I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean everything was. when I placed my ticket order online, you could see that all seats surrounding your selection were blocked, ensuring social distancing around your seats. My Cinemark rewards were still there, prices were great, and I was able to use coupons making this a very cheap date night!

My favorite theater. There are concessions after you leave the lobby, so keep in mind. Easy to navigate. Affordable and great seats and screens. 3D looks awesome. One of my favorite theaters from Pueblo to Santa Fe.

Theater was being Cleaned but yet as i was the first to enter the theater. i found dirty seats and a container of popcorn spilled over and a bunch of Hershey Kiss wrappers mashed into the carpet. If this is what pueblo considers clean no wonder theyre in the predicament they are. Seats the ones that worked were cool i guess but come on clean. Does this look clean to you

The Movies are back.... There is lysol wipes outside of each theater, supposedly they wipe, and spray down each theater after every showing. I felt very safe going back to the movies.

The butter in the popcorn gave me an upset stomach... The theater seats were awesome and the sound was just a tad load, so i put a little cotten in my ears and that helped.

The theater is always kept clean, and the employees are helpful and accomodating.

Had a good time everything was good. If they made the concession food better like for instance using real nacho cheese instead of nacho cheese in a separate packet. Are serving easy good finger foods like fried stuff funnel cakes hamburgers Etc like the drive-in does.

Open during covid makes this place a sanity saver

We enjoyed the new changes to the place it makes much more enjoyable to watch a movie. The only complaint I have are the prices at the concession stand wow out of control. We went and it was myself my husband and out 10 year old and for everything food and tickets we spent 75 dollars and that was with a discount on food thanks to an awesome employee who was kind enough to give us a discount. But overall nice experience just a little overpriced. Its a shame that everything in this world is getting so expensive.

Their app makes it so easy to purchase tickets and avoid the hassle. I can choose my seat and know where to look when I get there. Comfortable seating. I see more shows now because it is so easy. Just saw Midway. This is a got to see movie. Wow! The staff here have been friendly and helpful. Even remembered us from last visit. Impressive.

Super nice chairs, comfortable and heated if you like that sort of thing. The front row is not the best place to sit, but we made do and our family had tons of fun. It was clean, quick, and the staff was very friendly.

I wont admit how many years its been since i went to a movie theater. What a treat to relax in a heated, reclining seat. Being in the back row, and with tiered seating sections, i couldnt even see people seated more toward the front. Acoustics are great. And staff members are friendly and helpful.

The Luxury Loungers are pretty sweet. I hadnt been in since the remodel. Its all very well done. Movie was awesome. As a 66 person, Id never been very comfortable in theater seating. This time was an absolute joy.

Concession prices have dropped, they now serve beer and the seats even have a warmer.

Overall, this is a very nice movie theater with state-of-the-art seating. The chairs are reclinable and have a seat warming option as well. Every seat in the house is great, except the first 3 rows! My only annoyance with this theater is the time it takes to get through the concession line. It would be great if there was a refill only line.

The seats are incredibly comfortable! They push back like at home! Sound is great. Unfortunately, therecare commercials during the previews now.

Always good to visit the theater for a new release. I wish like everyone else that cost of ticket and snacks would go back down. But it is worth it for the experience.

Audio quality is terrible. I have more bass in my car. My TV at home has better audio... Extremely let down at the quiet and rumble-less experience. Theater was hot, and the pathway lighting was brighter than the screen. It made viewing very difficult. Paired with garbage sound made this a waste of an afternoon. I would have been better off at home.

Good place to watch a Movie

Comfy seats, great atmosphere.

They recently installed the new lounge chairs. They are power recliners.Not many people know but they also have SEAT WARMERS in them. The button is beneath the up/down recliner buttons. It has a high and a low setting.

Employees are very helpful. Absolutely love the large comfy chairs that recline. Excellent family atmosphere.

Great movie theater!

As with any movie theater, snacks can be pricy. However, they are a lot more affordable here than other theaters Ive been to. While I dont drink, the new alcohol serving may be attractive to many adults. The renovated seating is amazing. Chairs are comfortable, with the recliner and seat warmer. You no longer have to look over peoples heads or search for a place to sit at a crowded show due to the preselected seating. Sound and picture are great. The games in the lobby are also fun.

Just visiting this state for a few days. Saw a movie. Wasnt able to play games with my kids though because I didnt have some expensive card? (No place like home right?) Anyways they have a giant claw machine that would have been $5 to play and others, food, bathrooms, theatres... just like any other.

My family enjoys going to this theater. We love the ability to choose seats and purchase tickets in advance. Clean, comfortable and a positive movie going experience.

The Movie was great, however they should fix the seats so that all of the foit rests work. For the $50 I spent we could have waited a couple months, watched it at home, in comfort with our feet up and saved almost $40

First time in a movie theatre in over thirty years! Lots of changes since the old days. All the workers were excellent ambassadors for this establishment. Had reclining chairs that were very comfortable and the snacks and drinks were fresh and tasty! Picture and sound quality exceeded expectations! Well worth the big bucks to see the movie.

From when I went there last till now there are much more improvements such as a better arcade (which I think is a bit pricey) new heated reclining seats and alcohol served. Its a fresh thing that pueblo has and its nice to see a old part of home rejuvenated

Pros: great building, awesome seating (can sit in front two rows and get a full picture), best experience is during non-peak timesNeeds work: parking and turn-around on concession time (they are okay but human element on positive and negative)Cons: Concessions costs are outrageous -- this is more asystematic of corporate greed than anything else. Unless you are a hardcore soda and popcorn cinephile, you are better off eating a meal before going in.

