Ill tell ya...Michaels is my new favorite store! I could literally stay in there looking for hours, and if I had $1000 to spend in there, Id absolutely have no problem doing that at all! Because of this store, at 54-years-old, Ive discovered how much I love making things for my home and they have such amazing sales! If youve never been to Michaels yet...stop reading this and go right now! These are a couple inspiration photos I took while I was there today so I can make a Hallween wreath this year!

Clean, organized and well stocked. Staff is friendly. The only recommendation I have is more o. The floor for customer assistance if needed. Overall great experience.

Love this store, but the staff is very poor when it comes to curbside service. Ive had to go back to the store multiple times when Ive arrived home only to find out that they didnt give me my entire order despite my reminding them I had multiple orders. I wont go into the store anymore because they do not enforce their own mask policy.

Had to go there because of several attempts to make a purchase online using my phone... failed as their app kept changing the numbers I wanted & the amounts. And, when I went to the store, what I was looking for had sparse stock. Will find a different craft store to shop as this 1st time experience left a poor impression on me.

As a kid, I thought Michaels was boring. Now that Im an adult, I actually find it a rather cool place. I have gotten more into crafting, mostly floral arranging, and Michaels has almost everything you would need for a project. They are pricey but the quality is worth it. Also the coupons are plentiful and very useful in bringing down the final cost.

This store needs to re-evaluate their customer service & management staff. Erin was ask for assistance looking for an item, she was so inconvenienced she barely cared to answer my question. I ask another associate standing next to her, Casey, for assistance she immediately went out her way to first try to find the item in addition to providing great customer service. She also went to management to further assist. It’s sad that a new associate is more valuable than someone that’s supposed to be a seasoned associate. I received excellent service when Paul was there, he will truly be missed. Sean (the manager) energy was equally as poor as Erin. Very disappointing!! I’d take my chances at Sarasota next time.

Ive always loved this store for my crafting hobbies. I love scrapbooking and drawing, lots of options and mediums to choose from for each of my hobbies.

They always seem to have something. Whether I go for a purpose or just to look at whats new, I always find something for either fun with the kids, or to go with a project, or just a little home decor.

A little pricy but you can always find what you need

I love this place! My son and myself go here quite often. There is so much to choose from. We like to get the minister doll house items for his projects. We also get painting supplies. Anything I can think of and more in one spot. Sign up for email coupons too.

The items for sale are easy to find, the employees are friendly so the store gets top marks.The issue is with parking, in order to fit into their parking spaces you cant be driving anything larger than a golf cart, or you will have a difficult time opening the car doors.I suppose you could just drive your convertible here, but then you have to Dukes of Hazard your way in and out of your car.

I needed embroidery floss in 3 colors and knitting needles. I had to get aluminum size 4 because they were out of bamboo size 4 but the clerk had a coupon for me to use. I appreciated that.

You can get craft supplies pretty easily anywhere these days, but not staff this polite. Theyre knowledgeable, and dont mind if you have a lot of questions. They also look out for you, too! The cashiers are great at reminding you about coupons; specifically on their website, which I always forget to check.They also have a wonderful selection of sketchbooks and markers, more so than I expected. Great place to shop!

In our area Michaels is one of those dangerous stores where I try to leave my credit card in the car before I go inside. They carry a vast selection of products for all manner of arts and crafts. You always find what youre looking for and then some.

Great art supplies and accessories

This Michaels store was a bit of a disappointment. Ive been in several Michaels store in Michigan, that I would rate 5 stars. This one is really barely a 3. I visited on January 5, 2020. The store was nearly empty, 1 or 2 other customers. Many shelves were in disarray, there were items on the floor. I saw several employees out on the floor, none of them said hello offered help. They were busy talking to each other. I went into the restroom and thought I was transported to crappie has station! It was filthy! I think Ill stick with Hobby Lobby!

Best place for arts and crafts

Store always seems to be in a disarray. Paper crafting supplies dwindling. Tim Holtz merchandise is almost none existent. Pretty disappointing in paper crafting selection.

Great prices and only store I could find a yarn I needed to finish a baby blanket!!! Love all the sales ️ too! Friendly clerks too!!!

None of the young kids went out of there way to help. All I needed was the size of frame and they would not look up my paid order to let me know after giving my full name and giving them the description of the very patient women that helped us Saturday 2 days prior. She was amazing. Spent at least 30 min. Showing me different mat colors. Was very patient and never complained about. Helped make me decide what color would work with my fine art with no huffing and rolling of eyes as the other kids gave me. There was a young man, and one Hispanic young girl and a caucation young girl. No effort to try to help. They were to preoccupied to even care. Lady that checked me out up front was so nice. She offered to get a cart so I could bring all my things to the car.

Didnt find seam tape I was looking for. But didnt matter, returned pants.

They got good frames for cheap prices. And good furniture also.

Always have what I need and if they dont they do whatever possible to make sure you get it even if it needs to be ordered. Highly recommended..

Just visited this past weekend and it was insane in there. Very disorganized and hard to find anything we wanted. The cashier was not very friendly either--she made a mistake and acted as if it was our fault.

Good sales always and friendly staff. If you dont have a coupon, ask for one at the register.

Ordered online and picked up at the store thinking it would be quicker as I needed to run many errands that day. The online app was easy to use, however the store experience was not good. I had to go to the back of the store to the frame department to retrieve my order. Once there I had to wait for the only associate working to finish with a lengthy frame order before she could retrieve my already paid for 1 item. Will not do an online order from Michaels again.
