This building is in the SE industrial area. Friendly tenants. Good to have a locked entry building in this neighborhood. Very bare bones older building. Heating and cooling issues havent been resolved in the building for months and ample notice given. Bathrooms sometimes have problems (soap dispenser not working, broken doorknob, semi-cleanish). The downstairs bathroom issues have been addressed fairly quickly. Upstairs bathroom is sketchy. Nice walking proximity to Office Depot and Sheridan Market.

Great live music, super fun for dancing. Ragtime PDX has a great last Saturday dance at 9pm =)

Confusing to get to, no safe places to park, and only in Portland would you have yoga and dance classes above an active food packing operation
