They should not be charging THIS much. Ridiculous what land owners are doing to humanity. We all deserve better. God bless everyone.

Seems like a nice mobile home park. We had a move in clean in a new purchased home.

Beautiful pre-built homes at amazing price points.

King Village is great. Great location with many shopping options close by.

It was raining while I was there, but everything else is fine and dandy!

I lived here for almost 3 years. I bought my home from a very nice lady, I sold it to a person I knew who needed it, just like the other seller did to me.My complaint is they charge so much lot rent. Its unbelievable. Right now I pay 300 more of my mortgage to the lot I was, in this park. One more thing, why would I pay for the water evenly as the houses that has 4 children. When there is only two people in my home? I gave the manager 2 stars in this park.

Should be for Senior Citizens only because of how its ran so be nicer to younger residents as well

Went to check out the neighborhood for a possible relocation next year. Unfortunately they have monster speed bumps and I scraped the bottom of my car. Had to turn around after the first one, so cant really comment on the neighborhood as a whole. Wont be able to live there unless I buy a different vehicle with more clearance.

Great to live but the management needs to open their eyes to the gross and complete illgallity of some of their actions. Its disappointing.
