Hello altezzadrifted,Please know, Funtastic is in complete agreement that the prices of the rides are high but in our defense we operate this company like a real business. When determining the ride cost we have to factor in theannual increasing minimum-wage, plus overtime, government permitting, trucking permitting, fire department permitting, transportation, generators, fuel costs, employee housing, and rent we paid to the venues and of course the insurance that you can imagine is sky high.As much as we would love to provide this great family fun at a lesser amount we cannot if we want to stay in business - we have to cover our costs to keep 3000 plus employees per year employedI hope you can understand our challenges on our pricing struggle but we do offer at every location an unlimited ride wristband that includes a few games and a food item. It sounds like that would had been a better purchase for youI can’t do anything about our pricing but I can do something about our employees. can you tell me at what location you visited so I can know what unit it was. I would like to share your post with the employees. I am sure they will all be disappointed to hear that your perception of them were people that were bored and didn’t really care for their jobs and were just there for the pay. Too overpriced for a short ride, 40 tickets cost $24 and each ride is around 9-10 tickets! The workers look bored and just want the pay and their only source of entertainment is talking to their co-workers.

Well after hearing the carnies tell me theyd help me have another baby, or the red headed fat one with kids telling me about a little girl whos skirt was so short, I had to stop him and call him a perv!!! He reported ME as being RUDE!!!! Ill tell everyone my experience and to hide your children from those creeptastiic carnies!!!Rosanne yelled at me the entire time and completely dismissed her carnies behavior!!!!. This place is a joke!!!!Ariel and half ur crew are rude and nassssty!!!!

The Northwest Washington Fair in Lynden changed from Davis Amusement every year as their carnival provider to Funtastic this year. What a mistake, this company may have clean rides but not nearly the amount as Davis and way to many stipulations to make it fun. Seriously a waste of $30 as my son would have had to have someone go with him on a lot of the rides. If you enjoy being told you cant ride after waiting in line then by all means spend away.

I had attended Capital Lake Fair with my children yesterday and had a horrific experience in which I feel should lead to some additional training. In my field, I have seen very unfortunate and tragic accidents and lots of money lost by a negligent business, such as the one I saw yesterday. On the Round Up ride, my 5 children in which I spent $200.00 on bracelets, one of my child’s lap belt slowly started to fall off. My child is holding to the bars panicking as we were holding to ourselves also panicking because I am telling the kids running the ride that his safety belt is off and they tell their manager, Francisco Gonzalez who tells them that my child will be fine, without knowledge that we were standing right behind him. I yelled at the kid to stop the ride in where he quickly did and apologized and explained that his manager had told him not to stop it. This was immediately after the ride started, and luckily I was there to protect my child’s safety. It was also very unfortunate that he let all the paying guests off the ride and invited new ones in without first calling his supervisor, and without checking why the belt was malfunctioning. I asked for Francisco’s supervisor and he called out to him as he laughed. Apparently, my child’s safety and the longevity of the company was a joke to him. I complained to the supervisor (who unfortunately remained unnamed) and let him know I will be contacting fantastic and the event coordinators on the unprofessionalism of your staff as well as the danger posed to our residents here in Olympia. I paid a lot of money at your carnival to be treated with such disrespect and disregard for my child’s safety. I will await a response with explanation of the measures of how they will be taking to ensure something like this does not happen again. I will keep this updated.

I love my job here @ Funtastic everyone is nice & caring! I really love the family atmosphere makes u feel @ home best place I have ever worked hands down & I am very proud to represent this great company.

I love funtastic. It’s hard seeing reviews from disgruntled employees and really not fair as I can not disclose why employees are fired.As much as we try to make all 3000 employees happy there is always a few that just don’t work out.Rather it be personality, behavior, or not bring able to follow company policy.In life we need to look inward at what part we played in what happened because sometimes you might see that you were the real problem all alongSent from my iPhone

Took my 3 and 6 year old to one of Funtastic traveling carnivals at the Marysville Strawberry Festival. Not a lot of rides, maybe 10, if that, but the entire carnival was a small set up, so it makes sense.The staff was generally okay. Mostly just polite people doing their jobs. One ride attendant was very friendly and helped my kids out their ride and wished us all a great night and a Happy Fathers Day.For a small, traveling carnival, it was fun. Id totally go again tomorrow if we had the time.

