This is a very pleasant store.people were nice store was clean and it was busy.But something was missing not sure what..i wanted some info from the floral person. But there wasnt one..tring to get out to cashier was a total maze. Really!! Just was not my day to ..even if I found what I came info after looking for over an hour...

My youngest daughters favorite place...this is one thing she made from her purchases.

Very friendly staff. Always clean and organized and everyone was wearing masks. Not many customers.

Selection n sales were fine. I couldnt find an employee, except in framing, till check out. Clerk I had was rude and of no help at all. All the years shopping at any of the stores, this is first time ever encountered such a useless non customer friendly staffer.

Cashier area narrow and not set up well for social distancing while waiting in line to pay. People were also exiting the store through the cashier lines. Too close of quarters. Only Micheals I have seen set up so poorly.

Took in art work to be matted & framed. Nicole is the framer and had excellent recommendations. Seeing picture within matting & frame enlarged on her computer helped immensely in decision making.Michaels has a good selection & a clean store

Love this store, but stock in certain items never seem to be replenished and are forever out of stock. Specifically the pens and markers. When it does seem they have restocked its only because the overstock of like items have filled in the spaces of out of stock items. New hours also make it hard to get to right before closing, which then you are rushed out.

I purchased items online to be available for next day pickup. Never received a response and no one knows anything about my order. But they did take my money out of my account. The representative at the customer service center has complete disregard for customer service. Said I can not cancel my order until it is full filled. My order should have been fulfilled next day but it’s been 3 days and I am still waiting for any type of response from the company. Will never in my life shop at michaels ever again. No care for their customers only want to take their money and not give the the products ordered

Love the wide selection of different crafts that they have. I can always find what I need here for whatever new project I am trying. Always a coupon to use and staff very nice.

Michaels was ok, had what I needed, but had to wait and wait to check out. One person on the checkout. They really need some help, with Covid, you kinda want to get in and get out, but today there were customers waiting and in pretty close quarters.

I was looking for a sale item they had and asked the person working in that department, she had no idea. I then asked about something else and she was totally clueless. I actually found both items and showed her where the sale item was and then explained to her what the other item was and how its used. She had no interest at all. This was not some young kid either. Not a good asset for your store.

I like Michaels it has all the things for projects, school, and much more. I like the curbside pickup. Only thing is it seems they are never staffed enough it takes a while to get my order just picking up or if there is a long line inside its one cashier. Needs improvement in this area. Otherwise satisfied.

I called Michaels asking if they carried tiny zip lock bags which might hold a few beads. The woman answering ph said she did not know but would put me on hold while she checked. I waited 10 min. I got a bad feeling yet really needed the item that night. While still on hold I got in my car and drove from NSB to Port Orange. On the ph and 27 mins later I walked into the Port Orange store. When I entered the store I realized that my ph played the same music that was playing on the store speakers... I told a male cashier there that I was still on hold and let him hear my speaker ph. I told him I was waiting for their woman employee to get back to me. And Ive been waiting 27 mins. He seemed unfazed and unconcerned as to how Id been left on hold. He showed me the item I needed a few steps away from the cashiers and on an end cap which was on sale! He expressed little interest that their ph customer service was literally No Ph Customer Service!!! When I paid I asked that cashier if she knew who normally answered phs. She said cashiers often do so but it could have been someone in the back as well. And she too seemed to have little to no interest in the fact that no one bothered to check a ph line that was continually on hold. Ive worked as an employee in several stores in my lifetime and owned my own business... we recognized that customer service is an extremely important aspect of the job. We would have shown some emotional empathy and profusely apologize... even would suggest that we would do our best to make sure this wouldnt happen again. Unfortunately, I felt mostly dismissed by all I encountered even when I suggested to one of them that this needs to be brought up at an employee meeting. I got little response. If I didnt need those little plastic bags that evening I would have bought them elsewhere. Next time I will probably go to the Daytona store... maybe they have a better understanding as to what makes for customer service...or maybe Hobby Lobby will provide a better experience in customer service.

Its a big store and there are few signs or employees around but its pretty logical. I recommend going the if you have plenty of time because impulse buying is definitely possible! The prices are usually reasonable and they offer a good rewards program with good deals available. I definitely will go back.

