Absolutely gorgeous and HUGE park! Took my son here after the farmers market and we spent a good two and a half hours just wandering and playing. The playground is great, and there are lots of trails, ponds, and community areas. If youre into sports there are also several different sorts areas. We saw baseball, basketball and tennis for sure but there really could have been more.

Love Lakefront Park. Wonderful walking trails, sledding hill, beach, park, pavillion and butterfly garden. You can also watch fireworks on the 4th :)

The dock are was nice albeita bit shallow. First time on Prior Lake with my boat. For some reason the rest rooms were closed, but they had porta potties?The beach looked nice, we didnt use it for long.

Beautiful park well maintained. Great walking or riding paths throughout the park. Enjoy playing pickellball although the courts need to be resurfaced, numerous cracks and some uneven areas make it more interesting!

Love the trails & everything about the park. Its lovely. I knocked one star off because some people do not adhere to the leash ordinance and keep their dogs on a leash, which upsets my dog.

Great place to hike fish or just enjoy the beach. If fishing just do so off the point near the docks the rest Is pretty meh

Lots of fun we R At this time of the year. In the summer we use the playground the basketball court and of course my son loves the skateboard park up above its a wonderful place to live near and its very convenient for us. Thank you.

Rating for playground. Wonderful playground with many different features, many that you dont see that other playgrounds in the area such as the pirate ship in the sand pit. Great for all ages but the main playground is better suited for kids 1.5 and older. They have a handicapped swing and a path leading to it.

This is a fantastic park with so many great places. Numerous overhead coverings, numerous bathrooms and the rentable pavillion is fantastic.There is a great hill for sledding in the winter, with great ice rinks.Awesome trails through the woods and the beach is super awesome.

One of the best parks Ive ever been to! Lakefront park is very pretty and well-accommodated for a suburban park. Complete with an auditorium, a lake, a short nature trail, baseball fields, hockey rinks, soccer fields, colorful courts, and a big, beautiful hill thats good for watching stars and fireworks in the summer and sledding in the winter.

Lakefront Music Festival! Great place to host it!

The lakefront music Fest performers were fantastic this year. Appreciate his volunteerism, but really should get a new MC for the event, however. (saying a talented performer that he is pretty good for Canada and telling the audience that he was told to ask them how theyre doing tonight. Painful. Also miss the entrance top of hill, makes for a whole lotta extra walking for many of us. If nothing changes, however, we will still be back.

Very nice park, lots of trails to walk and theres several shelters available (probably to rent) and a nice playground for the kids! Good amount of parking, but the lots can fill in busy days.

Always a great visit. Lakefront park is truly a gem in the crown of public use land not just in Prior Lake, but all of Scott county. It is a four season park that hosts a wide variety of sport year round. Compete with a beach, fireworks and music festivals, there is always something going on at the park, even pickleball.

We love this park! We actually had our wedding here, in the pavilion and the gazebo. The pavilion is very nice inside. With all the nice big windows, carpeted floor, kitchen, bathrooms, it made our small wedding very nice. We were able to grilled and have music, and with our 60 guests, it didnt feel cramped. Its also very affordable to rent for the day, and you can decorate as you like. If you want to have an outdoor wedding, with a chill vibe, check this place out.

Easy to find plenty of space a good lineup plenty of vendors to get food or beverages

There is a nice walking path at this park. There is also a place for children to play with jungle gyms and whatnot. There was also a great little seating area with several metal benches and shade provided by a wooden structure with leafy growth on and around it. The park seems well maintained and clean. There are lots of trash/recycling receptacles available. There is also a skate park here.

Fantastic and clean. Trails are great for walking. Hockey rinks always maintained in winter. Good bass fishing down at the beach....pocket frog works wonders;)

Stood in line for 1 hour just to get in! Better off buying general admission and sit on the grass. Seats were to close in Seating area, So not worth the price.

Great park with lots of amenities for the kids. Ice skating, warming house, sledding hill activities in the winter so it gives you a place to do things when its cold. In the summer they hold Lakefront days, Lakefront Music Fest, and wine tasting. Beautifully groomed Trails throughout the park. A must go to when you come to Prior Lake.

Great park with plenty of space. Had a family reunion in one of the pavilions and the. The kids (ours is 2) played at the park. A comfortable amount of kids which makes it fun for everyone. Not too busy and not dead.

Large, spacious, beautiful park! This is a perfect place to bring the family and play. Clean, nice playground with bathrooms.Big fields, walking paths, and then playgrounds grounds.I definitely think its worth taking the family or a walk.

Its an amazing park! Great for photoshoots, romantic walks with significant other, hanging out with friends, bringing kids to, and just enjoy nature (fishing). 10/10 would recommend to visit!

Nice place to walk.

This park is not the largest but it is a nice area. Play structures are nice and it even has a skate park! We went on a super cold day and didnt stay long, but it was beautiful! The parking lot and drive way could use repaving but the buildings and paths looked as if they had been maintained very well. Trash cans were not overflowing like many parks.Definitely will visit again if we are back in the area!

Nice playground, lots of age appropriate equipment for smaller children (2yr) and bigger (4-6yr). Porta pottys and building with running water bathrooms. Beach is nice, but a bit of a walk.

This is the best park in Prior Lake! There are paved walking trails, a beach, a great playground, fields, basketball & tennis courts, skate park, sledding hill & skating rinks in the winter with a warming house. The park is always clean & well maintained. There are also water fountains & bathrooms open in the summer.

Very large park with multiple fields, courts and playgrounds. Fishing and hiking can be done here also. The beach is a nice walk through the woods. Everything is well kept.

Gorgeous area for an event. The pavilion has bathrooms and seating. Easily accommodated 150 guests.

Great venue and park.

The playground has great equipment. We were there on a day in the 90s. Everything was hot to the touch so not a great place on a super sunny hot day. Theres no shade for the playground.

Great park with soccer fields, playground, sand volleyball, skate park, tennis and basketball courts, event buildings, and pavilion. There are also walking trails with water and a fountain close by. On the 4th of July, it is a great place to watch the local fireworks.

Watchin fireworks at 4th of july is an awesome place to be at. The best watching place is up the hiil on the tennis court side.

This is a great playground in Prior Lake. My favorite to bring the kids to, as its well maintained and is reasonably sized. I also like to walk around the park without the kids!
