This is the only wiskey Row bar with a balcony that over looks the town square, its not that large and its a very popular place to get a drink. So get there early. The people are friendly and the drinks are strong. Thier is always good conversations going and they are open.Go check them out and let me know what you think.
As usual - had a good time.
Aggressive couple at the jersey Lilly’s last night. Tall woman short man with beard one aggressive couple. They wanted our seats that we patiently waited for. Well we got out of their way once the tall woman kicked me and the short guy with the beard told me to get in the corner. Ruined my time at the Lilly maybe we should have a bouncer out on the balcony to control the bad attitude confused about their importance in this life trailer trash.
I have been visiting Prescotts Whiskey Row for years and have two favorite places. The Jersey Lilly Saloon has always been one of them. I took my wife up there (we are from the Phoenix suburbs) for her first time and we spent the entire night on their balcony. The staff was very attentive and friendly and the live music was pretty good.Pop in there (and stay a while) if you are in Prescott.
Nice bar with a view of the courthouse. Nice cocktails too!
Nice place to adult beverage on a summer afternoon on the open balcony. There is usually is a live band on weekend nights. The Court House is across the street and always live performers in the park.
For a fun night of dancing with live bands, this is the place to be.
No one can make the Stones sound as bad as Lorrie.
My wife and I went dancing on the weekend. This joint was packed. Not easy to wiggle your way through the crowd! Or to get a drink!! Holiday weekend I guess. It was still fun. Drinks were good. Not too expensive. Surprise!! We got out to the patio. Wife needed a smoke. She has been wanting to come up here. (After that nightmare at Rickety Cricket!!) Great view!! Wow! The wife loved it! We found an extra seating room behind the band and dance floor. What luck!! A place for our drinks. Now we can dance! I saw a popcorn machine. Free popcorn? The band was OK. Dont remember their name. Good to dance to. The only thing not so good is that long flight of stairs. Maybe it keeps the drifters out? Ha!! One drink and one cigarette and we leave for Matts. We will come back when there is more elbow room.
Atmosphere: Friendly when you are looking for friends. Quiet when you are looking for quiet. Crazy fun when you are dancing to the music of Little Larry.Decor: Classy and Antique. Its just like a Prescott bar should be. The balcony is a unique and memorable way to enjoy downtown Prescott.Service: The bartenders are sociable and professional. The waitresses are hardworking and diligent. There is fresh popped popcorn if you want it.
The environment is what you would expect for a Whiskey Row landmark. But what makes this place shine is the staff. Amazing service and very nice people. I recommend this to everyone who comes to town.
First and foremost, Liz...you made our experience nothing short of fantastic! Thank you thank you thank you!We had a party of 11 for my wife’s bday celebration and after being referred to Jersey Lilly from our server at Hotel St Michael Bistro, Will, whom even went as far as to call Liz for us to she if she would help us have a space for our party, Liz took it from there. We were right behind the band and essentially had our own bar for most of the night...it was busy but not crazy and Liz dropped by 3-4 times to make sure we were doing ok...I’m not sure if she owns the place but it sure felt like it.The bar was great, band had us tapping our toes and swinging our hips and the old west atmosphere is something that can only be felt, and not explained.Liz (and Will) are the reason to frequent small and local businesses as often as possible. We will be back!
Cocktails and comedy. These bartenders are hilarious. Band is good. Oh, and they have drinks. Best bar in Prescott.
The bar is nice. The patio would be nice if it wasnt for the smokers. Same band every week. Meh... There are better places to go. Returned after a few years away. So overwhelmed by smoke that we couldnt breathe. How do they get away with that? Isnt there a law? Yeah, they have different bands.... Different people, old men playing the same old tired music.
Good drinks and atmosphere but I put $20 in the juke box, come to find out the volume was set to a whisper, barely on. When I asked the bartender to turn it up a little bit she refused; stated that the people at the end of the bar (regulars) don’t like music at the bar. I wouldn’t have minded if the juke box was off because the regulars like it that way, but leaving it on, taking my money and then not letting it play is wrong in my book.
Awesome bar, great music and people. The balcony overlooking whiskey row is amazing. A blast from the past!
I thought the place is pretty cool. Great place to have drinks and sit on the back porch and watch The View.
Stopped for a drink after dinner. Good service, good beer and friendly atmosphere
Sheesh, what an insane happy hour!! The service was good and so were the drinks. This is definitely one of my favorite watering holes in the US.
Im 32 years old. Would not serve me a Pepsi with out a passport!! And wouldn’t accept driving licence as ID! Ridiculous
The nasty, trashy bartender basically turned us away by increasing the price of beer just because it was last call. She shouldn’t have ever considered the service industry if she can’t help but directly insult customers to their faces. Horrible experience. It pains me to give them one star.
Its small but the character and history are great. Awesome music and great people watching!
Had a great time. Dont expect great service, youre on your on there but as long as youre not some hooty toot that complains about everything, youll have a great time.
Great place to be on Whiskey Row. The only bar with a balcony.
Nice place.Only bar with an outdoor balcony, in downtown Prescott.
An older gentlenman I believe he was the bartender greeted us. We sat in the patio and he asked us what we will have to drink. We asked for an iced tea and a coke and also menus. before he went back in he took another order for 2 beers.. Less than 2 minutes later he came out with the 2beers from the second order.. 5 minutes later and we still dont have menus or drinks.. As we walked back into the place to exit.. He looks ar me asking why we were leaving.. Quiet Racism... we are both latino..
This is the place to be on any festivity. balcony view of everything and the people are great.
