Nice clean pool, with competent life gaurds and staff.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been members for years. And a friends of mine told me that they just joined late in the season with a discounted rate. I called to inquire about that and join too. But I got talked down to, even though I was just inquiring about it. There was no reason to tell me that the pool costs over $150,000 a year to run. And that even though it’s the end of July I have to pay the “full $475 but that was due in April.” Deb is extremely unprofessional and out of line. There was no reason to talk to me the way she did. We will be joining hickory park this year, and north end just lost several members due to the unprofessional way this was handled.

So glad I joined 2 years ago, my school aged kids spend most days of the summer at the pool. Theres a play park, basketball court, volleyball and so much ground for the kids to do other activities such as frisbee and football. Most reasonable priced swim club in the area!

Worst organization around. Turned in membership 6yrs ago, still waiting on return of bond money. When questioned, leadership has no answers for THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES. Pools answer to bond money, was to swap owed money for free year membership to a place WE NO LONGER WANTED a membership, hence the reason for turning in membership. THEY DON NOT CARE FOR THE COMMUNITY ONLY WANT COMMUNTIES MONEY.
