Its the perfect size and perfect flavor and video games for everyone too... and the manager and crew have always been friendly with me which just adds to distressing my week... I almost didnt have my daughters birthday party because Elvira? answered the phone and was so unhelpful and gave me attitude. I almost said F this place.... Im so glad I didnt let her determine the course of my decisions. When I got there it was a perfect space with a sweet employee. An older gentleman I feel so bad I forgot his name... He made sure we had everything we needed the whole event. We had a small social distanced gathering. THe children had a great time and it was clean. I felt like I could relax for my babys 1st party. As a single mom that is something so valuable I dont really know how to communicate. I have a terror toddler. she is real cute though and he even helped me when she moved too fast for anyone else to notice. It was a god send really. The food was great. Every one loved it the adults and the kids left with full bellies.Thank you!Lets work on maybe designating someone who is responsible for taking birthday reservations. Maybe the manager.... because the ill informed and girl with a bad attitude almost ruined it for both of us. Or maybe incorporate proper training in this area. Id hate to see you lose business with such a great thing you have going.

Very upset with their service. I have a household of 12 people and when i tried get a table for all of us together they stated their guide lines prohibited us from eating together. But then we turn around and theres a party of 20+ people with no social distance. When we questioned it there was no excuse. Then the placed us in a table where there were not 6 feet if dustance between the rows of tables.

This place is exactly what you would expect, no more no less. Some of the staff were nice and some were not. It was clean and the food was average.

We love this Peter Piper Pizza! Every time we come, we always have the best service! For example, when a game takes a token and doesnt work, the staff never complain about helping you. And the people behind the prize counter are always so patient and kind with the children! Will keep coming!!!

Cold pizza..sloppy mac and cheese...wanted salad but it all was dripping in dressing i did not want...only had 5 pizzas out to start. Had to keep waiting for pizza...wont go back...cicis has way better salad bar and hot pizza...and order your own pizza...golden corral next door better value for me...

I like the layout, they have the arcade area away from the exits, so its harder to kidnap or if your kid is a runner they have to pass in front of allot of people. The arcade is small but provides enough variety for kids to still be entertained, yet open enough if you hover you can do it from a distance. As far as cost they are very reasonable, I will be throwing my child her next birthday party there. It was also clean, the bathrooms looked clean, and staff friendly.

Kids pizza place with several parties going on simultaneously. For those who work here - ALL were exceptional. Rebecca was cheerful, fast, courteous and on pointe. She got our order submitted and gave us details about the process. The place was a madhouse with lots of customers and her composure stood out as the best kind of customer service. Bravo.

Peter Piper Pizza is a fun place for kids of all ages. There are machines to ply that cost money and you win tickets to trade in for prizes. The pizza is ok but youre there for the parties. Have fun!

I love the Pizza here. I have never been disappointed by it. The buffet is a very affordable option to try their pizzas and salads...and dessert. Dinner pricing is a little higher than other chains but in my opinion is better than other chains. The only thing that I feel could be improved is bringing in some more games. Good place for the whole family.

90% of the games were either out of tickets or stole our tokens. And when I tried telling the workers, I either couldnt find one or they werent very pleasant about helping.

Fresh, crunchy thin slice pizza and hot wings, and ice cream with a clean and family friendly and clean atmosphere. They have a small selection of games that work. The place seats a lot of people but when we went, there were too many birthday parties going on at once which made it seem crowded with not many available tables.

Staff is super friendly! Lots of tables. You can bring your own birthday cake and decorations if you want. Food is okay. Pizza is better than some, worse than others. Kids love the games there. Be prepared to spend money for game coins. Cheap toys and candy prizes.

My wife and I went to enjoy there lunch Buffet. assorted Pizzas and three choices of salads plus a drink. It really hit the spot Then we went to go start our Christmas shopping.

The wait for our food was about 45 mins. They did double the order of appetizers.

Love this place! Its awesome to be able to take our babies here to have fun and with a little modification to have vegan options. Also, their little dessert pizza crunch things are vegan!

Surprisingly the pizza here is edible. We have only come here for birthday parties or sports team celebrations. Although the cost for the games is pricey and the rewards for winning games are super cheap and cheesy... ha ha

Pizza overcooked. Many tables needed to be cleaned of dirty plates with employees standing around doing nothing. Then to top it off, a couple came in with a small puppy. They went to the beverage center while holding the dog, filled drinks and then went to a table with the dog being held at table height. Really? This was a puppy, certainly not a service animal. We will NEVER return. In fact, we plan on contacting the City Health Department.

The food is good, but the arcade is way too small for the amount of traffic, and a few of the games are old and busted. You and your kids will end up spending half of your play time waiting in line for the good games.

Game machines take tokens and no game play. Several games broken. Kids got board quickly and wanted to go home.

Its paradise for kids with all the arcade games, and good for parents who want to throw a party for their children.... The kids can have a great time, behave as kids do, make a mess in their celebration..... And Mom and Dad can walk away not having to worry about cleaning the carpet, or dishes.

I used to work at a PPP in texas, went to this one for the Buffett, was disappointed at first old pizza on the Buffett and only one worker on the cashier line no managers managing, after awhile 2 managers just appeared out of thin air and things started stepping up it was an okay visit.

Deep dish pizza was surprisingly very delicious, & the salad fresh, crisp & portion size is as expected for the price. Loads of arcade games for young & old alike. Its noisy, loud, & (beer is available) soda drinks are unlimited refills. There are mens & womens seperate bathrooms, with handicap accessibility. The womens was clean when I was there. Handicap parking, entry, & seating is available. Orders can also be called in ahead for pick up.

A good pizza especially when its a buffet, good selection. Would definitely eat there again.

The manager Rebecca was very helpful and an overall great server. She made my family and I feel right at home and was always willing to help. The games were great and 100 tokens could cover you for 2 hours or more. My family loves it and we all went home happy.

Good birthday partys good pizza

Generally this place is ok for a Chuck E Cheese type establishment but last trip was a mixed bag. On one hand their pizza and veggie platters were exponentially better quality than my last trip several months ago, but on the other the place was jam packed and none of their ticket reading machines were functional. The staff had to count the tickets by hand and needless to say it took them foreeever.
