They did the demo at my house. Told them to keep some items but they threw all of them.

This company was recommended to us by Statefarm when we had a leak from our refrigerator in October 2017. After drying out the wet floor, Servpro offered to take care of replacing our wood floors as well. I was reluctant to use them because I know they handle water damage but was not aware that they hired subcontractors too. However, I went ahead and allowed them to take care of putting in the new floors based on feedback I received and from doing research. It took them over a month to finish the job. Shortly after installing the wood floors, we noticed that certain areas were squeaky whenever stepped on. My husband contacted the subcontractor who was in charge of replacing the wood floor (Notlen Group), and he referred us back to the Servpro manager (Byron Rhodes). To date, we have called and emailed this company several times, and we keep getting the run around. No one has come back out to repair the squeaky floors. They’ve collected over 19,000, and now they could care less about us. They claim to honor their work for one year. We wish they hadn’t gotten paid yet. It’s been 5 months, and we have yet to be able to enjoy our new wood floors! Beware of Servpro and their subcontractors! They should also be aware of karma!

Not impressed at all. Very disorganized, and one of the manager/owners was smoking cigarettes while chewing tobacco simultaneously, and spitting it by my feet inside the building. I felt like I was being pranked. Nasty.

There fair people like to play favourites though.
