This is the worst experience I’ve had in a long while. While the dock personnel are very friendly and helpful, the experience with the management is awful. I was promised a discount for being a member of the armed forces with an honorable discharge, but after submitting my DD219 6 months ago no discount was forthcoming. I tried to take my membership down from six months to three months since we found we didn’t use it 6 months worth, they said they had to delete my account and start over to change to 3 months. It’s just not worth the money.
