They have a nice little mini golf course. It was very nice. My daughter had a grand time.

Fun place for a good price. This was our first visit and we will return. We were here with our 3 year old for a fun day event.Some games, food, and activities are dated (but functional). With that said, overall it is great place to visit for a fun family hangout where you will stay active.

We were the first people there when they opened this morning, there were wrappers on the floor and other small debris. If they cannot manage to sweep the floor before opening, how do I know they are sanitizing the play equipment thoroughly! I drove an hour to get there, left within 5 minutes. *staff was very polite!

I just wanna say Brandi was amazing! She was very attentive throughout my sons party. Very kind and aimed to please. If your thinking of having a party here I would recommend asking for her! Thank you Brandi!!!

Great Atmosphere, and place for a kid to be a kid! Many fun competitive games for teens, and adults to enjoy as well.I reccomend if you, kids or anyone plans on sliding down the inflated slide to wear flexible clothing and preferably Long pants... plastic friction burn is no joke.

Love this place. Its about a 45 minute drive one way for me to go there, but my son has such a great time and it dont cost much so its more than worth the drive to go.

This place is disgusting! We will not be coming back. For the price you pay to get in I expected it to be clean. The womens bathroom smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes, there was pee on the floor. The whole play area, floors and walls were caked in dust. Very dirty!

The employees were super friendly. Thats where the positives stop. The place itself is so small compared to how many people are there. They have a 4 and under area, but there was really no enforcement, and much larger kids were in there. My daughter got too scared to play, because they kept jumping at her, even after I asked them to stop. I ordered a pretzel with cheese. The pretzel tasted so bad, I spit out the first bite and threw it away. The cheese was some weird gelatinous glob that tasted awful. Most of the patrons smelled like cigarettes or pot... Or both. This is basically the trailer park of kids entertainment. You get what you pay for.

Our daughter loves it. If you leave you cant come back in and they dont like outside food being brought in. I was able to bring in a back pack for our under 2 year old and they were fine with it.

We closed it down, so it was super nice having the place to ourselves for my sons birthday party, plus the staff were so incredibly accomodating and attentive. Thanks for making my sons day, guys and gals, we appreciate you!!

My best friends daughter turned 5 and had a party there. I showed up JUST in time to see her win the JACKPOT at the fishing reel game. The host of the party was unreal. The dude was taking notes on the gifts for mom, made sure they all were actively engaged, and deserved a big tip! I want my nieces and nephews to have a party here!

This is an awesome place! Kids had a great time jumping and playing games. Tyler was so courteous, helpful, and had the patience of a Saint when the kids spent all the tickets at “Joe’s Trading post.” He made the kids feel so welcome. There were allot of games for the younger children too. This is my go to place every year when we visit Family in Kalamazoo. Thanks Tyler! Wishing you the best!!!! My kids had a blast but to many people in that small building, not enough seats had to stand most of the time. They need a bigger building

Nice place to take kids of all ages, even as an adult you can have fun here. Plenty of bounce houses and inflatable slides to choose from along with some obstacle course inflatables. The arcade portion has grown over the years but I find it a little overpriced so we dont spend much time in that area. I noticed that the staff isnt really out on the floor monitoring kids, and some parents dont either so if going with little ones make sure to stay with them so they dont get trampled by the older kids. Good spot to spend a couple hours burning some energy for sure.

I had just as much fun as the kids!Although they could up their snack game. That was the worst nacho cheese Ive ever had! Id reccomend bringing your own food and eating outside!

4hrs spent playing with 2 little ones. Great way to have the kids spend energy.

It is just fine to pass the time. Kids had a great time. The blow up inflatables seemed in decent repair. Lots of room for parents to sit.

New mini golf playable. They are getting the landscaping finished. Jump houses inside for the little ones with room for adults to jump on. Friendly staff.

This place was awesome! My daughter had so much fun! Even my husband and i had a great time! A great way to let your kids burn off energy. Alot of different fun things to jump on, slide down, go through, fun games to play. Me, my two year old daughter and my husband all had a great time and only spent $28. We cant wait to go back!

Best place to go in the winter months- I love the arcade they have as well, clean for a place full of children!! I also go on the summer and as an adult I still have fun on the big blow up slides.

Fun but need to update the technology of the waiver system. Kids love it but need to dress appropriately for sliding down the bounce houses.

The kids had a great time. The young man who was working was kind.The pretzel we got at the snack stand was not fresh and the cheese dip looked like it had been in the warmer for months. They could definitely use some better snack options since you arent able to bring food in.

Just finished up haveing a party here... everything went great and our party host was pretty awesome. Place was clean staff was friendly and helpful prices were great compared to other places I have been to. No complaints about their equipment or the games. One went down as we were playing it but it was fixed within a couple minutes of informing them.

The only downfall is that if you go too late in the evening the stench of feet is strong!!!! They could us some updating as well.

My grandson had his Birthday party here. Our Host was very friendly and on top of everything. I wish I had gotten his name. I will have more parties here.

