Me and my SO love the store. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Chris was very prompt to ask us if we needed help with anything. Once we left the store I realized my wallet was missing, after calling the store to see if it was left at the counter, Chris walked outside and found my wallet in the parking lot. I dont think J and J understand what a gem they have in Andrea. She is kind, respectful, professional, and knows her product. I have been in twice now and she remembered what she helped me find the first time, inquired about an event I discussed with her, and took the time to make human connection. I enjoy coming in and seeing her. J and J needs to make sure they dont let this one get away!

Chris was an amazing associate. Not only did we get along with our military stories he was so helpful and fun to talk to. I don’t recall the woman’s name who was there today working with him but she was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was looking for as well. She was so sweet and funny. All in all it was the experience I needed. Normally people are embarrassed to enter these specific types of stores but the opposite here. I went in to this store looking for a gift for my girlfriend. Whole this store didnt have the size I was looking for Andrea took the time to call another location to see if they had it in stock. I went to the other location a few days later and there she was! Andrea is such a delight and really seems invested in her work!!!

I have been to two different locations recently and I was helped by Andrea at this one. The store is nice and clean and Andrea was super helpful and knew exactly where the item I was looking for was located. So nice to come in and be greeted and helped instead of wandering aimlessly and being overwhelmed by choices.

Chris is amazing he always helps me when I come into the Port Charlotte store or the Punta Gorda one. If I ever need any help he’s right there and he always sells me the BEST products. If I need to see anything or have any questions he makes me feel very comfortable. He definitely makes going into the store easy and a fun shopping experience! I would recommend him 10 out of 10.

Very friendly store with health/safety conscious staff and a large selection of cool stuff. Initially, the two staff members made sure I was wearing a mask (I already was) and then they orientated me to the stores layout and asked if I was looking for something in particular (I wasnt). Chris offered to answer any questions but he wasnt hovering or aggressive, in fact pretty chill... he was very knowledgeable, open, and non-judgmental. I left the store with a purchase in hand that was based on his suggestion. I was not disappointed later on that day. He also recommended I check out the other store in Punta Gorda, which I did the next day. I will be going back.

Came in yesterday with a good friend of mine looking to get a couple of outfits and toys. The couple that walked in before us WERE NOT told to show their IDs but as soon as we walk in, instead of being greeted at least, we are told we need to show identification. I am clearly 23 weeks pregnant so this already rubbed me the wrong way. Right after a couple of females walk in and are greeted politely but ARE NOT ASKED TO SHOW ID. If you’re going to check identification, at least do it consistently to not make others feel singled out.

Make sure u get the right size lingerie when u go here, my boyfriend bought me the wrong size, it said M/L but im a S/M. It was too big for me, I didnt even use it, the next day we tried to exchange it with the receipt stateing when it was purchased the day before, and they said no. Knowing i dont even look like a size Large. I didnt even want his money back just to exchange for my right size, Smh . I went in this store today to look around and possibly purchase somthing, and the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by an extremely rude womans voice shouting LADIES!! IDS PLEASE????!!!!!!! I thought, my god, how about saying Welcome girls, I just need to see your ids. Nothing like getting screamed at the minute you walk into a store. Makes me just want to buy buy buy!
