So much fun!!!! Wednesday night bluegrass... Locals that bring their instruments, take turns playing, and have terrific fun doing it. And the food is good, too! Rustic, down home, absolutely loved it!!! Oh, and the two ladies at the table next to us actually gave us their table because there were two of them and four of us and they thought we might like some additional space...a total wow of an evening ️

You cant be in this area without visiting the Bean Depot. Historic old Florida at its original best. Visit the museum in the back, watch the video. The fish nuggets is a treat and some real nice burgers. Beer is always cold.

Its rustic and historic and has a certain backwoods charm. Most of the seating is outside and the stage sits right up on the edge of the swamp. The food is tastey and always served hot. My only complaint is the bugs, which I know cant really be helped since we are sitting outside at the edge of a swamp in the early evening eating food and drinking soda. I leave with bites all over my legs, but otherwise have a pretty good time.

Cute little restaurant in El jobean Florida truly is a hideaway! Not only was the food good the prices are very reasonable service was great. Its located in a historical Old Post Office. The setting was nice with live music in the background. My husband and I were there on a Friday night we had a lot of fun really enjoyed it in our food was great! Looking for outdoor music in a unique spot Id recommend the Bean Depot!

Went with wife and baby tonight for the bluegrass jam. Cozy little place, the music was great...and oh, the special of the night was a pulled pork sandwich, that just melted in your mouth. Just the way mama always made it. Fair price, and a short block walk to a beautiful view of the river on a well crafted wood pier. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something new for the family.

What a quirky little place. If you are looking for a old Florida spot, this is it. Nestled among the trees at the base of El Jobean bridge this little hidden gem should be explored at least once. The Wait staff was welcoming and very patient with us.Food was fine mostly hotdog and roadside fare. But the history was worth the stop, these old Florida stops are not going to be around forever so please stop in and enjoy.

Best White Bean and Chicken soup I EVER ate in my life! My boyfriends Blackened Fish Sandwich was to die 4! Cole Slaw and all Sides Home Made! We got there before they opened and the owners had ZERO problem entertaining us for an hour till they opened! Really neat place! Lots of History here! Dont miss this hidden gem! Youll thank me!

They have music on occasion and Ive heard the burgers are the best havent tried them yet but I plan on it they also say they have the great fish dinner real cute mom-and-pop type place

Let me just say this. BEST FISH IN THE AREA. Such a fun little hole in the wall. We been coming here for 11 yrs. Anytime we have friends down, if we head to the beaches in that direction we stop by Bean Depot.

People very friendly placed order for 5 people, cool was not available so had a substitute, tried hard but orders were messed up!

Food was okay. Place was quite rustic which scared some from ordering. We were a group so food delivery was very slow. I will not be going back.

Is ok is old and in the woods but I think you can do better. Get a cheap blue tooth and load an application with nice music instead of a radio station with a thousands of commercials. Also in home depot you can get a bug spray to apply before customers arrive. You will be protecting your customers from big ants, spiders, flyes and more bugs that falls in the food and all the chairs.My bean depot chili dog has a mushy bread and Campbells chili beans.A place with su much potential also ruined by the unfriend waitress that appears rush helping only 3 tables. And take the time to clean sits.It would be nice if you mention food comes with lays chips.No respect to consumers.
