Me and my friends went to watch “the turning” on March 6 at this theater. During the movie a few people got on their phones to check time or just little things like that and nobody watching the movie was getting annoyed with it. Well this old man comes in and starts lurking over people’s shoulders and anytime anyone looked at their phone he would yell at you to “get off your phone.” He was walking in all the isles, disrupting the movie, and making everyone feel very uncomfortable. Then at the end of the movie when everyone was walking out a mom went up to him and told him he needed to leave the kids alone. He started yelling at her telling her to “get the f**k out of his theater” and caused a big scene in front a bunch of people.

This is a classic theatre and the movie Avengers End Game went very well! I had a great time!

It is definitely an old theater, but the service is always friendly, and the shows are shown just like anywhere else.

Enjoy watching movies here, but in the winter, take a blanket because its quite nippy inside

Amazing old place. Fun spot to see a new release movie. Much bigger on the inside than it appears from outside.

Prices are great for tickets and refreshments. Love the old time look about the place. Great for a night out without breaking the bank.

I went to watch the premiere release of Avengers Endgame and they restarted the movie 2 TIMES and then paused it because “there were a lot of late people in the concessions line”!! The movie was already started 10 minutes later than the posted time. I found this so u professional that I instantly pulled out my phone to write a review. Safe yourself some time and hardship and go watch the movie at a “legit” movie theater that takes things seriously.

Hard to give this a traditional star-rating. Im so glad this theatre has stuck around. Its cultural significance and standing in the community are substantial. I love the balcony seats, and the quality of the screen and sound are good for such an old facility.Unfortunately, the ground floor seats are awful and the floor itself is sinking in the middle. Im not sure what can be done about that at this point, and there is enough to like at the Price Theatre that I keep going back. Not a perfect experience, but definitely a memorable one.

The theaters are always showing the top box offices hits at the time of their release. The snacks are fresh and the drinks are ice cold. If you were to rate rural theaters, this one is one of the best. My favorite place to watch a movie is in the balcony of the Price Theater. Thank you Mike and Valerie Johnson for providing Carbon and Emery County residents with quality movies and box office hits.

Saw Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Theater Pricing is the best I have seen in a while and the Theater was on spot with sound and video quality.

Great place to watch a movie.

I love old theatres, and I like seeing movies here, but the place is old and a bit run down. Could use some new seats. Sometimes in the summer, bats will get in and fly in front of the projector. I dont mind the bats, but others do and get noisy about it during the movie, so it becomes very distracting.

Movie theatre is very run down. I would expect a classic place that the whole town enjoys would have been given a little tlc. I only go here if i dont feel like traveling an hour to Provo. Popcorns okay. Drinks very refreshing.

No movies. They play kid movies & whatever other garbage they can. Dont go looking for new releases & at $8.50 a ticket...really...youre better off streaming something online

This is a very old theatre and it is wondeeful if you dont mind the old fashioned seats. The prices are really good especially for the pop corn, nachos etc.

They only have one movie on at a time

Very roomy show room, crowded concessions stand. Not freezing cold like other theaters.

Movies are cheaper than chain theaters, there are good deals on combos for concessions

They do get all of the new movie releases but the quality of the theatre is not there. Very outrageous prices. 8.50 per ticket for a movie. Then they do the 3d movie and charge an extra 2 dollars on top of that. They say the 2 dollars is for the extra costs to produce the 3d but the 3d isnt even 3d. They just make it blury then give you the glasses to make it clear. We went to finding dory last night and it was full. There were lots of single seats left and i had no problem with that. We found one more double and i sat down and the seat is broken. They obviously do not care about maitenance and upkeep. Id expect a 10.50 movie to be nice with no broken seats. Next time ill just go up north and spend the same amount of money for a theatre with QUALITY.
