My boys had an amazing experience! We did a birthday package for 9 people, not only did he manager work with us when I forgot to book sooner but we also were served by the Butler who is just amazing with the kids. Before the party even began, the Butler switched into gear helping entertain the kids with magic tricks. He then set up all the kids stations, got excited and into the games with them. The Butler made this event even more special. I would give 10 stars ️

Its the best, staff is awesome and set-up is quick and convenient. Unlimited deal is best deal for families (having a family of 5 sons is a job in itself). Times are limited to 3-hour blocks most days--still a great deal.

This place is interesting. Unless you are attending a party, I dont see vising here much, but it is still pretty cool. They have a limited MTG selection, and some game stations available for rent. The atmosphere is pretty cool here, and the guy who helped me was really friendly.

Went to a kids party here. Slightly grungy but everyone had fun and the staff was very attentive. I would recommend for a gamers party any time. Pizza was decent and its really nice being so close to the movie theater and inside the mall so you can shop if its more your speed while the kids veg out lol. I always see places like this struggle so I hope you give them a chance. You will find its a pretty good value for time spent.

My son had his 13th birthday party here with a few buddies, he said it was one of the best birthdays hes had. The employee who took care of our party was my sons Butler who he got to name and give him a British accent. He was super funny, helpful, and got along with the kids really well. He also made sure my husband and I got to relax while he got us all anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this for birthday parties or even letting your kids play for a bit while you shop!

We had my sons birthday party there last year and we are going back again this year. A great place for older kids parties! The staff is awesome! They are very patient with the kids and helpful to the parents! My 12 year old absolutely loves it!!

PlayLive is a great place to go and game with friends. First time I went, I was with my dad and we played Just Cause. We had a great time and I plan on returning to test out games I dont own and see if they are worth the money. Hourly prices are great, very few flaws, overall recommended.

Great for trying out new games before you buy or just playing side by side with your buddies.

Had my kids b-day parties here for the last couple years. Always great, the kids have fun, the staff is attentive and communicate well with the kids and go out of their way to make sure the kids are enjoying themselves.

If there were an option for a NEGATIVE star rating, I would choose the lowest end of that scale.This place is a complete JOKE in regards to customer service. After dropping off a console for a SIMPLE repair on a Friday, we were told it would be ready for pick up the next day. Went in on a Sunday for pick up and ended up dealing with an employee (who we interrupted playing a video game) who didnt have any idea as to what was going on or what we were talking about.After he made a phone call to the person who took our console on Friday, he proceeded to walk back to their repair room where WE saw our console with the INCOMPLETE Diagnostic/Repair Inv. attached to the outside. Apparently, the issue of the jammed tray was resolved because it was now CLOSED, which is why we brought it in to them for repair in the first place.We had asked if it was fixed WHILE the empl. was STILL ON THE PHONE with the guy to took it from us on Fri., and he said apparently Nate didnt realize it was Friday, I dont know why, when we accepted your console and we dont do repairs on the wkend. We said, Apparently there was because the tray is now closed and it wasnt closing before which is what the PROBLEM was, how did you guys do that?? The employee made a crushing closed gesture with his hands and just shrugged, took it to the repair counter, open and closed the tray 5-7 times, tested it to be sure it read disks and said Well I GUESS someone must have looked at it, but theres NO NOTES MADE ON THE Diagnostics/Rep. Inv.Not ONLY did they have us pay a $20 deposit to drop the console off for a Diagnosis that according to the empl. was never done, he proceeded to charge us for a FULL repair that has no record of actually being done!After trying to explain why we didnt feel it was right to be charged for a job that wasnt done, TAXED for the Deposit AND TAXED AGAIN on the total amt. due, the empl. proceeded to say being that he was a math major his calculations were the correct and had to be paid.Not only will we NEVER patronize this establishment, we will be sure to share this negative experience with all those we know.

Only console games that you could just play at home. Need PC gaming stations for League of Legends, Hearthstone, WoW, Counterstrike and ect.

As a repair shop, find some place else. Took Xbox 360 in for drive repair in July an now 5 weeks later and theyre telling me its in the que to be looked at. Ive had two calls in to find out and still not sure when theyll even look at it.
