Love this resort. It is not the newest place, so please dont assume when I say its great that it is brand new. The service and location are so good that it overcomes any age. It is well worth the price and an excellent place.

Beautiful hotel and resort center! Some rooms are better than others. The suites seem to be in better condition than the other rooms. For example, our room was not a suite and the carpet was coming up which could be a safety hazard. My sister had a suite and they had nicer flooring. The beds werent that comfortable in my opinion.The location is great and I love the amenities. My kids loved the indoor pool and you just cant beat the views. At Christmas time they always have a huge Gingerbread house display which is adorable and pre-covid they had carolers and even Santa showed up.I hope next year it is back to normal!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and service. Gorgeous views from any room! Casino on the side. Very near to shopping and historic district. Food service was wonderful, very delicious and the staff pleasant upon delivery. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Thanksgiving dinner in a very nice and cozy environment. Our waiter was very prompt and courteous. Somewhat pricey but worth it!

Jenny at the front desk was awesome. She has a welcoming personality. I had a small issue with the television not working in my room and she took care of me n upgraded me to another room at no extra cost.

Prescott Resort was extremely clean. Staff were excellent, food was delicious.

Dirty....dirty....dirty.... rooms. Gross stained carpet and sheets, bathroom was disgusting. Not sure how this place gets 4.2 rating. Wouldnt let my worst enemy stay hereLeft and stayed at the holiday Inn. Cheaper and way cleaner

We stayed for 2 nights. Beds were comfy and service was great. The pool was always busy so we didnt get to use it. The casino wasnt overcrowded and a nice atmosphere.

Surprisingly great find. This hotel is up on a hill overlooking Prescott with beautiful views. Rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. There is a large patio with comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy the view, a small pool, and a small casino adjacent to the property. Had a nice stay and would return.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you loose. Realistically though this is my second home and theres a reason for that. The staff is amazing all the way from the cocktail waitresses to the pit bosses and floor managers. They get to know their customers likes and dislikes and accomidate for it. The food is on point, always down for some chili cheese frys. The variety of machines is great and they have done well to keep it up to date with the newest. Of all the casinos in arizona this is the one Ive done the best at. I give it five stars and am giving it five stars right after loosing 2 hundred dollars and on my walk of shame... If that dont say it all I dont know what will.

Went up with 25 Girls and was suppose to get a block of rooms in 1 area, well that didn’t happen we were all over the hotel. The 3rd floor smelled like pot all weekend. Restaurant inside was closed even those the casino part said it was open. The hotel tried charging $43 onto our room when I was never in the bar area. Others places around the area that probably would be better to stay.

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay! Excellent location, beautiful vistas, and indoor heated pebble tec pool! But all of this pales next to its greatest asset, Victoria. The front desk lady who just never sleeps! I swear she was there every time we came in or out! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and chocked full of incredible recommendations for local restaurants. She was by far and away the best amenity a hotel could ever ask for!

It is a beautiful place to stay, the staff is friendly, and it has great views. The grounds are kept very nice too. We will definitely be coming back

Experience was good. Jen at the front desk is the nicest receptionist Ive ever delt with. Super friendly and explains everything down to details. Everything you need to know.Also purchased a caramel macchiato from the coffee shop and it was delicious thank you!

Front Desk was really awesome! 5 star there!Just the decor, no breakfast, bad carpet, poor older model tvs with no HDMI, kinda behind there. For the price maybe, but Holiday Inn Express all around nicer. I should have taken pics! Sorry. Next time.

Came North from the valley for a softball tournament and really was impressed by the quality of the hotel. The kids really enjoyed their stay, as did we. Booked two rooms, one for the in-laws, and was pleased with the rates. Covid19 restrictions hindered the amenities, but we still had a great weekend!