I hadnt gone to a movie theater in three years. Cinemark has really improved the movie viewing experience. Reserved seating with very comfortable chairs, and a small arcade for the kids.

The customer service was great except for the manager Shane Sutton. He publicly criticized an employee that was doing his best to help & I personally felt bad for the guy & didn’t respect the public criticism. Apart from that, my experiences have always been fantastic at this theater.

We love this theater, chairs are awesome for us old folks, its always clean.We went to an early bird movie & was disappointed that we ended up with day old popcorn & the pop was a bit flat.

Place was pretty well clean, great movie experience. Was told show was almost sold out, and yet the theatre was less than half full on Valentines day.

I had enough money to watch two movies on discount Tuesday but they took that away unless you are a member, which I believe is very unfair to the people that are poor and could only afford to go on these Tuesdays at a lower price. They had discount Tuesdays for over a year and then they decide to take it away. The chairs are comfortable, the food and drinks are expensive. Now, some people will not be going to the movies because they cannot afford to.

They have a great management team who does their best to try and get you what you need. I was having problems with the app and couldnt get anything worked out with it. But we got it solved. But corporate, gives these awesome people more access to their systems....

The food is just to expensive its like being at the fair everything is double price. If yall made it regular price a lot of people would actually buy more stuff. Thats why im only giving yall a three star

I really like how friendly these people are. There was especially one nice guy who took our tickets from us. I wish I knew his name so i could thank him for his hospitality.

Big screen

This is a rare but fun experience for my family. going to the movies are always expensive when you have a lot of people in your family but is worth it those few times that you splurge. The last visit was great; went to a late night showing and the refilled the popcorn even though the concession stand was technically closed. They also let me run out to my truck in the middle of the movie for something I forgot when it was very late and clearly closed. My only gripe is that I have to leave my gun because its a weapon free zone (aka- sitting-duck-for-slaughter-without-defense zone).

It has been a few years since I have visited the is theater and I must say well done. What an amazing improvement, only does it have a concession stand in the front, but also one closer to the movie rooms themselves in the back in case you forgot something or needed a refill, which makes it so you miss less of the film. And although the the theaters in Colorado Springs are nice with the reclining chairs, this particular theater also has an added bonus of heated seats for extra comfort and enjoyment.

As old front row Joe would say its the be best seat in town to go a theater. Its also the only one. Nice roomy reclining heated seats. Great sound, 3D, overpriced consession, small game room. Clean restrooms. Can buy your ticket online and pick your seats, avoid the entry lines.

Nice place but the previews take forever and have the volume way too high.

This place has seen some considerable renovations through out the years and it is definitely for the better. We saw End Game and the sound and picture was excellent, even though it was just the standard experience. The chairs are vinyl with power recline and slope. There a far less seating than there used to be with the old seating but thats fine, you wont be rubbing elbows with your neighbors. This is the only stop in pueblo, unless you wanna go to Fountain to their Tinseltown.

The new seating is incredible! The new set up on the front room is awesome! And the movie screens look crystal clear as ever! I very much enjoyed my time and company here! Absolutely love the new changes! :)

The seats are so nice here! They play current movies mainly and not older films like some of the small theaters do.

The theatre was clean and the staff was courteous. The cost of two tickets, a medium soda and pop corn was a bit outrageous, even with the new reclining seating. The sound system is usually blasting and tonight was no exception. Our movie was not an action film, so the volume was almost tolerable. The movie was good, so the overall evening was good.

The modern movie experience has recliners. With seat warmers. The only thing lacking is a blanket and pillows, those you have to bring yourself. The ultimate in comfy, the couch away from couch, the giant screen you cant fit in your living room.

Only movie theater in Pueblo. But they have recently upgraded their seating. You must select your seats when buying tickets. I recommend buying a few days ahead to get the good seats. Popcorn, Hot Dogs, Nachos are all as youd expect from a movie theater. If you are in Pueblo I would definitely recommend it!

Love the set up of the new seating system. Got in with no hassles at all and got cold beverage and a popcorn with virtually no waiting. Great movie atmosphere.

They went to big recliner style seating and the movie you want to see is only in ONE theater and usually for ONE DAY and to top it all off ALL the good seats are already taken!! WORST IDEA EVER!! This ruined my going to a local theater experience. Now I have to go to Colorado Springs.

The reason I’m giving this theatre a 3 is because they won’t give me popcorn salt. The orange colored salt. I used to be able to get it but the last 2 times I was there the same manager told me they don’t give it out because it is very potent. it wasn’t good for people. Yes please I know That. hahaha. Pleeeeeaaaase!! I told the manager that I was 60 years old and didn’t need him to tell me what I can and can’t eat. I offered to pay for it. This place just infuriates me when it comes to the Consession stand. Wonderful seats though but someone needs to get a grip inthe concession people

I wish the seats reclined just a bit more but I love having reserved seats. Concession lines are always too long.

Really comfortable seats, recline, heat. Very comfortable. Decent screen size and privacy inside the theater. Tickets were about 20 popcorn and 2 drinks also about 20....other than that really good theater!