The equipment was great for our 6 year old and our 3 year old. It was clean and well kept. Quite a lot of fun for a decent price. Only real difficulty was finding staff. Someone came to the entrance desk after a couple minutes but once we were in the actual play area which is a separate room we didnt see an employee for more than 2 hours. I actually had to go out of the play area and find there employee breakroom where 2 gals were playing on their phones. Thank goodness we didnt want to buy anything. They have a snack station to buy drinks and snacks but at NO point in our 2 and a half hour stay did an employee ever go over there. No idea how old the food was in the warmer. So basically its a pretty awesome place but dont expect to be able to buy or eat any fresh snacks.

Attended a birthday party and the placestinks like sweat. ( Probably expected ) but you can tell they have mice because there is a mouse trap box at the entrance.nice! Plus its dirty. The hostess for the party is rude to my kids as soon as we arrive and I hope she doesnt handle food because she blew her nose and didnt wash her hands. After the covid, I hope this place shuts down. Nasty and dirty. Couldnt even see a fire escape sign anywhere. I hope they shut down.

Visited for my nieces birthday! Great for most children under 10 I would say! Only like 10 blow up machines, but would be good for a half day party! Also has an arcade!

Lots of fun things to play on and with for the kiddos. You cant bring any food or beverage in, but only junk food is offered to purchase.

There really is not enough staff for the concession stand and bounce area. Pretty bad food but then 99 percent of these kids places have bad food. Someone should create a place with great food and great service here in michigan like in the Wisconsin Dells. Just saying. Anyway there was very little staff if you were not in the party room. A kid peed in the bounce house but there was no one to tell unless I left my kids and went upfront. Expensive for what it is.

My kids love coming to Jungle Joes! They have reasonable prices and rotating bounce attractions. Their arcade games are fun and you can always win enough tickets for at least a bag of candy if not plenty of cool prizes. Every time we have been there it has been busy but not crowded and even if there are birthday parties going on there always seems like enough room for walk ins and small groups. There are obstacle courses, slides, arcade games and snacks available here. Highly recommend this place for a fun afternoon or evening with children.

Booked a birthday party for my daughter a month ago for Saturday, October 6th, from 3p-5p. Talked to them on the phone Tuesday, October 2, only to find out that they booked me for the 12:30-2:30 slot, which does not work for my family. The only way this was discovered was the fact that I asked what time we could arrive. After explaining to the girl on the phone that I’d booked the 3p-5p slot, she said she’d note it on my sheet, and we went on. Mind you, I’d probably talked to 2-3 other people about this party before this point, and at no point did anyone ever mention the party time again. About 10 minutes after getting off the phone with the girl, I got a call from Ivan, a manager. Ivan explained that I had been booked for the 12:30-2:30 slot and that the 3p-5p slot was not available. I then explained to Ivan that I’d booked the 3p-5p slot, but that both were available when I booked. Ivan was quite rude, and continuously spoke over me every time I tried to speak, and advised me there was nothing he could do but call his manager. About an hour later I got a call from Jeff (presumably Ivan’s boss) who went onto explain further that there was nothing they could do. I was offered a Sunday morning or a week night, neither of which worked for my family. I continued to ask why I was the one being inconvenienced if it was their mistake, but I was continuously told that there was nothing they could do. Ultimately, I was refunded my deposit, but I had to cancel the party. So, now, here I am 4 days out from the party, and I just had to tell my almost 6 year old that her party had to be cancelled. No one seemed to care that their mistake cost my daughter her party. I’m now at home dealing with a sobbing almost 6 year old, scrambling to find another location to have her a party. Thanks for nothing, Jungle Joes. My family and I will never return to your business, and I will make sure to tell everyone about how poorly we were treated.

Granddaughter had a birthday party here. It was not worth what we paid. The play time was extremely short.

It was packed. Never enough parking, but worse with the crappy snow plow job. The temp when walking in went from 25° outside to 85° inside and it is beyond nauseating. Half of the games were broken or out of tickets and while the 1 fix it employee was working on one machine, the last game he fixed broke again. The blow ups are amazing and in great condition. The employees running the prize shack were nice, fast, and helpful. You get what you pay for on a snowy day.

The kids absolutely love this place. Come on a weekday if possible.

Weve been here several times, its a favorite for the grandparents and great grandparents to bring the kids for a fun family activity.

Total waste of money. My best friend spent $300 on her daughters bday party for them to only have 12 cupcakes to the 15-17 children, they had to do a last minute order on pizza because they messed up my friends reservation. Some children got 8 game tokens, but not all. Theyre very disorganized, and i will never book a party here, ever. Id never reccomend this place for a party.

Kids had a great time. MUCH smaller than Craigs cruisers, mostly all blow up slides, bounce houses, and arcade games but employees were very nice and their prizes are 10 times better than Craigs.

They started to deflate the stuff before we got out we almost DIED AND THEY DIDNT EVEN HEAR US

Had fun until i realized they dont seem to clean...the tables were dirty, there were stray socks in the inflatables and we were the first family their for the day, why would there be socks? I figured it should have been cleaned before opening .Then I saw a questionable spot in the kiddie slide which looked like vomit.All in all it was okay if you ignore the messes.

Kids always enjoy this place, well run, clean and good exercise for kids on a snow day.
