Never get tired of having fun in this casino, I enjoy being here early mornings when not busy. All staff are superb at what they do. A highly recommend to everyone

They made it non smoking since Covid-19. Unfortunately, they also have had to shut off every other slot because of social distancing. The staff was courteous and helpful Im sure if we could see behind their masks theyd have a smile on their face

Went to Yavapai Casino on our way out of town a few weeks ago. The machines were horrible. Just took money. There were 5 of us and not a one of us won any money. The drink prices are steep and we could tell the staff were unhappy. No signs of life. We will never come here again!

I liked that it wasnt over crowded. All the drink servers were very polite.

I love it there the wonderful employees are super friendly very helpful. They should really consider adding Plexi glass between the slots so were able to play more slots.

Great food, cool how there are 2 casinos. One is part of the resort, and has 3 levels to it, with different types of gambling on each floor. The other is basically an extension of the cantina, which is where they have really good food, and a mini-version of the main casino, which is up the hill, and the mini one is at the bottom of the hill. They have a free shuttle constantly going back and forth, 2 vans running at once, making for an 8 minute turn around from casino to casino. They had a power outage while I was gambling there, which was cool, but they didnt comp us anything, which I think they shouldve

It seems that Thursday is the day to go. Its senior day and though Im not a senior, I find I win on Thursdays. Maybe its a coincidence but Ill gladly take another $250 this Thursday and any other day. Great service, great food, especially the hamburgers.

Always fun & great atmosphere. The best part of the casino are the friendly employees. I love the Tuesday (Vets day), and Thursday (ladies day) specials. They also provide fun promotions in which you can receive free Casino food $, chances in drawings, and many other fun promos.

I visited the smaller casino annex down the hill from the main casino. I had never been to this mini-casino and wanted ti try it out. The COVID precautions were enforced adequately. The staff seemed to be doing there job and they have a new smoke free environment. These things should have created a pleasent environment but it didnt. It was just sad and depressing. Maybe it was all the empty machines or the clientel trudging around the slot machines forlornely. I think the worst thing was that there was no longer a haze of smoke to make my eyes water and give it that its not that seedy luster. I dont recomend it unless you desperately need to get a gambling fix.

I was disappointed with the casino. I havent been there in over a year and I thought that they might have made some improvements but they are way behind the times. I had to get another card and the player club representative couldnt get the computer to work properly. The machine I tried was hard to get a winning combination. When I cashed out I looked for a teller machine and I couldnt find one. I eneded up going to the cashiers cage and found out that they only had one in the nonsmoking area. The restaurant attached to the casino is good but we didnt eat there.

Should be more Jackpots and the slots should pay out more. When youve spent $400 and jackpot $350 if you do at all wheres the fun in that and the free play never pays just gets you in to spend more.

Very inviting, many slot machines, they have a ladies day and a senior day. With their card, first $10.00 is on them. We will be back.

I have come here several times and havent won much of anything but that is just how it goes sometimes so I couldnt complain about that. What I did not appreciate was the extremely rude behavior of their security guards. They ask for my i.d as soon as I walked in the door and I had accidentally left it in the car. No big deal I get I have to have my i.d. What I dont get is why these simple security guards follow me all the way to my truck and call back up to help them. I am not only a polite and respectful person I am also a PAYING customer. What kind of business is this place? Felt more like a prison. Needless to say I will no longer be a customer nor will I ever recommend anyone. Step up guys. Enforcing rules is one thing but harassing customers is another. If this were my business I would require these employees to do more customer service training or terminate them because making customers feel like criminals for forgetting their wallet in the car is not only wrong, its detrimental to the business.

Its nice when you want something a little more low key than Buckys up on top of the hill. Its kept clean and the staff has always been helpful and friendly to me. Plus Ive won a good amount there!

It is a good casino, but it doesnt have bingo, a dance floor, or separate smoking section. Although its divided, the smoke smell still lingers. I worked there a couple months, but because I made more tips than any other employee, they felt threatened n let me go, just shy of fulfilling my trial period. I told them when I started, I knew a lot of ppl who visited there.

Worst security ever they have no idea what there doing. I came in and asked if my son could eat with my family and they said yes no problem. After we allOrdered our drink they kicked us out and said kids are not allowed after he had walked by and saw my son before we have ordered. Get it together.

It has been renovated and updated and is very nice. It offers a large array of casino games and tables There are some nice eateries here as well.

Tiny casino, not many slot machines, lots of locals gambling. Best part about it was the food. They have cafe/bar food. We got chicken wings and chicken tenders and fries. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We both ate for under $20.
