Skateboards and clothes designed in house, all the best brands from FA, Hockey, Baker, Polar and Real. Art all over the walls, good tunes and skate videos playing. Accommodating during a pandemic.
Good Friendly folks. They gave me a good deal on my first new deck in over a decade.
These guys are great! Super friendly, helpful, motivated.....we called 5 min before closing and not only did they stay open for us but they also set my daughter up with a sweet board for Christmas, while we looked at their art and other random cool shit Funky space, local art, awesome local business.
I went into Mocean on Exchange Street today and worked with Jasper (the owner). I have never skateboarded before in my life besides for trying for about a month when I was roughly 12, I explained I had no experience and didn’t know what I was looking for in a board. He took the time to explain to me what was good for beginners and had me try a bunch of decks and see what was comfortable and what felt good to stand on. He helped me with the setup of everything and got me a custom setup for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going to Mocean for all my skating needs from this point forward!
Great atmosphere, but a little priceyEdit: if thats your response, then maybe its time to find a new location.
Super cool skate shop and nice art!
Got a super good service here when renting a wetsuit. Even though we arrived when the store wasnt yet open, a few cheerful employees went out of their way to ensure we could enjoy surfing beautiful 6 feet wave conditions. thanks!
Don’t Call Me Buddy!
Excellent. Core shop run by skaters and surfers. Its crazy how many decks wheels and trucks they have.
