Visited in October of 2020, during the pandemic. They were very strict on following the rules of masks, social distancing, and other safety protocols, which I appreciated. My son had a great time.

Smallest Ive been to but good for party and pizza. My kids always have fun here.

Customer service is horrible!! I will never have my childs birthday party here again!! $110 buck on 2 pizzas and 2 apps and the cook in the back has an attitude as if theyre actually busy.....obviously no one needs a job here, the last thing you should be is rude if youre trying to get more business!

Went during this Covid time. Its more work to get in with you kids and order food than to relax and enjoy yourself. You are asked to use your phone to take your own picture and are required to showit when leaving. You pick your own food up, but the lady saw me struggling and bought it to the table. They had one person working taking the orders and dealing with the prizes. Luckily it wasnt that crowded. I didnt see anyone constantly wiping the games down.

My daughter had a blast we went on a weekday night, we were the only ones there and they still brought Chucky out!!!️thank you for such a great experience!!!

Enjoyed my experience for the first time. Not as busy, food came out early. Good selection of games. Better atmosphere.I understand alot of you arent enjoying this location as much. You can try other locations like West Allis or Brookfield. They will happily help you out.

This place is fun for adults and kids. Theyre taking coronavirus very seriously. They take your temperature at the door have hand sanitizer and have obvious social distancing signs. I would feel comfortable taking my kids here. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Not to mention the Jurassic Park game kicks butt.

Birthday party for my grandson after their remodel. Not exactly the smoothest Grand Opening. When my wife and I left, one of the people in our party had been waiting close to an hour for Chuck E Cheeses fresh made pizza. I dont think they quite have that down yet. The all new arcade machines were paying off big.... for the time being. Kind of like Vegas, pay out big now until the crowd is big, then dial back the payouts (tickets) The stage with the fake animal characters are gone. I have to give Chuck E Cheese credit. Its my belief that if a business doesnt reinvent itself every 5 years, competition will put it out of business. This company has been able to be flexible with the changing landscape of the elementary culture and their parents giving them what they want.

Called around 6:45 to make a carry out order and was told that I could only use the website and was hung up on right away. Went on web site to make a carry out order and went through all of the motions to select what I wanted to order my location and my info for picking up. After I was done it said that they were not taking anymore orders for this date. I thought that was strange so I called the location again and asked why I couldnt make the order online for tonight. The woman that answered asked someone in the back ground why and she was told no orders after 7. She then repeated what was told to her and then hung up on me again without me being able to say a word. Very unprofessional. I think that it is unbelievable that I wasnt able to make my order especially since I did try to call them way before 7. Plus no where on any website and obviously I wasnt told by them on the phone in the begging because I was hung up on does it say that an order has to be done 7 PM. This is poor business practice and should be dealt with at this branch.

So glad they made more things for the little kids to do and they have way more places to sit!! The remodel is great!! Great staff too!

Now let me make myself perfectly clear at the get go, this review comes from a disappointed 29 year old who failed to relive his youth via a poorly placed delivery order blinded by childlike nostalgia. That being said, I did not know it was possible to make pizza this bland and tasteless. I mean I see the cheese, sausage, pepperoni, sauce, and garlic....yet it all tastes like nothing. It makes Little Caesars look like Giordanos. I actually like Little Caesars, yet I would still rank it last among the top chains, but a respectable last. Chuck E Cheese on the other hand doesnt even deserve a place at your worst friends 3rd times the charms exs kids 5th birthday party.

Its always a pleasure bringing the kids to chuck e cheese. The pizza and wings are usually hot and quick to the table. Food is a bit pricey for its quality though. Great entertainment options with there all you can play packages. I will forever give 3 stars tops until they bring back the ball pit and tunnels...

Fun place to bring the kids. I like that there are options to buy play points or time. Time works well for the older kids. Everything in this location looks updated and clean. Multiple machines were either out of tickets or just not functioning this last time we visited but it was a busy school event. The women handling the cash registers etc. were lacking good customer service skills, but the young man that helped my kids choose their prizes was friendly and had great customer service.

Havent been there in 10yrs. Just wanted pizza. The woman was very sweet, the manager was not.

For entertainment at a kids frantic pace, this place fits the bill. Pizza is uninspired, but destined to please the target age group. The games are in good working order or quickly put back into service. Theres a good space off to the side to take a break.

