It sometimes it gets a little crowded at lunch time they have a great selection of games the food is a little pricey but good quality
This was once a good venue... It is not anymore. The prices are high, the food is bad...and their efforts to be open during the pandemic end up costing us, the patrons. I felt horrible for a poor little kid who tried to have a birthday party....no characters, interaction and too many broken game machines. Honestly, this place needs to end their suffering...
Nice people. The place had no one cleaning the games. The guy was walking around and acting like he was cleaning them.
Clean fun environment. Close to shopping. We came there to use the superchargers that we near by and turned that moment into an opportunity to have fun at Chuck E Cheese. The food was perfect. Salad bar fresh neat clean. No flies. Bathrooms were clean. All employees were helpful and respectful. They have the play card which is very convenient especially for toddlers and small kids who tend to misplace coins. All of the games worked. The party area was updated. We had a great time. We will return.
Great time not many many games to play some off nd some out of service. But had the place to myself which is nice right now.
Very kind staff. Food was hot and fresh. Bathrooms were very clean.
Had my sons 2nd birthday here and Alexia went above and beyond to make his day special. Thank you again !
Went to get some sides after the farmers market on 6/14/2020 around 1ish. The guy took forever to come to the counter after I rung the bell four times. And then he had a nasty attitude. Maybe it’s better when it’s actually open. But do not go there for takeout rude service.
Truly my kids love Chuck E Cheese, and with the pay for pay its really affordable. But after my visit on January 15 2020 I am in search of other options. Custom services sucks, games down with not enough works to services the customers. Spent 100.00 for 2 hours and pizza, but still waiting on my order and they been closed for nearly 2 hours. Sadly 5 workers cant provided the services once available....
Very nice place just wish more games were working
Went for my sons 3rd birthday and he had a blast. He didnt have to wait to play games, the unlimited game play was great, all the games were working and the place was extremely clean. I was even able to a cup of wine
Not enough staff at the counter. The kiosks for purchasing play time and tokens would not accept credit or debit cards and were cash only. The deals for playtime offered on kiosks were not valid at counter. Not a bad place to let kids play for an afternoon but need some service improvements
*****RIPOFF ALERT****and you wonder why the parent company of Chucky Cheese declared bankruptcy this am..here is why : Chucky Cheese Port Orange FL..only half of the games are available to play..but yet CC is charging FULL price to pay... and the board of directors blames it on COVID...CC will die a slow miserable death...
A great concept of games and food. Highly recommended if you have children. I liked the pizza and my son had a great time playing.
This place would be affordable and a great experience IF all the machine weren’t all down at one time, every single machine we went to would say “out of tickets” “temporary out of service” or just not lit up indicating it was not working. I understand tickets running out but when no one is anywhere to be seen to let know, it’s a huge WASTE of our money and our time. I don’t know if emailing corporate will make a difference but going up to machine after machine and having something wrong with it, there’s really no point of going.
Always super friendly and helpful. Very clean and a great way to spend some time with family. Staff is always ready to help when needed.
First..I was there for 1 hour 20 minutes without being served... They skip over my order some how..but everyone else orders came out w no problem... Complaining or asking didnt do anything....ill be nice w my words... Port orange c.c is the worst.. We will never be back...It might of had something to do with my Trump Shirt....
Ive not been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a child. I have fond memories of the many birthdays spent there with my many cousins and friends. Today I took my 3 year old for the first time & we all had a blast! You can choose time or tokens (both on a swipe card) and they have food and drinks. We rode some rides, played some games, took some photos & redeemed our tickets for an extremely overpriced slinky- but I wouldnt have had it any other way! The only real disappointment was there were no climbing tubes on the ceiling like I remember as a child. Think Discovery Zone (DZ) and no ball pit or other free things. Overall it was a success! I really wanted to try the cheesiest pizza ever, but that didnt work out so instead we ordered Guiseppes when we got home haha. Adults- 1 beer per hour, 2 per visit max.
Upgrade the cup for $2 and you can use the cup every time you are here for free refills. There’s a special of $10 for half hour all you can play. I see some adults are using that for themselves to get a lot of tickets from certain games like the monkey hookup game. Then get a regular card for the kids.
