We used to enjoy coming here but there is one particular dog who is very aggressive to other dogs and the owner does nothing to address it. The park itself is great we just won’t go in again if we see this dog there. It’s a Collie and it’s always there!

I ran here with my cross country team and its a wonderful little park.A very safe place that offers a nice sitting area, is well maintained and is close to many neighborhoods offering a nice neighborhood park for anyone living near it. Along with some baseball practice fields, it has a decent bathroom and water fountains.

This Skatepark not only has a Skateboard park but several softball fields, a hockey rink, and a well conditioned soccer field. You will never get boarded here! The soccer field is regulation size, with regulation goals, and well cut grass. You can play on the softball fields for baseball, softball or any other game you want but there is also recreational leagues you can join and can play with others. The Skateboard Park has got some great jumps, rails, and other obstacles that are amazing for keeping yourself entertained on a skateboard for hours. Finally the hockey rink is perfect for a fun game of floor hockey or rollerskate hockey. The Portage Skatepark is definitely a place you should check out!

Could be a lot better. Has a lot of potential but a lot of the space has been wasted.

Great park for skateboarding, baseball, softball, floor hockey, picnics, hiking along a bog and marsh, and plenty of other uses. Plus its right across the street from the West Lake Nature Preserve.

I come here for the nearby trail head. Its great for running and feels adventurous.

There is also a Roller Hockey Rink, Restroom Facilities, a picnic table and the Dog Park!
