Caldwell Mobile Home Park

I gave the manager my deposit on a trailer and I told her I would give her first months rent on the 1st and I was out of town because I work for the power company and called her and told her that I would settle up with her when I returned and she said that was fine but when I got back and called she would not answer her phone so when I finally did get ahold of her she said that because I didnt pay her on the 1st that she was not going to refund my money and that I wasnt able to rent the mobile home thats all you gave her so I gave her $600 total and now she does not want to refund my money till I guess Im going to take her to court so if I was you I would have all you people not to even think about renting from this woman

It needs a work on the the rulers and and I need some real work
