trip to anyone. Do yourself a favor, you and some of your friends grab some seats on the Trolley Pub.... Its awesome!

Awesome experience. We had Vince as our driver for our private party and could not have been more pleased. The entire ride was great and we stopped at Raleigh Times and State of Beer. I must say always a pleasure would will definitely do it again!
