Flannel Background

I came to Flannel to experience better client/agency relations and was not disappointed! Lance takes the time to answer all my questions and always responds to messages and calls. I feel like I have someone that really cares about my career. He gives wonderful advise and he treats us like family. Moving to Flannel was the best acting decision I could have ever made!

Lance at Flannel Background has been an amazing agent! I was referred to him by one of his long time talent and have never regretted it. Ive gotten to meet many of Flannels amazing, kind, friendly talent thru industrial, film and TV series bookings. Lance always responds quickly to any questions I have and puts my profile across for consideration when Im available and meet castings criteria. Im so lucky to have had such a great agent!

This has been my first year with Flannel, Lance and the movie industry and I must say that the experience has been priceless. Lance is always right on top of everything and available at a moments notice. I cant say enough nice things about him and all the wonderful people I have met at various gigs. To have an opportunity to be involved in this industry, learn techniques and witness actual filming is a dream come true. Being an extra is a blast and I can check this one off the bucket list! I want to thank Lance for his professionalism, wisdom and advice that he regularly posts so that no of us are ever in the dark on what is expected. I hope to continue with him in the future!

Ive been with Flannel for over 2 years now and I love working with them! Lance is great to work with and does great with working with all his background and putting us out there! He also makes sure to look out for each and everyone of us! Great experience!

Ive been on the roster with Flannel Background since the company began. Im always treated well by my agent, Lance is good at communicating with and negotiating for his talent. This is the only agency that Im aware of in our region that works solely with background talent. Im thankful for this, as I feel like Im a priority at all times.

I been with flannel background for a few years. When I was offer a gigs I was always there or when they need extra I was one the would offer. I had an opportunity for a gig this month the day before I had a doctor appointment and found out I had to have a surgery on the day of the gig when he email me about information I had to tell him cuz of the surgery the next day. He completely took me off there roster and I’m no longer his client.

Ive been with Flannel for 4 years. Lance has always been great. Good communication. Its been a great experience. Heck Im on TV!

My experience with Flannel Background has been extremely positive. I feel confident that any time Im booked, Ill be treated as a professional and will be fully informed about the job and whats expected of me as a background actor. This is a hobby for me and I have no illusions about becoming a star. However, I apprecuate having professional and quality representation which is what Flannel Background provides.

Acted as an extra in a couple of productions now. Flannel Background is always VERY communicative and up-front. As soon as they know something, we know. Very professional.

Great experiences go with the Flannel name. Background is the focus, family is the feeling. Opportunity, accessibility, support and follow-through — that’s Lance and his crew!

Flannel is the only way to go. Having absolutely zero experience in the industry before signing with Flannel I really lucked out! Lance put up with my technological illiteracy and managed my Z-Nation bookings with patient expertise. I enthusiastically recommend anyone who wishes to get started in the industry check him out. You won’t be disappointed. Break a leg!- Don ️

I have been with Flannel for about 4 years and Lance has been very professional, courteous, and has always taken the time to answer all of my questions.

I became a Flannel less than a year ago. Iam so glad I did, I have gotten more gigs and they go the extra mile for you. I would never leave 100% satisfied with the way they work for me. Flannel is the top agency in the PNW.

Flannel Background is not only an amazing company to be a part of but its more like a family. The owners treat you with respect and try there hardest to meet your accommodations as well as the company they are booking you for. My son and i came to flannel background a year ago and they gave us a great oppertunity to be in a movie with some great actors and crew members. Lance from flannel background not only double checked with the parents of kids to see if missing school on a film day was ok but he triple checked and even called sometimes to see how things went and if there was a problem he would fix it. I highly recommend joining flannel background if your looking to be an extra, the company is growing and has a lot of talented and friendly people working for them that are not afraid to help you and give you some pointers or advice.. like i said before its not just a company its a family and you get out of it what your willing to put into it... keep on rockin my flannel family

Everyone at Flannel Background has been extremely professional and helpful in my experiences with them.

Lance is a conscientious professional. He is always out there pitching for his roster, he takes time to educate us on set protocol, and he follows up immediately with our concerns.

Its always been a great time working with the folks at flannel background!!

There isnt anything I dont like about Flannel. If you dont know much about the enertainment industry then Flannel is a great starting place. Channing Tatum started doing background work and look at him now. Acting isnt for everybody, but Flannel is.

Have had nothing but great experiences while working with flannel... as a agency, they have always gone above and beyond my expectations.

Lance works very hard getting his people work. He is cares about you as an individual.

Working with Flannel and Lance is fantastic!
