My grandma has lived here over 20 years & it is a quiet & well maintained property that I highly recommend.

I have Lived in Camelot Esates for 4 years and have worked on a lot of other homes in other parks in the area and Camelot is the best. The management does a Excellent job Ensuring that the park is nice and well-kept. They have guide lines that insure the curb appeal of the park as well as protect the community, such as back ground checks, and the number of Pets that are allowed . I have always felt safe with my kids out side and neighbors are friendly and look out for each-other.

Beautiful mobile lot

I have to say that I am shocked by the negative reviews. I have lived in Camelot Estates for nearly 4 years and have had no problems with management. I find this park to be one of THE nicest in the area. Owner and management cares about the community. It has a club house plus park playground for the kids and families to picnic. Homes are expected to be kept in good condition and rent is expected to be paid on time which is all good!!!!

Disturbing management! The woman who spoke with my sister about an inquiry on pet policy yelled at her and hung up. My sister was very polite and soft spoken. The response she got was unwarranted. We wont be buying an home in Camelot.

Do not trust Dee. She made a contract wasted my time and money and then told me if God wanted someone to live there hed tell her. Shes off her rocker. The park owner doesnt care either. They discriminate against handicap children. This place is horrible. Do not under any circumstance buy or rent there you will regret it.

Great modular home park. Paved roads and lots of green ways.

Things have been looking up around here the management has been lots better and I enjoy the talks with Paul every now and then and the park has been looking great so great job management

Awesome Place

You may own the modular home, but you dont own the land...bad thing about that hood, it is next to a water treatment plant that has strong outdoor sewage odor year round.