The room smelled great and it was very clean. The staff members were nice and friendly. The view was amazing. It is the nicest place we have stayed while traveling. When we come back to Prescott we will be staying here again.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 of our employees - We would like a manager at the property to be aware that this was one of the worst hotels stays my men have ever seen and these guys are not high maintenance they are in construction. The room had rippled carpet / spots on the sheets / toilet paper crumbled on the floor and M&Ms laying on the floor with dust on them this is dispicable.I want a refund and will be seeking a refund or will make sure to go on every review site - I felt embarrassed sending our employees to this location it was so dirty they didnt even want the free breakfast that was included with room so the company paid for breakfast off site.

Went to see the gingerbread house contest. It was great.

Positive: Price Negative: Could not Check-out early without paying for all nights reserved. I would not consider this a 4 star or a AAA diamond rating at all.

I have no idea how this place has such an amazing rating. The hotel is a dive. The bar and restaurants closed before 8 PM. They only open at 6 PM. The water in the pool was ice cold although they said it was heated. They charged me twice once online and then once in person. There was a used soap in the bathrooms. The beds are rockhard and lumpy. Nothing was open I understand because of social quarantining but there were a lot of people and they still charged a premium well over $200 a night. There’s no difference between this and a Motel 6. It lets me down. There goes my date night! Now I look like a loser thanks

We stayed at the Prescott Resort for two nights and we previously always enjoyed our stay. However, our recent experience left a little to be desired. I realize in the age of Covid-19 things are different. That being said, we couldnt have our room cleaned and getting replacement towels was a true challenge. There was no bottled water in any of the vending machines located at the resort and the coffee shop and restaurants were closed. When I complained to the front desk, I was told they were having issues with getting water into the machines. Our room was relatively clean but the furniture was worn out and the tub was clogged. We may find another place to stay in the future..

Had a romantic stay w hubby!Our balcony suite on top floor provided extraordinary views of Thumb Butte.The most magnificent sunsets inspired some paintings.Staffs helpfulness with a couple items was greatly appreciated. Will happily return!

We come here every year for a Marriage Retreat with our church. Rooms are always super clean. Great room service. Just leave your breakfast request on your door the night before, with the time you want it delivered...and there it is hot and tasty when you get up! Keurig coffee machine in the room. Comfortable bedding. Some rooms have gorgeous views, others overlook the roof, lol. Facilities for the retreat event are really nice. Attentive staff. Pool. Small gift shop.

Very nice rooms, the lobby provides a beautiful view of the area. During Covid, you can meet others out on the patio for dinner you get from offsite. My only negative is the suite rooms have 2 desk / sitting areas, but the room only has one desk chair. Thankfully with most of the lobby i.e. caffe sitting area being shut down, I was able to use one of those chairs that the staff offered up.

Great value for the price. Large comfortable rooms with room service available. Situated on top of a hill the hotel provides some amazing views of downtown Prescott and the surrounding area. Heated pool, full restaurant and bar, and conference rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I left a piece of jewelry in my room and they located it and mailed it back to me. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is the rooms are a little dated and are in need of any update but they are very clean, spacious, and comfortable so it is not something that would deter me from visiting again.

I feel totally guilty for even going here during a pandemic. They do take your temp and offer hand sanitizer however, the staff is incapable of sterilizing the surfaces. Please just stay home

I was here for a conference and I loved it! The rooms have a mini balcony that are about 4 ft wide and two ft deep (no smoking there is a large fee). The resort was built on top of a hill so you have a great view from every room. Also, the rooms are really clean with a nice desk set-up and mini coffee bar. The breakfast included: scrambled eggs, country potatoes, bacon, donuts, Starbucks coffee and tea, and juice. ( Note: I dont know that is their normal breakfast or if it was only part of the conference.) They do room service as well.