Thank you all who wrote reviews! My friends and I are planning a trip to Oregon and thought doing a carnival would be fun. No way in hell will we waste our time and money on this attraction though! Heed these reviews!

I called the main office before purchasing tickets to make sure my daughter could ride the rides. She said 32 inches with adult 34 without. My daughter is 33 inches barefoot. The staff would let me and her on rides and then sometimes they wouldnt. I paid 120 dollars for all of our bracelets to be turned down many times. Not going to this place again. I will go to the state fair... Their inconsistency shows how competant they are...

I worked here for almost two weeks, and it was honestly pretty bad. Some of the staff that I worked with seemed like decent enough people, but a lot of the other workers were sketchy to say the least. A lot of them would smoke during breaks, and others were high during work. Games were rip offs and overpriced anyways. I strongly do not recommend this unless you absolutely need work right away, and even then, Id be wary.

Funtastic rides are a total rip off crazy prices short rides rude people nasty people I really didnt like my kids around the guys running the rides look like a bunch of crackheads. Oaks park is all I have to say never had an issue there. But the people doing the games were probably the nicest coolest people at the fair!!!

Prices are totally a joke. Customer service was terrible, and the employees were too impatient. I only met one employee with some sign of kindness. $30 for an unlimited bracelet? Give me a brake! There was only what, a couple rides? Not worth the money AT ALL. As long as this company comes back to my city fair I will not attend. Not to mention the will not sell bracelets after 8pm deal. I left feeling very frustrated.

They have very fun games but they close early.

I tried to work for this company just to have something fun to do. Im a business owner and college grad.Just like a viewer staed, the head employees were rude and impatient. I was in a concession stand with a woman who was in charge and knew nothing about how it should be run. I was experienced for 15 years as a concession stand owner. These people are charging 8.00 for a hamburger on a cold bun,with the burger that is setting in old beef broth and served with cold cheese. I was fired because I was melting the cheese.The last place they stuck me was behind trailers blowing up balloons while people came back and forth and were smoking weed. I will never work for them again and will warn my friends as well. This must be a company who hire uneducated people with no knowledge how to operate this business. These people jump in and hope for the best. Health department needs to see whats going on. . .

Thr worst amusement park ever. I will never go there again. Total waste of money.paid $90.00 for unlimited rides. Went to the haunted house. All the lights were on. Had to wait 20 min to get a corn dog and we were the only people in line. At the fishing game was told that the blue prize wins the medium bear. Won the blue prize and only got the smallest prize possible. This place is a joke and a total waste of money. Totally screwed up my family afternoon. Next time i will go fishing.

A nice group off people that you like a member of their own family.

They have cards your tickets go on now. Not reloadable. My two year old had four tickets left and all of the games take 8. One of their people manning a game said I could not use the four tickets. That there was no way he could do that. Found it amusing that I was mad, and then proceeded to try to steal 8 tickets off our other card without telling us. Very angry. Customer service didnt care. Ron at customer service sleeps like a baby knowing they steal money from children. Finally found a nice couple of young people who know how to do their jobs who were able to fix both problems for me. Oh, and the costs are exorbitant. Not to mention that every single person who exited the Mardi Gras house of mirrors got a bad rug burn while sliding down on the slide. My 3 kids ended up needing -4- bandages. I saw many others get off grabbing an elbow or knee. Not cool. I will never waste money on their rides and games again. Cheaper to do a personal lion encounter at the zoo. And much more worth the time and effort.

Horrible prices and TERRIBLE customer service. The rides are extremly unsafe and have no fun rides. They are putting more games than rides at this point. All but one ride are rides for little kids.

Funtastic more like Cuntastic working under people with no skills, who wipe blood on you as a joke (Frank in Games), and the owner has no respect for employees. If I could give a lesser rating I would.

Yea they are fun, but if you work for them make sure you have your hours written down because they will cheat you out of money unless you have proof of your hours.
