My daughter has so much fun here. Sometimes we may spend only an hour there and that is all my daughter needs to get her fun fix and energy drained!!!! Perfect for the kids and perfect for the parents!!!! And the price is unbeatable...!!!! $8+ tax per kid, adults are free!!!! Reasonable rules, drinks for sale just in case. Prices are $1 for juice and water and soda... And if you are into energy drinks, those only cost $2!!!

My kids love this place. Theres not a WHOLE lot to it but for kids from about 4-8ish, its awesome. Theres two huge slides, an arcade, an obstacle course, a mini carousel and a couple other blowup areas. Its always clean, employees courteous and (surprisingly) never really gets crazy loud. Youll want to eat before hand, as theres no food allowed and they only have small drinks available. However I highly recommend it. Stop by, find a seat and let your little ones run wild.

Simple and cheap. My daughter has a blast running around. I like that they make it so you can kinda be assured no kids are gonna just walk out. Lil piece of mind goes a long ways.

The staff was super friendly and supervising everything! My 3 and 4 year old had so much fun! We went on a Saturday and there wasnt a ton of people. Some parents need to do more supervising on their kids tho. If you know your child is a bully or a bad a** then dont bring them. Some of us are busy being good parents and dont need your little brat to ruin it for all of us.

My son loves this place the only 2 stars i leave are for parents who dont watch their kids! My 3 year old kept getting pushed down by a kid who was older than mine. Also, i dont like how the bathrooms are open, you can smell the bad aroma in the play area

I hated this place. Workers were rude the arcade was small with horrible prices. My daughter went down the slide and came off with something wet on her and we could never figure out what it was and the workers were no help at all. I do not recommend at all. If there was a zero-star option Id hit it.

Great for little kids. Havent seen a lot of places that cater to the tiny human like this place. Locked doors to keep them in. Cant bring in food or drinks though. Other than that, probably up to 12 years old may enjoy this. All jumping bounce houses with sides in a few and hard toy that can be climbed. Theres a mini arcade that you pay for yourself. Place may be about 3000 square feet. Good to throw a party at with an available extra room. Staff seemed attentive.

Fun for little kids if its not too crowded. When its crowded the older kids trample the little ones

Great place to host a children’s party. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I have had the pleasure of using the party room twice now and highly recommend. The owner is a kind and fair man. They compensated me for an “under staffed” situation that I personally did not notice. For the price alone I would come back, but the generosity sealed the deal.

Not to bad I like my baby likes it but only a hour and half for 8 dollars I understand but 8 dollars throw in a drink or snack for the kids..

Not a fan they took away toddler bounce. Their is a reason I come here to Puyallup and Auburn. It is because my one year old and seven year old can play in one area and I am able to watch them both. While the seven year old bounces and slides I dont have to worry my one year old wouldnt get tramppled on with a 5 grader.

This place was packed with other kids! There is a lot of activities for the kiddos to Adventure on. It is a safe environment for everyone and the family. I would recommend spending an hour or so here if you have never been.

We recently had our daughter’s birthday party here and from start to finish the process was so easy! Reasonable prices, able to bring outside food (just check their exceptions before hand) and private room with plenty of space for a party of 12 kids (and their parents!) Our hostess was awesome, extremely helpful, and again all around a very enjoyable experience! Great indoor option for the birthdays or events in the rainy season!

This place was not worth the $$ my 9 year old was bored in 20 min and my 2 year old niece the would not allow her dad to help her on some of the toys. They said adults are not allowed on them. He wasn’t trying to jump he was just trying to help his 2 year old on the slide. Wish we would have gone somewhere else like Odyssey 1 or pump it up. They offered us a refund at first when we found out adults could not help their little kids and then we asked for a partial refund after being there for 20 min and they said they do not give refunds. I will never waste my $$ on this place again.

We came to visit with another friend whose been before for open time.The bounce houses themselves are well maintained and very entertaining but within 20 minutes the kids were asking for quarters to do everything else (including the small car and marrygoround ride- those sorts of rides are included at wiggle works). In general its good for kids who have just passed the height limits of wiggle works (though maybe not the 10-12 range) but for $8+tax for an hour and a half 75 cents -$1 individually for all the games and rides (which dont even have a prize counter) seemed pretty steep.And while the staff is friendly (and attentive) and keep the main room clean the bathrooms could use a little TLC. Not the worst place weve been - and pretty spacious - but without the forewarning on the website to bring extra cash/quarters our visit only utilized half of what super jump had to offer.In the future Id love to see an advertisement of play card packages for games (much like chuckie cheese or tiffanys skate does) on the actual website so customers could be informed beforehand.

My 3 year old son loves this place. Me, on the other hand got hurt by the massage chair. And I have a physically demanding job, so this is really bad for me. They should ban these machines before more people get hurt

My kids absolutely love it here and never get tired of going. they keep it fairly clean, the bathrooms could be cleaner. Arcade games, party room, bathrooms, massage chairs for the parents to sit and get a massage while you watch your kiddos play. Customer service is Great!

This place is almost always clean in the play area but the bathrooms get pretty gross and seem to just always be wet everywhere. There are cheap drinks available to buy, and the bounce houses are always in good repair and clean, so its still a good experience. Using the stamp card can be a good way to get a small discount.

