The seats were comfortable and in good condition. The theater was not cleaned after the previous showing. Based on the trash seen and the number of people leaving the previous showing, I guess the theater was not cleaned after the previous 2 showings.There was a good selection of current movies available.

A hidden jewel, free parking, great popcorn, (ask for layered butter) large screens, great sound and big reclining comfy theatre chairs. Come see the dragons.

Our neighborhood theater. A little quirky and feels a little dated already even though it was renovated a few years ago. Good for family. Seats are a little high for toddlers to see over even with boosters. Not the most comfortable seats.

I cant believe this place is open for business. Please clean your theatre. My shoes kept sticking to the floor. I got stale expired chips with cheese I brought back. Then they gave me yesterdays cold hot dog that I just threw out in the end. Where is management? They left the kiddies at the switch here. Sadz

Its an alright movie theater. Ive been going here for years and they could do better with cleaning up after movies...it isnt fun having to clean up a good row of seats just to settle in. Also pretty bad security to be honest. Id say if you just walked in through the doors and went into a theater no one would see or care enough to check. Great theme for a movie theater with the Medieval Knights and stuff. Its a so-so experience. If you can deal with annoying teens from surrounding towns (Set and Port) being obnoxious during movies then this is the theater for you. Also overpriced food as per usual.

This place is a sh*thole. They routinely have issues with the movies, such as the screen malfunctioning, the lights turning on mid movie, and the sound going off. Staff is totally incompetent. Needs to be completely renovated.

Clean, big screens, comfy seats, good sound. Even the snacks are reasonably priced. What else can you ask for from a movie theater?

Would not recommend this movie theater at all!!!! The place was dirty, popcorn all over the place, napkins and wrappers on the floor, theater was not cleaned after last showing, staff poorly dressed, not sure why I bothered to buy a ticket you could have walked right in, no one was checking tickets. If I could have given it no stars I would have. NEVER again!!!!

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS. I now have been tricked by this theater twice. they advertise that they are playing movies that they are not playing.

I know everyone’s angry about the fire alarm but i felt the staff dealt with it perfectly. Great communication especially the skinny indian guy!

Dirty... tired decorLong snack line. Scary, Filthy conditions behind the snack counter. Not coming back. Oh and in the middle of the movie, Creed ll, the bright lights went on. A customer got up to notify tbe manager and ultimately they were tirned off. If you dare, you can get unsalted popcorn.

Soundview Cinemas was not the best cinema I have been to. I came here with a group of 6 and ended up stuck in the middle with a broken seat. The seats are able to recline but my seat was broken and stuck in a very deep recline position; to the point where the row behind me complained about my seat being in there way. Additionally the theater didnt seem all that clean. The Knights of the Round Table theme of the theater was cute but felt a bit dated.

Just an OK option for movie going ... smaller theater rooms, seats do lean back but need to push hard to stay in a leaned back position. Not my first choice for going to the movies. Rather drive a bit further to view on a larger screen with more comfortable seats.

Fresh - Ive never felt like a theater could be clean. Seats are not dusty cloth, for once.Treats - love the thoughtful addition of biscotti from a bakery! Not dry and crusty. Felt like I was at a private home theater or cafe.Its nicer than when I came as a kid.

The theme lobby and bathrooms always brings out a smile in kids if all ages

The staff there is friendly and nice, bathrooms are relatively clean vut its pretty dark in the lobby for some reason. A little musty. Some seats have a terrible vantage point, I went to watch on a busy night and this guys head blocked me the entire time, so youd have to sit in the middle seats. All in all, its not terrible.

Basic family movie theater, but decorated in a medieval fantasy theme makes it fun place for all.

We love Soundview its a GREAT place for families. The theater is always clean, has great popcorn, comfortable seats and always has the newest releases.