Great for my 3 year olds party. The staff was great, especially Blue and the manager!!! Both were attentive and friendly and, quite importantly, level headed and efficient during the very busy rushes. Even though we didnt schedule a traditional party, we were able to purchase food for a large party AND they have cakes available! Its a little pricey if youre buying a lot of food, but I will say it IS a good value.
My kids had such a great time without any problems. Cant ask for much more than tht
Always a blast. The kids who work there are gonna be great employees now and later. Lol that place is always anarchy but they always hold it together.
I caught the flu from one of the kids that were running around touching everything with your nasty hands. I was so sick I was puking my guts out I will never go to this place again!
Took my daughter for 3rd bday today. She had a blast. Staff was super helpful and friendly.
Its a kids place, clean and the kids always have fun. They keep a few beers on tap which makes it easier to deal with the chaos. Also, they have the time passes now with coupons usually on the site so the kids can usually play unlimited games for an hour for about $20. Decent salad bar. They also fixed the ball game so its easier to win a ball, which makes the kids super happy.
Went here for a birthday party. Great experience overall at this location, staff was great, made my family feel like vip with their customer service. Pizza prices were very pricey for what you got but its worth the experience
My daughter like this place
I love spending time with my grandchildren here. Everyone is always entertained with games for all ages. Good food & drinks...a little on the pricey side but we only come here a couple times a year so worth it for our family.
The children use cards to play games. In entering take picture of adults with child or children. No salad bar due to virus. There is hand cleaning stations as you come in the door and 2 in the play area.
Its been years since weve been to a chuckie cheese. This one didnt have the pizza buffet that I remember, but their pizza was actually good this time around. You buy cards for unlimited games within a 30 or 45 minute time frame. My kids had a blast. Most all their machines seemed to be in working order, every thing seemed to be clean, staff was friendly, we saw a mouse dance and make it rain tickets and won some cheap trinkets and candy. Over all a good experience.
At Chuck E. Cheeses, my family and I always have a blast. The points are a tad over priced, if you come knowing that and ready to drop some money for a fun night then it is fun. There is a large variety of games for all ages from a kiddy merry go round to shooting games. The pizza is pretty good. However, there is nothing particularly fantastic. Over all, a fun place to spend a night with your kids.
Took my son for his sixth birthday party .Ive been here before very well organized very clean establishment .I love that now you pay for the amount of time that you play versus for tokens. my boys loved unlimited games for an hour and a half my only complaint is when we first walked in the girl that greeted us had very little interactions with me or my children. no smile nothing just very robotic through the motions .I would expect it a little bit more of a cheery greeting upon walking in the door of an establishment that based around making children happy :-)
Had fun playing skee ball while charging the Tesla. $5 for like 8 games for 2 of us
Love Chuck e cheese
I didnt go inside just passed it
We drive further for this location. It’s always clean and not as busy as the others. Our last visit we were helped by Jaclyn, she is wonderful and provides amazing customer service!
Completely disgusted with this place. Took my 2 year old son here to enjoy himself and as excited as he was to meet Chuck E. Cheese, I can tell he was highly disappointed when he did. After having to chase him down, the famous mascot completely brushed my son off with a very poor excuse of a wave (flicked his wrist) and he then proceeded to go into the back room, he didnt walk the floor at all, because we were there for 3, almost 4 hours that day. He only came out to do his little dance, and EVEN THAT was a task for him. I will never have as high hopes for this place as I did when I was a kid, SO NOT THE SAME ANYMORE. The mascot has ONE job and thats to make the kids smile, not frown. If I can give negative stars, I would. OH & I almost forgot that we had to wait an hour for our pizza, as I brought this to one of the managers attention, she was very dry about it, asked me for my receipt, went to the kitchen to grab my now A HOUR OLD pizza and hand it to me, I couldnt help but look at her crazy. As I slid the pizza back toward her and told her I wasnt gonna feed my son old pizza, she snickered and went back to replace my order. Like WHY did I even have to say that to her? She should of been apologetic and courteous enough to know that.
