I enjoy using the pool, hot tub and new sauna. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would love for city to invest in women’s only steam room.

The pool isnt full length which is really a disappointment for me. Im not a great swimmer but going back and forth from end to end was too quick. Their indoor track is ok, but. The turn is slanted which doesnt actually work unless youre going very fast and can increase the chance of a sprained ankle. Everything else is great (fitness machine and weights room).

So many options and a full basketball court

Nice 18 and over facility. Not usually too crowded, always a laid back vibe, everyone is very friendly and down to earth. They are updating here and there, nice new water bottle filling stations. They have all of the regular things youd expect to see at a gym - cardio equipment in two conjoined rooms with multiple tvs, weight room downstairs, spin room, large gym with extra locker rooms and bathrooms off of that side of the facility, then the main locker rooms, which house a sauna in each. There is an indoor track, pool, steam room, and hot tub as well. (Hot tub is closed for cleaning every Thursday morning) They have a lot of classes being offered here too.

I love the variety, free weights, weight machines, elliptical, bikes (spin/ incumbent),!climbers, treadmills, indoor track, full gymnasium(basketball/ volleyball, pickle ball), yoga, dance, indoor pool, hot tub, saunas

Very Affordable-

Sauna, hot tub, pool, steam room, indoor track, basketball court, round aerobics room, weight room, cardio room. Hours are not great. A lot of options, friendly atmosphere, retro modern archtecture. I like it. Would love it if they expanded the hours in every direction, especially on the weekend.

This pool is nice and warm for rehab. It is never too crowded and the people are very friendly.