The games were constantly malfunctioning and the employees seemed to not care to fix them. After we kept getting faulty games we would approach the same male employee because the other 2 employees that were visible were on the register and at the door so we had no choice and he would without words just wall to the game fix it and walk off, until I had to say are you going to refund my kid his gameplay, and he nonchalantly turned after swiped his badge and walked off. They need kid friendly employees who like being in that kind of environment.

Tickets tickets tickets. Out of all the times Ive gone to any Chuck e cheese or arcade in my 30 years of life, Ive never received more tickets from games than here. I can honestly say I felt like a kid again lol

We were there for a party. Kids had a blast. Chuck E Cheese wasnt as animated as I would expect. He stood with his arms folded while Birthday song was on. He didnt engage the kids. He was a bore.

I went there for a B-day party. The remodel is nice. Minimal selection of games. Salad bar was OK, It took a while for items to be refilled.

Not sure how I like the remodeling yet, but still fun place to take the kids....as long as its not crazy busy. I think theyre kind of overpriced for what u get, but again, everyone has fun. The employees could stand to be a bit more kid friendly and enthusiastic, especially Cuck E who looked like he was about to pass out every time he appeared.

Need a new cook these kids need more training. Spent 90$ on one kid 2 adults and Pizza was raw taste like dough my grandson spit it out all of our wings were slimey mostly fat. Celery and ranch was great .Ice cream machine didnt work. He had fun playing with new games and rides thats what matters. Im reminded to eat before we go here.

The store is clean and there is a great selection of activities for kids. The food is mediocre. The salad bar would be great except you have to practically be a contortionist in order to load your plate up without mashing your face into the sneeze guard. I think this store is chronically understaffed because I consistently have trouble getting assistance from the staff. The last time I went I walked out before my daughter could get her prize because I was that angry. There was only one staff member there that I could see, and she was serving people waiting in line to buy stuff first. Those of us waiting to cash in tickets for prizes were ignored. I finally got her attention only to have her serve someone else. I tried to tell her I was first in line but she ignored me. So I left. My mother taught me not to throw fits in public so I didnt, but boy did I want to. I took my daughter to toys r us down the road and bought her a toy to get her to stop crying. I dont plan to come back to this Chuck E Cheese unless something changes.

We really liked the remodel, nothing grand but the place as a whole seemed brighter & cleaner. The biggest complaint the games kept running out of tickets.

Place was clean and all that. Its smaller with less games then the Gurnee IL location. But l was surprised there was still some elbow room. Every thing else was pretty standard for a CEC. Food tastes exactly like any other CEC but the French fries were nothing to brag about. My friends were satisfied with the price they paid for the party package, food, and service. However. It smelled like paint fumes near the bathroom. The picture shows why. This should be resolved. Look at what is says on the door as well.

Definitely a place for your children. Lots of fun for them.

We went for a birthday party, our first time there, and the pizza was delicious, the games were okay, not much to do for a toddler. My only negative would be the staff, very unfriendly, even when they sing the happy birthday song, they looked like they were grounded and had to be there, a smile would have hurt. Besides that, everything else was fine. I was impressed by the security of the place.

A good place for younger kids maybe 10 and under. Theyve changed a lot at this location from when I was a kid no tunnel system jungle gym is the biggest change. All that remains is the robotic chucky and framed posters from an age long past. They have a great deal where you play games on a time limit rather then tokens. Definitely more bang for your buck. Food was decent and not too overpriced.

While we always have fun with the kids, I think the one beer limit is ridiculous! I was told I had reached my limit after purchasing one 20 oz. beer. Now Im gonna have to check my bank statement to insure I wasnt charged for more!! I dont really drink but Im NOT driving. But I appreciate the GREAT memories with the kids!!

Weve had two parties here. Both times the staff were friendly and very accommodating. This location is much cleaner then other locations weve been to. The kids have a blast. I would definitely recommend having a party here. The best part is you dont have to clean your house after everyone leaves!! It does seem to be a bit pricey at first but afterwards youll be glad you did it.

Love the coupons they offer. Good pizza. Staff needs to look like they want to be there.

Very friendly reception. We bought the family celebration package, and wish Chuck E. would have been a bit more engaging, but still consider a worthwhile deal. The games became a little repetitive and could use a greater selection, but would still recommend for an afternoon outing.