Great place for young kids to work off a ton of energy. Wish they did not have the arcade games which cost extra. My grandson can play games anytime on his tablet.

After booking my childs 2nd birthday party here, I came to read the reviews since I had never been here. I was instantly disappointed after seeing so many bad ones but I always keep an open mind. The day of the party came, and the front girl was so helpful and nice! We also had a party host to help with carrying food and drinks, setting things up, etc. The party went great and this place is so fun! Everything was so clean and there was lots of options for the kids to play on. The party room was a great size and the party package was so reasonable! The party was a quick 2 hours but just long enough. We went on a Sunday afternoon so it wasnt overly crowded which was nice. I highly reccomend!

Kids always a blast here. And its not expensive at all. 90 minute limit is just the right ammount of time.

I saw a lot of reviews saying that the employees here were careless and not doing their jobs, but I had a very different experience! I stopped in here today around noon with my four kids. There were three teenage girls working (Megan, Caley, and another whose name escapes my memory). These girls were working their behinds off. Walking around regularly to check on kids, sanitizing, and reinforcing the basic rules (no running, feet first, one at a time). I was very pleased! The equipment was clean and in great shape. They sell water, juice, and other beverages for $1. Plenty of tables for parents. Small arcade in the back that has a few games and an air hockey table. $7.50 for an hour and a half of play. Overall, I’d say it’s worth it!! Considering you pay more than that at an arcade or a place like Chuck E Cheese or odyssey1. It’s an easy way to burn some time on a rainy day!

This place is great I do not get all of the harsh reviews. Whenever I take my 6yo and 10yo here they have fun. The workers are always nice and are quick to politely enforce rules to kids that get out of hand. It is always busy here but the way i see it is the more kids for mine to interact with. During the busier times it can be difficult to get a table to sit at, that is why it is not a 5 star. More seating would be nice.

Our daughters (3 and 5) love this place. We go here from time to time, especially if its rainy. Its a good place for the kids to let our some energy for a couple of hours. My only complaint is how dirty the restrooms and drinking fountain area is. When the drinking fountain is on, the water goes onto the ground and the kids are in their socks. The bathrooms might as well be outhouses since they are always filthy and smell terrible. I get that the parents and kids are responsible for their own messes, but man, it gets bad enough in there to leave and use the mall/JCP restroom and then come back to jump.

This place is amazing they have so many jumpy toys they also have a birthday room that you can rent out ahead of time if need be keep in mind you have to wear socks or you do not get to enjoy the time but if you forget your socks they do sell socks although I know there is a age limit to play there my little little ones absolutely love it its 7:50 I believe per person if Im remembering correctly but you get I think an hour and a half of the kids wearing themselves out

A fun place for children. Inflatables, things to climb on, and plenty of space to run around and burn off energy. Very clean and a fun atmosphere. The price ($7.50 per child) for open play is very reasonable for 90 minutes of play.

This place is great... Really wears out the kid. Beware though, toilets are short! The party package is also very reasonably priced. We had her bday there a couple years ago and it was hit! Definitely recommend it fod fun or a party.

I came here as a visitor to a party so i can only speak as a visitor. It was for a 4 year olds party. The kids seem to have a lot of fun though it seems to be a bit of a free for all. Paying for the party just gets the room. There was no employee assistance from what i saw. The place disnt have a lot of clutter but most surfaces and the floor were sticky.The bathroom was a whole other matter. Would be better off having a porta potty. It was filthy with urine all over the toilet, smeeled like there was a hidden poop somewhere.Make sure u have your shots. The employees looked like they hated their lives though one did thanks us for coming.Will not be returning.

Love this Place. 8$ for epic kids play. Best for ages 3-8yo. Owner informed my wife and I there is another location at the Auburn Super Mall even larger and with more attractions. Definantly will be visiting.

Went here for a non official bday for my son. Not to many places you can go in the winter for a birthday, w/out having to pay for the birthday experience. He is 7 now and some of the kids were 12 that were there. I paid for them even tho they didnt bounce, they just hung out. It was super crowded. I sat on the floor in front of the slides. The workers are all young & seem to hate their job. Idk it seems ok, but wont be ableto return again next year cuz he is to old honestly.

It isnt huge and isnt as big as the one in Auburn, but its also only 7 bucks for 90 minutes so I dont see how thats a bad price. kids have fun and you dont have to worry about rain. staff has always been friendly when Ive been there.

Grandson loves it. Its safe and clean. Plus they have two massage chairs that rock.

Kids loved it, also you can stay in the middle and watch your kids instead of chasing them . Price was great as well.

After todays experience I feel it should be a REQUIREMENT for young employees to be supervised. I was starred and snickered at the whole time, the employees literally snapped their necks any time I or my guest got up to move. I addressed the employees and asked for the managers number she LIED did not give me the number and claimed to be the manager. I did fill out a report with mall management so I hope something is done about the issue.

Literal waste of time. Payed over 8 bucks and kiddo wanted to sit in the arcade the whole time- every game is like 75 cents plus. Id recommend wiggleworks if you need a fix in the mall, or if you want a bouncy type activity- head to pump it up in tacoma. Service isnt great there either but its more fun for the kids and cheaper.

Its Cheap and fun. But EVERY time we go the workers stand around talking. An one worker in particular has a neck full of hickeys. I always chase my daughter around and and right with her. But come on. You guys dont get paid to stand around and talk.
