Arrival was met with a clean lobby. They have the typical over priced concessions and the wait was minimal considering only one person was working.The chairs in some of the theatres are the older style ones but everything seemed well cleaned.The theaters are exceptionally chilly, so bring a jacket!

Would love to go but the shows again, especially because we now have a Regal Movie Pass that is essentially USELESS because all there are at this location are shows only in the late afternoon now and during rush hours. Not good for seniors who cant drive home in the dark or who dont want to be exposed to kids whove been in school, etc... Need to have at least one daytime matinee for seniors whod like to go to the movies! Not good!!!

Sound quality was very staticky and more noisy and distorted than quality listening. It was so distorted I could not listen without napkins stuck in my ear and pain to my ears. It was impossible to watch the movie with this noise. I never knew this place to have such bad sound quality Im not sure whats going on.

Wonderful theater. The food was really good. Very clean and comfortable seating. One of the things I really liked its at the seats were not cloth which can be a problem with things like bed bugs and lice in movie theaters. It was an all-around great experience going here for the first time and especially for such a long movie which we went to see Avengers endgame

Nice movie theatre, reasonable prices, clean place, seats are a little old, but other than that everything else is okay, and customer service is also good.

The staff there was very friendly. I really had a good time. The process on the other hand were a little high for a small bag of popcorn. Other than that, great time.

The theater is clean and well maintained. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. I get the impression they really *do* want us to enjoy going there.

Good screen and visual quality. Good sound. Popcorn is very low quality compared to most theaters good, fresh popcorn. Just kind of like its been there all day.

It seems the price of movies seem to be getting higher and higher. I think Ill stay home and wait for him to come on Amazon Prime! The place has comfortable seating but they gets too crowded and they make you pick a seat before you even get into the theater. Not my idea of a pleasure event afternoon

My husband and I were very disappointed by our experience at the theater today. They have closed the box office and turned off the self service kiosks. All tickets must be purchased through the concession stand. The manager said the reason was to convince people to buy their tickets online, but I think it was an obvious ploy to sell more concessions. It really didnt make sense to think that the reason was to get customers to buy tix online, as there were no ticket takers anywhere. And, we wanted to pay with cash. While we arrived a few minutes before our movie was to begin, we were in line for over 20 minutes. Its the last weekend before kids Christmas break ends, so clearly it would be crowded. Every concession line was full and slow moving. Thankfully, the Richard Jewell movie had 20 minutes of previews, so we made it to the theater just in time for the feature film to begin.

Omg is this a regal? Omg yes Jesus!! It’s Xmas day and people have smiles on their faces. I walked in to the lobby. I am disabled. Asap I walked in a man came assisted me. Scanned my cell for my tickets ushered me to concession stand. To get my pop corn and soda the man at concession went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Then told me where I had to go. My husband was so excited he did not have to help me. Everyone had a smiles on their faces. Restrooms are clean. Floors where clean. Stadium seating.

The customer service is 5 star but after going to Cobb Daytona Luxury Theatre it was disappointing to be in such an old building and seats. But Creed 2 made up for it. I forgot about the non reclining seats and enjoyed every second of the movie. My nachos and cheese was great. Great movie experience!

Having the ticket person look in my purse was a little insulting when entering the theatre. It sounded and looked like someone told her to do it in her earpiece .I understand there are security procedures, but I go there a lot. I have a loyalty/rewards card. I was trying to enjoy a movie with my 11 year old son. I decided to go to regal instead of cobb theatres.Next time I think Ill go to cobb.

This used to be a good theater, but latey it has become apparent that money could be an issues and could be a sign of a struggling operation. They have closed the ticket booth, in favor of ticket purchase at the concession counter where you have to Wade through masses Of people just to buy tickets, and maybe just maybe the will buy popcorn. I watched an expensive movie in RPX last night, the air conditioning was set so high that people were leaving because they were uncomfortable. In the middle of the movie I told the told the manager that it was very hot in side but they made no attempt to lower the temperature inside. I have Got to mention that the armrests on the chairs have no padding left so you arms are sore by the time the movie is over. Good by Regal hello Cobb

Good theater. Clean, suitable accommodations, and in a nice area.Downside is that its usually understaffed on weekdays, and concessions are high, even for theater food.