Nice view and not too far away from the valley, great place for a weekend getaway or a work conference...or both! Food wad great and has a super atmosphere as well. Cant wait til the next event, too bad its only an annual trip up!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, the beds we comfy and we had a pretty good view. And the toiletries they had (in the rooms bathroom) smelled amazing and seemed to be good quality. We only stayed one night and got in kinda late so unfortunately didnt get to enjoy a lot of the amenities. I did manage to go to the casino for a little bit.As much as we enjoyed our short stay here we did have one complaint. It did take a while for us to get checked in. This is by no means a reflection of the girl who was helping us. She was amazing and she was doing a great job helping us and and another group at the same time. And she seemed overwhelmed with a lot of other work and she had absolutely NO help. This is a bad reflection of management for not having an enough people (or enough people trained) that could of been helping out upfront.

Our family loved the view from atop of the hill. Easy access and location to downtown. Everything is at your finger tips. However, the beds where not comfortable. Too soft and didn’t fit like a standard queen. Over all happy experience.

They always have great service here. You can make your order of breakfast room service the night before, and place the card on the outside of your door. Just select what time frame you want it and you get a delicious and hot yummy breakfast served right to your door!

Was very disappointed with the food. We had ribs and they werent cooked all the way through on mine they were still pink inside. I told the server and she just kind of shrugged her shoulders. I was recently there on election night and they had pita chips that were clearly burned that they served to us.

The room I stayed in was very clean and quite spacious. The staff was friendly and courteous. The views of the surrounding area is great, especially from the large porch. I will definitely stay here again, the next time I find myself in Prescott.

The room we were in seemed dirty, one of the tvs didnt have sound. We stayed in a 2 queen suite it was very disappointing. I wont stay there again.

I cannot say how much this property needs remodeling. It is simply awful. I would like the GM to walk into the room we stayed in...318. The condition of the furniture is appalling. In the room as well as the lobby. And, as a smoker, I cant figure out why it smells so bad in the Casino, when there are smoke elimination machines available. I lived in Prescott for many years and I have never seen this property look like this. I will never go back.

Nice casino with excellent breakfast.

My Wife and I stayed a couple weeks ago. It was a nice place, the people were friendly and we really enjoyed our room. We were on the top floor of the hotel and it made for a nice view off our balcony. We enjoyed having the casino right there! We got a drink from the bar and sat out on the patio. It was just what we needed. Thank you to the staff at Prescott Resort And Conference center!!

The place is nice. What more can I say about it except for its a great place to do business and spend all your earnings in a day... or your life savings... or your childrens retirement fund... just use the penny machines. Thank me later.

Positive: Beautiful setting and great views Negative: Very dirty rooms. Fingerprints on the dressers, hair in the bathroom,and dried cranberries on the pull-out couch mattress.

The on site restaurant was delicious. The Eagles Nest was relaxing as well. We loved the fire pit on the patio. The room was very dated and while for the most part it was clean, things like vents and other details were missed. Our coffee pot was DISGUSTING!!!

The location is amazing! View from my room on the fourth floor was gorgeous. The food was bland and barely palatable however. Staff seems unhappy, but service is fair.

I liked the hilltop setting, which made for nice views. There is a casino, which I did not care about, but others may like. Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable, though we laughed at the small screen size for the TV in the room.

Our room on the 2nd floor (#201) had a security camera pointed directly into our room which also made sitting outside to enjoy the balcony impossible. A complete invasion of privacy! We requested a new room for our second night and were given a room on the 3rd floor directly above a large exhaust fan that ran 24/7. We couldnt even hold a normal conversation!! Again sitting outside to enjoy the cooler weather -we came solely for that purpose-was not even an option. Well think long and hard about booking a room or suite here again. Prescott has many wonderful options for the same $$!!

I liked the room layout and space available. Beautiful view of Prescott. Staff was attentive and friendly. Casino is dated and ventilation is terrible. The cigarette smoke, drove us out and did not gamble even in the “smoke free” area. Better choice of updated machines are needed to keep the appeal. The hotel room cleanliness was sub-par as the blankets had gross stains on them. Lighting is to dark and you should invest in hiring a consultant to remedy the lighting to become more inviting.
