Creative flavored cupcakes and a fun atmosphere to hang out. Currently their arcade games are shut down so I might recommend waiting till after Covid if youre looking to play. However you can still go in and fulfill that sweet tooth!

I showed/emailed over pictures of what I wanted for my cake, however I am not very satisfied. The colors are off and it looks messy. If they needed more time they could’ve told me they wouldn’t be able to make it. One of the lady’s working wasn’t friendly towards me at all and made me feel anxious about ordering in the first place. Do your research if you are needing a cake for a special occasion.

By far the best tasting cakes in Pueblo. They are always friendly and do such a great job with special orders. Theyre not much more expensive than the grocery stores but the quality is so, so much higher. Totally worth every penny and then some.

Worst experience ever they ruined a 3 tier unicorn cake for my daughter in law and my sons baby shower!! And they guy just kept saying that sucks!! And I had already payed for it worst part is they didnt even try to make it right!! Kind staff, simple yet fun atmosphere. They have a few small games set up to play and I was able to teach my daughter checkers while eating cupcakes! Only missing a star because the whole staff is usually in the back and not at the counter.

We stopped by here for ice latte while we were sightseeing in Pueblo, CO. There are a few game machines inside store. The weather was over 90 degrees so, its a perfect place for relaxing for a while after sightseeing!

Love this place when Im craving something sweet and homemade. The staff there is always very professional, and the cakes/cupcakes are always on point! Try the blueberry french toast cupcake if you ever get the chance. The ice cream they sell is fantastic as well.

I just ordered a plain raspberry filled cake. The frosting is supposed to be butter cream. Way to thick way too much sugar. I couldnt eat a whole piece of cake. The cake tasted like bad dry Duncan Heinz from the box. Do not waste your money here. Find a real baker. You know from scratch baker. Want a box cake buy here.

I absolutely love this place! They always have exciting cupcake flavors: Carmel apple, blueberry gramcracker, root beer, ect. This really sets them aside from most bakeries in pueblo who only do chocolate and vanilla

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. Our first experience with them was fabulous, they have great tasting cakes/cupcakes and did an amazing job on our wedding cake. However when we ordered a birthday cake for our daughters first birthday, the only thing they got right was the flavor and type of frosting. They had the wrong type of decorations on it and completely left off the happy birthday and her name. We were upset, but let it go because she was only one and wouldnt care. We decided to try again this year and boy was that a mistake. Due to the disaster last year, all I told them we wanted was a 2 layer, chocolate cake with buttercream frosting that was jungle/curious George theme. Easy enough right? Apparently not. When my husband went to pick it up, it was a chocolate and white cake (we wanted just chocolate), fondant frosting (which no one in our family likes), and there was no jungle theme. It was bright blue and yellow. Understandably we were very upset. The owner claimed all she could do was give us a 10% discount if we took it and if we left it we would be out the $75 deposit I had to put down. No offer to replace it with anything more suitable. I told her about our experience last year and how disappointed I was in her customer service and she still wouldnt budge saying because of the work she had put in she had to keep the deposit no matter what. I asked if we could just take it and not have to pay the other $75 that they wanted to for it and she said no, the best she could do was a 10% discount. She is the owner, I thought customer service was important to businesses driven by customers but apparently it is not. And how she, as the owner, didnt do everything she could to make up for the mistakes made is baffling to me. We were read back the order sheet and it had only half of what I had ordered. When I placed the order the girl who took it down repeated it and it was correct then. If she had been willing to let us take the cake for the $75 already paid we wouldve just let it go. But she kept repeating she couldnt do that. I do not understand how she could not, as the owner, but that apparently is the way she wants to run her business.We are now out $75, have another bad cake memory for our daughters birthday, and have to scramble at the last minute to find another cake. Needless to say, no matter how tasty the product is, we are never ordering here again. If you dont care if your order is right or like surprises, then I would suggest ordering from here, we however like our orders to be correct and will never patronize this establishment again.

Tastiest, prettiest of treats, along with some of the best ice cream EVER. Key Lime Pies my flavor fave (w bits of pie crust...). The atmosphere is clean and bright, as is the service.

Sorry, horrible experience, very dissatisfied. I paid $95 dollars for a dry cake that displayed novice decorating at most. I knew the cost prior to seeing cake, so I had no issue with the price. Ill pay whatever, but the end product better match the price. To top it off the workers were rude, very unfriendly and didnt bother to thank us for spending $95 dollars on a less than mediocre tiny cake. Had far better cakes for a 1/3 of price.