At a 10:05 am showing of A Beautiful Day. You must select seat when purchasing ticket. Told to choose any seat in blue from chart. I did (only two seats out close to 200 seats were not available) yet I was told I couldnt have the seat I wanted because they couldnt have an empty seat next to me against the wall. I was told that for me to sit in the seat I wanted was against corporate policy. Seems like I was discriminated against by this employee since every movie I have gone to at this theater I have sat in the same seat I originally selected!

This is a nice movie theater I seen Endgame here and I had a good time. Some dudes stole our seats at first but it was a good movie and nice place to go. Also yall need to clean them bathrooms. No hate just saying

Great seats to enjoy the Raymonda live ballet streaming, sound and picture. Very expensive water $5.60 wish i did not forget my bottle and i think they need to fix the marquee to direct people better.

I came to see How to Train Your Dragon 3 with my son, his wife and their four children: 2,4,6&8. From the ticket window to the snack counter all the employees were excellent! Friendly and helpful. The theater was clean and smelled lovely. I havent ever been here before so I didnt know how wonderfully comfortable the seats are! Well except for the four year old, the seat kept eating him and he giggled and giggled. We should have looked to see if there was a booster, but he was having fun. Oh yes, go see the movie, its excellent!

The theater was relatively free of trash, but it smelled terribly of urine, which is the last thing you want creeping up every so often just after youve forgotten about it and are concentrating on the movie. While other theaters are upgrading their seating with reclining leather chairs that are roomy and comfortable, this theater is following the budget airliner business model. More seats = more profit. If I werent there with friends I would have left before the previews finished.

Really enjoy going to this theater. The seats are really small, but the arm rests go up if you need more room. Clean bathrooms, clean theaters. There are some arcade games available to play if you get there early. Plenty of choice for food and drinks. Love that its right across from Texas Roadhouse, we usually go see a movie and then have dinner there!

Nice theater. They started assigned seats back in February. Good if youre seeing popular new movie. Annoying if you just want to go in and pick your seats.

Stadium seating for new releases with only good seats everywhere. The concession lines are sometimes too long with few cashiers.

I love this regal because I can always find films that just came or are Oscar nominated films. I wish the Ormond Beach Regal would get up to date though. They never have anything playing beyond superhero movies or the same ones for a month. They could a learn a thing or three from you guys. Best Regal around!

Recently refurbished theater with all the new screens and seating. Very comfy and able to reserve specific seating.. The staff were friendly and the restroom and other areas clean. The popcorn is the worst tasting. I asked if it was fresh, staff said, oh, yes. No, not so much. I ended up throwing it away. It was the first show of the day, and I am pretty well convinced it was from the day before. Awful stuff. People just chat away and talk loudly in the films. What a waste of $30 plus snacks. Totally intolerable. Cute kid there with his dad. Glad they had a good time, but I didnt pay that much money to listen to them. I tried talking to staff about it. They dont seem to care.

My dad and I came to a movie today and loved our experience. We also liked the idea of choosing our seats before hand. The sound was just right this time, and it was a great movie.

Great place to watch a movie and the lights went out during the the movie and they got them back up very quickly.

Its not Cobb, but you cant beat $6 movie days.. I know for sure Tuesday is a $6 movie day. The seats arent as accommodating as the recliners at Cobb theater, but it still is a decently comfortable atmosphere. Just like every other movie theater, prices for food and drink are a bit expensive, so be prepared for that. I can say though, the staff here have always been polite and friendly.

