If negative stars were an option I would select those instead. We would shop here pretty regularly and not a single time have they ever asked to keep my ID until we checked out nor have they ever made me walk all the way to the counter to present it. During this pandemic the last thing I want your grubby dirty hands touching and keeping is my ID, especially if you can’t be bothered to wear your mask properly nor get your butt up to meet me at the door. This one incident has now put me in a position where I will never shop here again. Pandemic or not.

Pandora was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. While shopping at a shop such as this you should never feel like you are being continually judged. Then when I was ready to check out all I got was eye rolls and I kept hearing her say things under her breath. When I would ask what she was saying she would just stare. I ended up not purchasing the items just because of how uncomfortable she made the entire transaction. When I was leaving there was lady who was leaving as well and she even stated After seeing how she treated you I will never come here again, worst part is I think she is the manager. Losing business due to horrible management is a tough way to run a shop. If it is possible to give this less than a 1 star I would.

We had a great experience! Pandora is amazing and so knowledgeable. The shop is clean and had so much variety. 10/10 definitely recommend

Pueblo CO only has two “adult stores” but this one is by far the classiest, has THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY staff I’ve ever run across in an adult store! Great experience:)

Lady not wearing mask when I walked in and then had to keep my ID while I shopped. I said no and she told me I had to leave. Not professional. Plus they have a small selection. I’ve never had someone keep my ID while I shop.

Poor customer service, the people here need to learn how to be, at the very minimum, repectful of customers. If you want to make sales,being rude to customers is not the way to do it.

Staff was extremely rude and NOT LGBT friendly.