Rude and not helpful employee, ask where something was and she points to the area where it is. She was working in the isle right next to it! Ive worked in retail and thus isnt the way you help customers. While looking for the item I needed another customer walked by and told this same employee she sent her to the wrong area! I will not shop this store again, Hobby Lobby has a much better selection and employees walk you to the item if you are have trouble finding something.

This is a nice size Michaels and the staff is great.

I went in looking for a very specific item for my wife, although I didnt know its name I was able to describe it. The people here were very helpful and understanding. We were able to find the right item based solely on a series of grunts and wild gesticulations. Great people.

Michaels must be going out of business because all items are up to 80% off.Great deals, everyone enjoys a good deal, at the same time, it creates merchandise to fill the store and the check out only had 2 Cashiers with a 3 Line long isle before checking out.If youre looking for anything creative to make, check Michaels store before heading to way too many other stores.

The store is wonderful in that they have just about everything you could possibly imagine for crafting. But, with it being the holidays and all, if one were to need help, an associate is not available to do so. It would be nice to have more staff on hand for customers who are having trouble locating items. There were also a lot of shopping carts in the the aisles. Some were empty and abandoned while others were filled with supplies that needed to be put away. They did have a girl pre-ringing merchandise though which was great because it sped up the checkout line which is typically terribly slow.

I found what I went there for and completed my purchase within 10 minutes.

What is happening to this store? Shopping at noon and shelves are not filled with product is annoying thus the replenishment overnight team. Also, it would be nice if stores would put one holiday out at a time and in the order they come.

Not much 100% cotton yarn. Thats what mom wanted so a strike out this trip. I think knitting is going the way of the Dodo Bird.

The only good thing about this visit was the cashier was extremely friendly and polite. I felt horrible for him because he kept on calling for more help over the radio but no one would respond to him. There were more more than 5 people in line to check out and the line was growing fast. Customer service was not on any of the other employees minds.

My girlfriend goes here every chance she gets. Even if she doesnt need anything from here. But she will always find something that she just cant live without

Very good shopping trip for Christmas. The staff were very helpful! I was looking for a nice art set other than Crayola brand and Michaels had a large selection of varying prices and the one I got was 75% off and it was a beautiful set!!

Unorganized, lacking of variety, expensive in comparison with other locations... costumer service is rude and no willing to help. Mostly old people.

If it were not for their large assortment of educational childrens toys, I would have given this store 2 stars. For over a year, I have visited this location at different times during different days. Every time I have come to this Michaels, many of the aisles have been crammed with boxes. Aisle space is already crammed from trying to fit too much onto the floor space they have, but its poor management that decides that peak business hours on a Saturday and Sunday is the time to stock merchandise. This is no longer my stop for craft supplies, but I definitely recommend this store for childrens gifts.

Its a very good store for crafting but they dont offer fabrics.

Stopped in this store to look for a border for a frame. They no longer carry them. They do if you are having a custom frame being made. I was thrilled when I found a bordered frame on sale!. It was exactly what I wanted. They also had a great sale going on. They have a lot of good sales and coupons. The store is big and carries many items. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The associate with whom i spoke, asking about fabric paint said he didnt know about it, saying i should ask someone else. I also asked a manager, who at first totally ignored me, about a 4x6 picture frame price, said the obviously incorrect price...more than $10 for a plastic frame, on clearance..he said i dont make the prices, corporate makes the prices. He did go check and said that was $8. In any case, i will not be going back. The single star was for the cashier, Gail, who was very personable and efficient. The rest of employees were facing the shelves, maybe stocking for a new season but certainly not available or willing to help. As a last comment, i noticed the obstacle course to reach the checkout has grown so you must go round and round to get there.

Great customer service and results on custom framing .Recently had custom framing done on two irreplaceable embroidered pieces. Jim in the custom framing department was SO helpful and knowledgeable .Jason, district manager, happened to be there and also got involved saving us considerable cost by his frame suggestion .Will go back for more custom framing and recommend highly.

No help around, had to go find someone for everything. Helpful after we found them

Every time i go here i feel like there are tons of employees but no one to help. They are either resetting shelving, standing around talking, or stocking. I have no qualms asking for help but these people dont seem to understand that customer service is part of their jobs and just ignore you. The cashiers are usually slammed and they rarely open additional lanes to move customers along faster. I love crafting so its sad they dont do more to make you want to go back.

I like this store, I just wish it was a bit better organized. Other Michaels seem to have things all in the same place. This one has its own unique layout making it difficult to find things. And sometimes things arent even in the same place twice.
