Super nice staff> when I played Eastern Amateur here (2016) few summers back. Course was in good shape. Makes you think what club to hit off a hand full of tees out there.Some tougher fun holes out there too. I preferred the front over the back side. Shorter country club.

A member since I was 5. Family friendly, good food, tennis, clay and hard courts, amazing tennis pro for lessons, beautiful challenging golf course, great golf pro and lessons, located on the water for gorgeous events off the back patio, music events, wedding for the perfect day! Clean swimming pool with playground adjacent overlooking the Elizabeth River!

Dont get married here!!! Katy told us by email that they would honor whatever my original wedding planner Rebecca told us. But they lied and want alot of money its ridiculous if I wanted Williamsburg prices I would have went to Williamsburg but this is Portsmouth. There was never a contract signed and they wont give me my $300.00 back!!!! The new owner needs to just give me my money back.

Course Has Gone Downhill! I understand it is the winter but it looked like the bunkers hadnt been raked all winter. It hadnt rained in 5 days but the bunkers looked like a hurricane came through. Last time I played here the greens were perfect. This time not so much. Very bumpy and patchy. They are probably struggling financially like most courses and the conditions are suffering.

Tournament Golf Outing .... When you pay more than $80 to play a tournament at a golf course known for its immaculate greens, you expect to get absolutely fantastic immaculate greens. Finding that the greens had just been punched and sanded, but apparently not rolled, resulted in a painful and disappointing experience. Shame on the Elizabeth Manor organizers for not ensuring the best possible experience for the tour players. Waiting 4 days to punch your usually immaculate greens would have been a smart play here.

Havent played here in over 5 years but was pleasantly surprised by a nice course. Greens in great shape and putt true. Tee boxes a little tore up but fairways are cut nice.Wait staff helpful but food was just ok.I will be back to play but price a tick high for mid Sunday morning play.

Great place to play golf and tennis. Members are very friendly. Great breakfast. Good place to meet new friends. Memberships are affordable.

The management there doesnt care about its staff. The building hasnt been renovated in too many years, either. The country club is really struggling and you can tell as soon as you start working for them. I hope they can get their act together, but I dont recommend getting a membership. There are plenty of better clubs to be a part of that are more modern, more caring, and take better care of their staff.

Fantastic place to become a member at if golf and tennis is your thing. The food and staff is excellent as well, no complaints here.

Just bought gift cards but nice looking golf course nested in a neighborhood setting. Staff supper helpful and friendly.

Wonderful evening at Elizabeth Manor watching the playoffs. Great turn out and food was awesome.

The course was in great shape and the greens were excellent. The pace of play was good wherein we completed the round around 4 and a half hours. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Its sad to see they allow a Person simply based on color to destroy the potential of this Golf Course. Recently. Ive heard rumors of some change.... but the same people they put in charge.... are the same people who are STEALING, and making themselves the primary hero for change. Beginning at the Top.

Great greens. Decent layout. Last 5 holes definitely challenging.

Always in good shape. Plays long because of the rolling fairways. Greens are excellent with undulation and challenge

Was not impressed with the management team. Also the price is twice as much as most courses around here.

Very nice course. The only complaint was that there was a tournament but they didnt send out a beverage cart.

Each visit has not fallen short of good food, friendly and professional staff. Fun time.

Not the best venue for a wedding during a hurricane.....were not accommodating for taking pictures inside, some of their food was slightly undercooked (read, raw chicken), and the bartender assigned to the party was not that personable.
