So if you keep driving, right after the park you turn to the left and keep going, there’s a beautiful lake and a boat launch. There are so many trails down there. It’s like an adult playground, big boulders and rocks everywhere. You can start on the trails and climb from there, or you can just go climb. You can also stay on the path and just hike by the lake. You can kayak, canoe or swim. There are also places to cliff dive. It is an extra ordinary place to be. So so beautiful. Would highly recommend enjoying this spot, especially if you are just visiting. I never saw any snakes, you just have to watch out for prickly plants and high up cliffs. I cannot stress enough how beautiful it is, many spots to relax and just enjoy the view. Many shaded areas to cool off as well. (:

Very cute little park. Also, big empty green space very close by.Im better in late October and it is quite quiet here. Im sure in high season it is quite crowded.Great little firetruck theme - in honor of fallen firefighters.