One of our grandsons birthday parties the kids have a lot of fun and thats what counts
My children had a great time when we went there. However we didnt realize how expensive Chuck-E-Cheeses now and dropped over $200 for a family of four
Times have changed and kids are focused on different things since I was a child... i get it however, Chuck E. Cheese has lost the spark that used to make it so bright. This location in particular was no exception. On the contrary this location made it clear to me that the corporate men and women at Chuck E. Cheese realized that, you can pull out certain facilities, and the kids will still enjoy themselves. What I disagree with is that the level of enjoyment that we as children used to experience was far more profound than what these children are experiencing today at this once great American pastime. The Pizza is still great, the tickets are more than obtainable, and the arcade games are pretty up to date however, Chuck E. him/herself was pretty much a Zombie. As my son jumped up and down watching Chuck E. finally walk toward us he ran toward him/her and Chuck E. simply bent his/her elbow and flicked his/her wrist in a sorry display of a wave to my child. I was heartbroken as I experienced my son be dismissed by the one character he anticipated seeing from the moment we left the house. When it came time to dance it got worse. I watched Chuck E. reluctantly do dance moves they clearly did not want to do and making the children happy was the last thing on the mascots agenda, body language says a lot and nothing including the permanent smile on Chuck E.s face could not hide the boredom or impatience of the person behind the mask. Im from Daytona Beach and we drove to Port Orange for our son to have a great experience, he did enjoy himself, however, of course he did, hes 2; however not without being half ignored by Chuck E.
Chuck-E-Cheese is cool because it really entertains kids of all ages except for the little babies of course. But you can bring your little babies because it is not loud and crazy especially if you go during a slower time of the week. Food is a little pricey to me but I do like the garlic butter they put on their Pizza. They have also converted all their games to a card swipe except for a few that still take coins. The card is very convenient.
Nothing to say. These teens are absolutely not customer friendly, not doing their job and keep forgetting about the customers and gossipped amungst themselves. I have never been here and dealt with this mych dissatisfaction. You cant trust kids to run a business.
Never again. Would rather find a different location. Or go to Dave and busters. Took my daughter who order chicken nuggets and fruit. 45 mins later still no food. I asked, I was informed that they were sorry they had been busy and were cleaning that they were in the oven as we spoke. Mind you the family behind us in line had ordered a combo with pizza wings and cheesy bread and personal pizzas. Theres came out fine. So I continued to wait 15 mins pass and at that point I asked for the order to just be cancelled and I wanted a refund. The manager had to refund me I explained to her what happened and she said nothing. I own a marketing company that deals highly with customer service. I told her that and told her the customer service was not that appealing. She sneered at me made a face and turned around and walked away. Never again will I return.
Friendly staff, nice selection of games for the younger kids, I would recommend checking out the coupons on their website.Food is what you would expect from this type of place, but for kids is acceptable. All in all was a great place for my grandson.
It was a great place for a kids party. A little crowded on Saturday afternoon and the food prices are rather high but if your looking for a birthday venue for toddlers and elementary students this is a nice place.
Fun place for the kids. Tasty pizza
Kids and I always have a great time when coming here. I love that they have an unlimited games option now. My 11 yr old and I had a girls day here recently. We got the 90 minute unlimited play and had a blast and it didnt cost a small fortune to do so
It isnt how it used to be
This place is great for birthday parties. The staff is amazing and the place is very clean. My daughter and her friends had a great time
Great place for the kids to have fun alone or with a party. Earn tickets for prizes. They have pizza and snack type food there that is pretty good. Main thing is the kids love it.
There is no question about it, thos is an awesome place for kids and their slogan is so true. Where a kid can be a kid. I was very tempted to leave only one star because there is a young lady that works there that is super rude and if you ask her a question, she asks like your bothering her. She is extremely rude. She treated my husband and I with as much respect as a fly swatter has for a fly. Im leaving three stars because she seems like the only bad seed out of the bunch. All the other employees were helpful and polite. The manager was very respectful and she quickly fixed any problem that we had. Also my daughter really loves this place. She even loves the ticket counter. The only thing she doesnt like is the electrical Chuck E.
Had my twins birthday party there, they had a blast. Most of the staff was great, except for the young lady working the prize counter. She had an attitude that I couldnt believe then I looked at the title on her shirt and almost hit the floor when I read that she was the Senior Assistant Manager. She was not kind to my kids, or any of the other children exchanging their tickets for prizes. If you dont like kids, dont get a job at the place where a kid can be a kid. She was my only complaint. The rest of the day was a great experience!
