Quiet quaint neighborhood

Used to live here but thankfully we moved out. Neighbors are great but dealing with the park owners was always negative. Dont be fooled by how nice the office manager will treat you in the beginning because if your lucky enough to move out, her attitude changes drastically! Management is horrible. They dont even abide by their own park rules.

I would live here. Nice setting not far from downtown with an Uber or Lyft. You can smell the sea air.

Its very, very nice and quiet, clean and I could live there, after making some personal adjustments.( Banking, Doctors, Dentist etc.)

Great atmosphere, people are great.

I mean I dont know what Im rating here. Its a housing development. Im concerned Google maps doesnt understand the difference between a retail business and a private housing development.

I was doing a job there and the park owners are a bunch of scumbags there so rude to people and give an attitude for no reason but anyway thats just me
