As a n ex-gymnast and ex-gymnastic coach, I as hesitant to puck a gym. But this gym reminds me of my home gym. The coaches are great and the team girls look well trained. Im excited to see if my daughters grow to love this sport as much as I did.
Coach tony is so mean.
My daughter used to go to the class on monday morning, but we couldnt make it one day, which was 2/27. I called to tell the person we couldnt make it and asked when we could do the makeup, she answered me anytime! On 3/1, I called to schedule a makeup class, but the lady on phone told me it was expire to do that, since the make up class have to be done in the same month, which meant I have only 2/28 to do it, and I had no idea about it.They insisted to stick with their policy and said it was written in their sign up sheet, and asked me to buy another month if I want to do the make up class. If you were me, would you buy another month just to have your make up class done??I respect their policy and am willing to follow that, but I would more appreciate if they could remind me that I have only one day left to do the makeup, but they didnt! My daughter has been in different classes and we never been in this kind of situation.I would say it was a very bad experience, and never thought it was that difficult for them to do a makeup class. As a customer, I feel that they care about their policies than their customers. For those who plan to go to Poway Gymnastics, please read their policies carefully, try not to skip the class and check the calendar if you have to!
My girls have gone to Poway Gymnastics for 2 years and absolutely love it! They love their coaches (they have worked with a few different ones over the years) and they have learned so much. I think the staff is great and although I do agree they need more communication through a website, having a physical paper flyer is okay for me :)
My kid loves this place! She never wants to leave and is surrounded by wonderful coaches.
