Lived there four and half years. Management was awesome, and neighbors were great. Lots of pot lucks and garage sales. Made many life long friends there. Would definitely recommend.Dawn Dean Faintinger

Nice place to live.

Beautiful living area for seniors. A senior can buy a house for about $1,000 but pay for the ground (about $500/month). Lots of plants, some hummingbirds, and fruit plants (blueberries, cherries, and raspberries). Plenty of rosebushes and other flowers.

I live in the Mobile Estates park now for the last yrs, and have no plans to leave. A nice, quiet, pleasant place to live. Plus my 2 kittys are very happy here, and so am I. A good place to call home!

Its a nice place to live. Not to expensive and the neighbors are mostly super friendly. The only downside is the park is 55 and older. The manager and the park staff are always nice, and friendly, and always helpful.

55 and older safe and quiet place to live in the middle of the city

Its a trailor park for ppl 55 and older. Has laundry room on site and swimming pool. U have to be with a tenant to use pool. We have a club house u can rent on weekends. We have garage sales a few times a year..

To me its big but I am not an expert. It is cozy and friendly
