Food is good, but communication is bad. They’ve gotten our order wrong three times, and they’ve been closed? Or changed hours? Nothing on their door or social media on whether or not they’re open, or when they’ll be opening back up.

Very relaxed and fun environment. The service was very good and quick. I ordered quite a few tacos from their kitchen and while it took a little longer than I would have liked they were exceptionally delicious. Ultimately they get five stars for the food not necessarilly the bar aspect.

Fun and casual with great food. Try the Guinness Steamers. Monday night open night fun night with $5 steak burgers with fries!

The music is good. People actually like to dance. Hard to get a requested song played though. Food is yum but there is one bartender who Im always disappointed to see on weekends, his drinks are terrible and I try not to order from him.

Great food, atmosphere can be hit or miss. Wish they would answer the phone sometimes for take out orders. Especially when it appears to be dead on a Tuesday.

Great place for live music, trivia night, and food/beer on tap. They also have the local brews. We had the local Seattle cider and it was great. Their wings and tacos are excellent. I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely a go to!

Definitely reminds my of a whole in the wall bar from my hometown. Its a feeling from home but also not perfect. Service was great, food was great, music was great and my husband and I even played pool!

I had fun there and it felt pretty open. Food was good, beer selection, was decent, and they have a well balanced honey mustard. I deducted points because later in the night after leaving a friend noticed I smelled like I cooked the food you know what I mean fry cooks get a distinct smell after a shift and I shouldnt have been able to absorb that smell from outside the kitchen.

A quaint but not too small of a bar, and my bartender that evening was Macy (Macie?) who was super nice and helpful! Great prices, too! I had 3 IPAs, (and the chefs special for the day, which was a sloppy jordan, sooo freakin good) all for a total of 25 bucks! Come on, right! Awesome.

Nine 9! First and foremost, I have to say the staff here keep bringing me back. Then, the other patrons have become friends. I come here to drink my calories in the evening, but I recently arrived earlier and ordered a bunless burger that was super tasty beef and the salad was without croutons... perfect!!I was so hungry I forgot to photo the meal, but the plating was on point as well.

Had the BLT on the pretzel bun all the bacon was totally overcooked and burned, would have sent it back if it hadnt taken an hour and a half to get our order. This use to be one of my favorite places to eat, not now it is sad how far down hill this place has gone...

Food was great, bartender was nice... but my wife and I got food poisoning so there is that. Might go again.

Fun dive bar. Cheap drinks, good bar food, usually good music and a 75¢ pool table. Dont have high expectations for the building, bathrooms, and fellow patrons.

I never leave reviews and typically enjoy dive bars, but the Service was really bad. Bar was completely untended for maybe half of the 2 hours timeframe there. Need to give John Taffer a call. SHUT IT DOWN.

Bar N9ne is a great place to be at Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. I think its all ages until 9pm if my memory serves me right. I recommend going on Thursday night if youre a steak lover. They have a steak special for about $5. You can get whiskey and a steak for under $10! What else is better than that?! Great nachos too, you get a huge plate for $8. Drinks are regularly priced for a small town bar. Good place to drink, eat and shoot some billiards!

Great drinks, amazing food! Haley made a fantastic white Russian and the pulled pork burger and the pub fries were to die for! Will be back for sure next time were in Port Angeles.

Pretty chill, and divey. But, who garnishes their tomato soup with bacon? I personally am not complaining, but my veg friend wasnt stoked about it.

Great local spot in Port Angeles! My brother and I went there for the Wednesday wing $0.25 wing deal. Definitely a local spot that caters to locals, but is friendly to visitors. I’d go back.

Bean tocos were to my liking. It took awhile because they double my order. They graciously gave the order we didnt order for free. New special or new personnel? It was quite, Homey atmosphere and old town feel to it. My friend loved the pork tocos. Tasty he said.

Love to come out on a slow night... staff is 10x more attentive...... not just at this bar.. but most places I go have a drink.. other places.. even if its busy I get acknowledged... that gesture will keepe coming.... couple of times at this bar when it was busy... bartender walked by me like 5 times... ... and I get that they get busy... which is good business.. but just let your clients know you have noticed them... even if you come back 10 min later...

We came on karaoke night pleasant surprise decent singers. My Porter was perfect, my wife had a soda. I enjoyed the best burger Ive had on the peninsula

Hey at 2 am and they serve food thats a plus, the late night menu was pretty grim but passable; what was disappointing was the service. I just hate that feeling that you are a major inconvenience in the staffs day.

Pictures and rating show a much better picture than the real deal. I bet this could be a fun place and is a more local hangout. More of a bar and entertainment location that happens to service food than a true restaurant. Reasonable prices but a louder atmosphere for families going to dinner etc

Friendly atmosphere, great food and drinks, great location, and the biggest TV screen in Port Angeles (like 12-feet!) great for watching sports.

My girlfriend and I stopped in here on a Friday. It was early so not all that busy. Sat at the bar for 20+ minutes waiting to order drinks. Finally told bartender we had been there for over 20 minutes and nobody has taken our order. Bartender with a snide ton says you havent been waiting no 20 minutes. Guy was a punk!! Found out later he was either the owner or manager. Wont go back and wouldnt recommend this scuz hole to anyone.

What an exceptionally friendly, welcoming staff that made me feel like I had been a patron of theirs for years. Great food and drinks with a very comfortable atmosphere. While I just recently moved to the area, I enjoyed my first experience there soo much, this is the only bar that I will be patronizing. . I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone.

Poor service. Sat at a table for 15 minutes and no one came. Went to that bar and asked for a menu. Sat back down and still no one came to greet us or take a order. Not in pressed. We left.

Came here on a Monday early evening. Place was empty but staff was GREAT. Bar food was above average. Pizza was extremely cheesy. Would definitely visit again.

They have good food for a good price. The staff could be quicker with taking orders but besides the lines everything is really good here.

Used to be the best bar in town, but then all the other ones remodeled. Bar N9ne has not kept up. Its a total dive. The trivia nights can be okay, and their steak dinner is surprisingly not bad. But unless youre looking for a dive bar, there are better options in town. Try the metta room, or station 51.

Food was awful. Cant comment on the quality of drinks served since we didnt have any. The nachos looked like they were bought from Walmart and microwaved in house. The oysters were old and stank like beer. Terrible experience. Also, my husband had diarrhea the night of the meal...wish we hadnt wasted our money or time here.

Stopped here on the way to Olympic because I love tasting local beer and food. Service was worst Ive ever had and bartender overcharged us $20 more than the price she originally stated. Any other establishment would adjust their mistake but she processed the payment willingly knowing it was theft. I will make sure to return to Barhop Brewing or station 51 next time as the service, food, and beer is far superior, plus it doesnt require a call to your bank afterwards