The staff were very kind and on top of everything, the store was in pristine condition, the kids had a blast and a half. This will definitely be my new favorite location
Kids love it,clean, fun safe
Was very pleased with my customer service! They were short staffed and extremely busy but Aria went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my family was taken care of in a timely fashion! I will be coming back every weekend with my 6 year old and 1 year old. Thanks again Aria!! (CORPORATE GIVE THIS YOUNG LADY A RAISE AND A BONUS! It’s hard to find employees like this)
Convenient and economical! Kids had a wonderful time. Food was delicious and staff was very friendly. Definitely stop by for great memory building moments with family and friends.
Good management and fun for the kids
We had a wonderful time for my grandsons first birthday thank you to all the staff and the manager.
Food (Pizza) was way over priced!! Our 3 Grandkids had fun playing all the games and rides. But if we go again. We will eat somewhere else first!! Salad bar was not great either. The game cards worked when they wanted too!! Had to keep getting them fixed.. Not worth the money or tickets.. You get dinky little prizes for being there for 3 hours!! Our first time there & may be the last!!
We had a birthday party at 10 am - 12 pm and you cant tell me that this isnt the best time to go. There were maybe 2 other groups there and it was so calm. The staff is excellent and took care of everything. By the time our party was done and we were ready to go, the big crowds were coming in and it was packed. You might not believe it, but it was a pretty quiet birthday at Chuck-e-cheese and that is not a complaint. Oh, and even my 55 year old mother had fun, and she expected to hate it :)
Clean location with friendly staff. This time we didnt eat there but, we have prior. Pretty good food options.
The staff was on point. The party host was awesome she did a great job keeping track of everything everybody wanted. And cleaning the tables. She did a great jobthank youChucky Cheese
The kids had fun and none of the adults got in fights. The pizza was good enough and the salad bar had a decent selection and was clean. My only complaint is that the potato salad is way too sweet. They need to take the sugar out of it and it would be just fine....update 03/18. Went to a birthday party for a friend of my girls and tried the potato salad again and it was MUCH less sweet.
Games are fun for the kids. Food is okay..
Took the brands there today. The guy at the front was awesome. Its expensive2 large pizzas with 4 drinks and one 45 minute playtime was 55.00. They had one person working the front. The other lady was cleaning the sides of the booths. Chuckee was not an enthusiastic dancer at all. The kids had fun though
Great place for child birthday party. Loved Chuck coming out to dance...and ticket shower
Chuck-E-Cheese is a great arcade to take kids. They allow you the unlimited gameplay which still gives you tickets unlike other arcades.
I gave 3 stars cause my kids had fun. There were a lot of games not working. It took over an hour to get 1 pizza. One of the games took off 6 of our points. Then in 4 hrs we only seen Chuck E Cheese twice.
Everything was just awefull .. I truly mean that. Horrible.
Bc it was empty
Good place, though I wish they would disinfect more often... my kids get ill after a visit there often.
Very chaotic, several parties at onceNot organized with what was going on step by step
Had my 5 yr olds Birthday party, First complaint, only 2 parties happening and we were crammed On top of each other, There were six other tables open and available, and were open and available all night But our party and someone’s else’s party was sitting so close together that the people were sitting at our table. Everything was rushed and disorganized, the kids lost over 45 minutes worth of their two hour time on their play cards, waiting for the show to begin and then the cake it was just a disorganized mess, And we were nothing but rushed and pushed from the get go, there was no enjoying the birthday party, we didn’t get half the stuff that came included with the mega superstar package which is what we paid, so we paid over $200 for disorganization, being rushed, Kids did not get the dippin dots, and they gave away the ticket blaster machine experience to other kids in the party instead of notifying me on my husband to get my daughter over there for her to do it. Just felt it was a complete waste of money, I would’ve been better off just bringing the kids in for some pizza and buying their cards myself, however I doubt I will ever try to Chuck E. Cheese again, this was the first time I’ve ever been inside one, not impressed at all
Didnt have grilled chicken for the salad which is part of their main menu .. really not a big deal but would have been nice to have that healthier choice available for parents . The kids always have fun ! Lots of space even on busy Saturdays birthday party days
I had my little girls birthday party here. I had no idea what to expect. Staff was great. Everyone had a wonderful time. I was extremely impressed and happy with the whole party