Freezing!!!!!!! Cold!!!!! Tried to cover myself and head with sweatshirt because it was that cold blowing down on my head!!!!!! Had to walk out!!!!! This is a continuous problem for over a year now that has been brought to owners and management attention and they still put it too cold!!! And still the forceful air is too strong blowing down!!!!!! I will never ever come back here again which is unfair since I live right here!!! To the owner -whoever is running this place tonight has the ac temp tooooooo low!!! I didn’t ask for refund because it’s the same guy and it makes me sick and frustrated to see his face and tell him the same story over and over when it gets no where!!!!! This is the worst establishment to do this to patrons trying to enjoy a movie!!!!!its like torture!! I told the security guard and even he said that every time he comes to see a movie here it is too cold so he knows what I mean! The guy who is the manager tonight should know already to keep the temp higher!!!!!!!!! Even if he would have put the temp higher when I asked after suffering an hours, it takes awhile to stop and warm up!!!! It is siooo freezing cold that the arm rests on the seat Emma’s freezing, even the metal buckle on my shoes were freezing. I had jeans on and a short sleeved shirt and sweatshirt but a lot of good that doesn’t do when the ac is blowing straight down on your head!!! If I cover my head, Tell me how can I watch a movie!!! It’s insanity!!!!! And we are paying you for this!!!!!! Never ever again will you get another penny from me!!!!you should pay me for the gas now so I can watch the movies in palm coast where this never happens!!!

Fairly clean theater with reasonably organized entry. The actual cinema rooms are neatly organized and well structured. Overall a good experience, but for some reason the last movie didnt dim the lights as much as usual. Still, only place in town.

Service was ok but the seats smelt sooo bad and we moved twiced and they stank so bad i cant relay that enough i only stayed because the tickets were pricey. To describe the odor it was a foul Locker room nasty smell they definately need to replace those seats.@regalI did just let you know the seats smelt awful need to replace or clean them !

Another flawless visit to the Port Orange Pavilion Regal Cinema. The employees were friendly and professional, and the theater was very nice and clean with a nice room temperature that wasnt too cold or warm. At least for my liking that is. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Do not waste your money .This place is way overpriced for their outdated seats and icky floor. Drinks and snacks expensive staff are mean for example it was 98 degrees in a room and the air man would be there in a hour and the manager did not want to do anything we were sweating and left and went to cobb go to cobb

Myself and three preteen kids went to the 5:10 Saturday show rated G. We arrived at 5 with tickets already purchased so we were able to go right in. Knowing we still had 10 minutes the kids decided to get some refreshments from the concession stand however the line was so long and only one person behind the counter it took 15 minutes to get a couple of drinks and one pickle. We made it just in time to see the beginning of the show.

Like the location.. enjoy eating out before or after the movie,and there is a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate area to choose from.The theater is clean,seats are comfortable,and staff is very good.

For the second time, we arrived early and told the seats we wanted were already taken. They were not. They were never used, just held back. Fortunately a competitor is nearby.

Employees are really nice and helpful; seating is roomy and comfortable. Concessions are pricey but that could be said of any theater. Doesnt bother me because I dont really care to munch on anything while Im watching a movie (the first-person chewing noise is too distracting) but if thats your thing then budget for it accordingly. I especially like that Fathom does screenings of Ghibli movies here from time to time.

Overall ok theater with clean restrooms. Seating in movie theater was very out dated, seats were too close together. My knees and feet kept hitting seat in front of me. Was surprised theater was not updated in that location. Other than that it was nice.

Went to a 3pm movie. The seats were ok but not the recliner seats in my usual movie theater. The movie was riveting so I didnt notice much else. Popcorn was so so and didnt seem fresh. Theater was pretty clean.

Good place to see a movie. Dont fall for paying through the nose for their PBX experience. Not at all worth the extra fees! Typically inflated concession prices but all theaters are like that. For what they charge for 50 cents worth of popcorn, they could at least use real butter instead of the gross butter-flavored oil! Youll spend more for a small popcorn & drink than the cost of the movie!Seats here arent as nice as the newer theaters.The above being said, there are GREAT deals on movies if you go on Sunday or Tuesday! Their senior discounts arent as deep as some other theaters but generally their prices are a little lower. I wish they offered a senior discount at the concession stand.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and it was nice. They have cheap tickets on Sundays and Tuesdays. The theater wasnt very full at all and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. Would definitely go back and see another movie there next time Im in town.

This movie theater is fun. Reasonable prices for adults and children! although they need to upgrade there video games for the kids. A few are out of order quite a bit when we go. Prices for drinks and snacks a little too high but guess thats normal for a movie theater
