South Willow is a great family community! Its a very safe place to call home. The management staff is super helpful with any questions & is always very nice.
We went to play Pickleball. Only outdoor court I know of in Provo. Really nice court with benches. No net - bring your own.
New management is just money hungry. They raise up the Lot fee so high. I would almost consider into looking into your laws to see if it’s legal. I know it’s only suppose to go up a certain percentage a year. The pipes of me and my neighbor were are clogged. They had gone into to fix the pipes plenty of times before the new owners but never fixed the problem. They just repaved the roads and called it good. It’s almost cheaper to rent an apartment vs living there.
Its a nice looking community but the management is difficult to get in contact with, uninformed, and unwavering. They are new management as of Summer 2018 and I am less than impressed. They have not sent out basic contact information for the on site manager or an email for the management even after asked to do so. All that is publicly available is a phone number that might work. (I called that number shortly after the change in management and they didnt even know what South Willow was!).They held a community meeting late 2018 (which was somewhat helpful) where residents would bring up concerns but they just repeated for each concern that they need it in writing without providing an email address. When they first took over they provided an incorrect address for where to deliver rent causing confusion. They hired a very strict towing company based out of MURRAY so if your car gets towed.. good luck. At the meeting (over 6 months ago) they said they were getting a new towing company but we have not been notified of a new company and the signs are still up from the other one so if my car were towed I would have no idea where to call. They make simple mistakes in stuffing bills. In my bill they had folded up another residents bill and put it in there too, Im sure that violates some privacy law. Also Im assuming that resident didnt get a bill that month or got it very late after I sent it back. I understand raising the rent because of inflation, but raising the rent by a large percentage (21%) seems very unreasonable. There are a few things the management is now doing that is better. They repaved all the roads and apparently they are redoing the clubhouse. (side note, there is nothing in the new contract that says using the clubhouse costs money but when I asked about reserving it they said it would be $100!) I gave it 2 stars only because its location has been convenient and it looks nice.
So beautiful. Ive always only visited a couple of times. It has now become my favorite park to take an evening stroll. Peaceful, great lighting on the paths, absolutely beautiful
The trailer park is Under New Management. They are requiring the longtime residents to make a lot of changes. They expect them after so many years to have their trailers conform to what they want them to be. My friend is in her seventies, and needs help Im miles away but I helped as often as I can. The grounds and the just a property itself is nice but the rents are going up the expectations are going up and I didnt see where anything was improving for the residence. I hope they do something to to make sure they know that the that management appreciates them for conforming to there at their expectations
The neighbors are friendly and the neiborhood is, for the most part, quiet and family friendly. I would recommend this as a great place to live and have a family.
I reviewed this place before with different management. It had five stars then, however now its a different story. First thing we get from management is a letter saying that there are new owners, space rent is going up, and our house is the place where you drop the bill off, wrong! My wife had to call multiple times in order to get a hold of them, and even then never spoke to the representative. A few months later new towing rules came out and our car was towed because the towing company claimed that our car was in a visitor parking lot, wrong again! I finally got a hold of the representative, and he was unaware there was more than one parking lot, after being the representative for two months! I know other mobile home park owners and these ones are simply incompetent. This place only gets the three stars because of the nice environment. This was my former review: This trailer park is very nice to live in for the price. It is much cleaner than other trailer parks in the area and is very safe. Sometimes we have a things that get left outside overnight and nothing has every been stolen. The space rent is going up by $25 in June 2018, which will put it at $395 per month. There is also a very nice looking park being built right next to the park. The management is not very picky and we have never had them bother us it the previous owner of our trailer. Overall a great place to stay!
One of the worst Trailer Parks in Utah. So far they have either lost my rent then send out a 5 day eviction notice. Then they will attach a constable fee on top of that. I even called and talked to them about it and they were rude as could be. Come to find out they were holding my rent so that i could be served. The lot fee has now gone up I believe 3 times with in the last year. The communication with the owners is non existent. When you try to talk to them they are rude as can be, like your wasting their time. As far as I know there are multiple people in the park with lawsuits against them, over a small amount of money. If there was communications the issues could of been solved easily instead of taking it to court. This place is ridiculous I would never recommend anyone to live there, or deal with the management there.
Very poor management! Very unresponsive and unreasonable.
Great place, nice and clean
Lovelybllace but no spaces available.
No phone number. No address. Does this place even exist?
