My visit was perfect! It was pretty busy but an employee by the name of Andrea took time out of her very busy day to assist me. She was very educated on the products. She never lost patience with me and I never felt uncomfortable. I will return again in the near future.The store was very clean as well.

Very friendly store with health/safety conscious staff and really robust selection of cool stuff for any/everyone. Initially, I arrived when they first opened on a Thursday. There were two staff members both of which were already wearing masks, they also made sure everyone entering also had a mask (I already had mine on). I spoke with Vanessa for nearly 90 minutes about products but also life. It was a really positive interaction and by the end of our conversation I left with a really great deal on something fun for my lady. I highly recommend visiting this store if youre looking for something to add a little fun to your life, and make sure youre wearing a mask ;)

My husband and I stopped in there and the sweets lady chase was super helpful!!! She made us both very Comfortable and answered all ofOur questions. Love this place they are always very welcoming.

I met chass at another location when they didn’t have what I was looking for wasn’t in stock. Not only did she refer me to the sister store but also informed me to speak with another associate and to inform her that she sent me. She also stated that she would be at that location the next day if I wanted to come back. She was very knowledgeable about the products and demonstrated how it works. I ended up buy more than what i wanted But it was with it.

Not sure what I expected but Ben was noteworthy of my trip today. He offered his help in way that was a relief for someone like me who has never found themselves in an adult store prior to. He actually saved me 61 bucks which is amazing . Someone give that man a raise !!

I have been there many times in the past, but today was the first time with my wife. When I had been there alone, I pretty much was left alone by the staff to check out the stuff, which is what I prefer. Today was a new experience....first off the place has been renovated and I feel made a bit more upscale. Didnt feel dirty walking in the door.After a couple minutes, Zack came over and started talking to us, mainly my wife as I am not into the whole sales experience. My wife was fine with it, and he gave her multiple facts about different toys and helped her pick one out that we think will do the job. He talked about many things and was very helpful to her.The manager came in too and while not as personable as Zack, he offered some great knowledge and pointers too. They obviously take their jobs seriously....they know the merchandise.We were somewhat curious about the video rooms, thought it might be fun to get a little action but not sure if that is allowed there. The posted rules say only one person allowed in a room and we did not check the rooms out....not sure if any type of glory hole action would be possible. May check that out next time. Wife was kinda interested in maybe a little oral play with the right guy but there wasnt much to choose from in that regard. One black guy that might have been ok but he was probably in his 40s and was dressed in mesh gym shorts...not really the kind we would look for.Anyhow, a good experience, the store was pretty clean and well organized and a ton of stuff to choose from. Prices are decent but can save a lot of money online.

Absolutely wonderful store! The employee, Zack, was wonderful with my boyfriend and I. He walked us through everything the store offered and helped us to find something that would work well for the both of us. He made sure we were comfortable with what we were looking at, understood how it worked, and gave us different options for different experiences. Zack was incredibly professional and helpful. I highly recommend Bada Bing for anyone looking for either adult video or sex toys.
