I understand the “no returns” policy. But if someone buys something that’s expensive and calls less then 24 hours later, with possible proof that it doesn’t work. Then they should give them a credit so they can buy something else of that kind or buy the same thing. They have a small selection and I wish I would’ve read reviews before coming here.Needs to be shut the hell down, rather buy off of amazon.
Very knowledgeable and kind! Get some info and more.
Got 3 toys and all were amazing
While I understand ‘adhering to policy’ when it comes to taking returns, I do feel that there should be a level of discretion when it comes to taking returns: I purchased an item for $170 that was defective out of the box. I contacted Moonlite Readers within 24 hours of purchase and was told that I needed to take it up with the company that makes the product. This is pretty horrible customer service: if I wanted to wait and order it from the company that makes it, I could have done so and SAVED at least $40 in the process. I would caution anyone who is looking to buy a higher end product to save themselves time, frustration, and money by ordering from the manufacturer rather than going to a store that has an ‘As is’ mentality. My overall experience buying through Moonlite Readers has been hugely frustrating and disappointing due to a complete lack of customer service regarding defective products they sell for close to $200.
I stop in here regularly for DVDs, as they have a pretty large selection to choose from. The clerk is always helpful in helping me find what Im looking for, & the pricing is pretty reasonable.
Great store with nice selection and friendly staff. Much better than the one across the street in my opinion.
A little over priced and not the greatest wireless remote selection.