The worst experience in any Chuck E Cheese in my life. I brought my grandson and a few others for his birthday. I ordered, and after 53 minutes of waiting, I asked if they forgot our food, they said they would go in and check. After waiting another 10 minutes I approached 2 paople with clipboards who I imagine was the managers. So I asked, are you the manager? And they replied, kinda. What exactly is kinda a manager do? Is there some kind of Chuck E Cheese ad on Craigslist looking for Kinda a Manager. So finally after another 10 minutes, (they never would admit that they forgot our order) they certainly out with the food. The food was cold as if they lost it under the counter and just found it. So I let that slide. Then it was time for the Birthday cake! What an exciting moment fory grandsons 1st birthday, the girl said Chuck E himself was going to bring it out and sing Happy birthday to him. We gathered everyone around the table waiting for that big moment. After a couple of minutes a girl comes out with the cake and we asked, wheres Chuck E? She said, Chuck E is taking a nap. I said to her you just told us he was going to sing Happy birthday and bring out the cake. Her reply was,.... Thats only for real birthdays. All I could say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is she telling me that my grandson was really born on this day? Was I supposed to bring his birth certificate? Bad Bad Bad Chuck E. You managed to take a day that was supposed to be the most special of all special birthdays and suck the happiness right out of it. Later that day and called the Chuck E Cheese corporate office and explained all of this on a voicemail, asking them to call me back asap. Needless to say, If you have a special birthday, and want to delete the special part out, heres the place to go. You would think with so many other options out there they would appreciate the business. Not that he will ever be 1 again, but his 2 nd birthday will not be at Chuck E Cheese. Not Ever!Below photo is the empty scene of the big event.
From a parent perspective the kids zone effect is taken literally. Very easy to lose oneself In the arcade busting fantastical setting. Even though it may seem like a bunch of children but if you are cozy with a lot of noise. This is your place.
Since we purchased the points on the game card we had leftovers and an excuse to go back. This time we brought our two year old. Again another nice little trip. Being a homeschool mom I am able to bring my kids during these quieter times where they have the run of the place basically. I think the majority of the games are based towards the younger children but I hear that they have a Dave and Busters is coming to town for the bigger kids and kids trapped in a grown up body. Like me. LOL
Love Chuck cheeses, The kids have the best fun ever. The games are awesome, and so is the staff. Happy
Too expensive but always fun
THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING MY GRAN KIDS ENJOYED IT.THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL. AND VERY FRIENDLY. THANKS FOR MAKING OUR EXPERIENCE WONDERFUL
Love this place. Lots of deals if you sign up for emails and become a member.
Fun for kids. Food is nasty.
Fine for the kiddos. Pizza has changed, not a huge fan of the new italian sausage, they are huge and taste funny. But the kids love it, so Ill be back.
This place is so much better than what they use to be. Full of kids having fun, full of parents having fun. The pizza is wayyy better than what it use to be. Go and have a load fun!!
Very clean. Organized. Fast service. Pizza is so good.
I love the free play idea
AWESOME place.. Makes me, as a parent, not hate going to Chuck E Cheese again. Super clean, lots of nice and working games and the staff was great. My kids played a long time for not much money. We drove a little distance to this one and will be a regular customer from now on!!! And it was not crowded at all on a Friday afternoon.
Was the best birthday party ever the service was the best the people that work there are so friendly and nice and helpful loved it
We came here for birthday parties and the kids have a blast!
At the location in Port Orange Florida, we will mever return there. Your staff there is completely oblivious to what is going on. They dont help the customers, they dont speak to the customers. I went there on a Thursday in the middle of the day so it wasnt even busy..... We would stand at a counter for about 15 minutes with no service... We didnt eat or drink anything during our visit because we couldnt get any service. Then if and when you are serviced, they are very unfriendly and miserable. They see you standing at the counter but ignore that your there. I think you should defiantly have better employment especially at a place for kids and families.. I will never go back.... Horrible experience.
Daughter loves it. Theres lots of fun games for all ages. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the games run out of tickets frequently and you have a hunt down an employee to try and refill the tickets. Always seems clean when we are there.
This is a wonderful place for kids to jave fun. And a chance for parents to relax knowing their children are safe. My only complaint is that Chuck E. Didnt song and dance with the kids like he was supposed to do when he came out. They look forward to that. That needs to change. Thank you.
