Very nice mobile home place. Close to schools and shopping.

Drove thru looking for rentals, small but comfy area. Clean.

Iccated within Walking Distance to the Publix shopping center, Happy Valley Mobile Home Park is a well established in the community.

Difficult for people to find rentals. Quiet but nice. Some lots are clean while others not so much. I have friends here that seem to really like it. Fast turnover rate.

Picked up trash in and around here. Its just a usual trailer park

Its quiet and small needs another entrance if u go to far theres nowhere to turn around at the DEAD end. Also could use better adminities but cheapest lot rent you will ever find.

Well kept lots but some residents speed thru. Even with children out.