Has gotten very expensive over the years, games vary from super lame, to quite violent, to the oldies but goodies... Pizza was good, cheese bread was not. Payed $72 for 2 lg pizzas, (1 had 1 topping, other just cheese), 1 order of cheese bread, 4 sodas, and 100 tokens. Not something Id do again soon except for VERY special occasion!1/2 the Employees were pretty good, the other 1/2 tho not watching what they were doing or handling dealing with the kids well. So keep an eye on your kids!

Kinda cheap, Dave and Busters is better, but our middle son loves it and doesnt want anything else. New policy of timed gaming vs tokens is great for the kids that play ticket games but not if they play anything that lasts over a minute.

Was not bad. Was short staffed the day was there so became touch chaotic because of it. All in all is decent place to drop a dime and let kids be kids.

Of all the CEC locations this is by far the best location. Well run, attendants were able to fix issues promptly. Spent some time talking with the general manager, he has this location running well

My son had his birthday party here. The hostess for his party was friendly and a great help. The kids had a great time especially since we purchased two hour endless game passes.

Great place to take your little ones for lunch. Not crowded at all on weekdays. Lots of fun and the points go a long way to play games and rides! Use the coupons online for a great deal. Almost all the games are only one point each. Anthony is a fantastic team member, made sure we were well taken care of, awesome customer service all around. We had a great time; and Marvin aka the guy in the Chuck e Cheese costume is a great dancer. Give yourself a high-five! Hehehe

Spent $70 on pizza and tokens the food was done 15 mins after tokens were gone so there was nothing to do for the kids during that time but wait like being in a regular restaurant. The problem with that is the reason we went to Chuck E Cheese was for my active children to have fun and eat. I am used to being inside other Chuck E Cheese longer than a single hour but once the tokens are gone, there is nothing to do. I just wish there was something else to do while we continued to wait for the pizza. Even if not the play tunnels maybe a slide or something kids can do for free without spending too much more. I would have had to at least spend another 30-50 for more cards for games.On the positive end the employees were nice and my daughter wasnt scared of Chuck E. That was cool and she is only 2.

Brought the grandkids, they loved it. The pizza was good but I got the all you can eat salad bar. I miss the tokens. Now they load up a credit card type card that the kids swipe on the games to play them instead of using tokens. Can get expensive!

My grandkids like that place they have game cards by the hour. They have alot of fun. Playing video games and you can get prizes with tickets

The 60 minutes of play to is an awesome way to get alot of tickets. Wish I can go without the kids.

Good food as always, but unfortunately they got rid of some of the better games like Deal or no Deal, Guitar Hero, & the air hockey table.

Its ok, the only good thing was the 60 min card, I will get the 120min card for 30$ next time. Went to the buffet, only had 1slice of pepperoni pizza 3 slices of sausage, plenty of mushroom, black olive & green pepper pizza, & a whole jalapeño pizza, they was luke warm & sitting awhile, yuck. The salad was just lettuce & grape tomatoes in a bowl, bread sticks were ok but no dipping sauce. Not worth the price. Get the number 3, 2LG pizzas & 4 drinks for 35$, the buffet is just blahhhhhh. Lastly, when u go up to switch your plate to get more food, u must wait till an employee was free from helping kids with tickets to get another plate, its just run stupidly. & with these cards one would think they can save the tickets on the card instead of getting all these tickets & hearing that stupid crunch N munch sound from that ticket machine.

My friend and I went during the day with our two 3 year olds. Staff was wonderful and very helpful and the boys had a great time. #playdate

Me and my bf got food poisoning from their salad bar. This is also a very small Chuck E Cheese with no play area for the kids. Well, at LEAST they don’t have police with guns here, like the one in Brookfield, WI!

Had a nice time with my neice and nephew here and I really like the new pricing by the hour- it really allows for more play time at a decent price. Its also really safe and secure for the kiddos due to the fact that there is staff at the door and color coding per family/group. Unfortunately it was not so clean and very chaotic feeling. Its a small space- even when Chuck E comes out he has to be in a corner. Also, the employees all seemed like they didnt want to be there and almost ignored the children. The service was just slow and not fun for me or the kids. On the other hand, the manager was the sweetest thing and she took care of all the customer complaints with such care. I really appreciated her and she seemed to be happy to help.

A little small compared to others. Pizza took a long time, but I understand there was a large party before us. My daughter had fun, but employees clearly hated working there, looking bored and miserable.

I come here for their pizza and cheesy bread. The crust is sweet and their small pizzas are just right for one person. Prices are comparable to other chain restaurants.
