Beer had large variety of flavors, all of which I enjoyed very much. Coffee stout was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and being able to play retro games at your table is a must for nerds and hipsters. Very underrated location for Pontiac nightlife!

This brewery was a pleasant suprise. We walked in and were shocked that every table had an old school gaming system on it. Some had Super Nintendo, some N64... I saw Mario Party, Mario Kart, Zelda, etc etc... a cool way to wait for your food!Once we did receive our food, we ordered more. The portions were a bit small but the flavor and quality was exceptional. Everything was very reasonably priced. Seriously considering coming by again despite the long drive.

This brewery has great beer and cider options. Cozy little spot for a date or a group of friends to play board games or old school games on the screens at the tables. Enjoyed a flight of beers each, there wasnt anything I didnt like. They hold classes here too where they teach you how to brew your own hops at home!

A very unique experience indeed. It’s a very cool concept and different feel to a brewery with the “science project” feel. The beer selection was a touch lackluster but the beers we did have was very enjoyable. I love the old school gaming consoles set up at the tables and the tacos were dynamite. Overall this place deserves 5 stars for the unique ambiance and entertainment. Oh, and service was top notch.

Really liked the retro game consoles. The beer was also great. The service was nice but scattered. We were told we could sit and they would take our order and then after we sat someone else said we had to order at the bar...confusing.

Delicious, well made brews as well as dank af tacos/nachos. I enjoyed my mini quesadilla and my partner loved the nacho cheese. Highly recommend checking out this gem of an establishment. You will not be disappointed.

If you like unique brews, tacos, and a chill atmosphere filled with friendly people, this is the place for you! Love the added touch of retro video games and vinyl records playing overhead to keep all audiences entertained. Open Mic Night on Thursdays is another bonus as well! This is by far my favorite spot in Pontiac.

Highly recommend this brewery! They always have interesting beers on tap and it has a really cool laid back feel. High quality and well thought out beers, not just standard styles. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and its cool that they have the retro consoles available.

Surprisingly good. Normally micro / nano-breweries might have one or two decent beers and the rest are bad to horrible. Complete opposite at exferimentation. Every beer I tried was outstanding. Authentic flavors, but not too sweet, too sour or too hoppy. The beers were incredibly flavorful, but all smooth and tasted like they should. Beyond impressed, very well done beers. Make you stop here when in Pontiac, well worth it. Cheers!

Decent selection, decent food, nice atmosphere and vibe. The view inside is clean and nice, but in a strip mall like a lot of the new breweries around. Has games which was awesome, but the beer just didnt have a selection for everyone. Its not a busy city thought so not bad overall. Never had a wait which is nice as well.

Great experimental small batch beers. They brew beers youve never seen or even imagined. As experimental beers, sometimes the taste of the same beer varies from one batch to the next. Their food menu is also unique, and has expanded since their opening. The place has a funky vibe altogether. You havent been to a place like this before.

Good beer depending on the time of the year. Beer prices are a little high compared to other breweries in the area but the vibe inside is amazing. fun video games and board game for a night of fun!

They have amazing options on their menu also not so confusing while looking at it. The ambience of the restaurant is so awesome and peaceful.

This place has really unique and delicious brews! They also have mouth-watering gourmet style dogs and sausages with chips - served on a chopping block. The atmosphere is very laid back. We went on a Wednesday and it was retro game night. They had every type of vintage video game and board game available for the patrons - most of whom were playing. Very cool indeed! We will be back.

They have an amazing cider and sour. Next time I plan on trying more but I am sure I will not be disappointed. Great brews, great atmosphere.

I really used to like Exferimentation. I usually visit every six months, but sadly over the past two years things have gone downhill. The beer is amazing but smaller changes are making the place worse and pushing business to the Filmore nextdoor. Menu changed from phenomenal hot dogs to reasonably good paninis and now pretty bad tacos. Staff is unenthusiastic and always seem bored. A huge difference compared to the Filmore 13 nextdoor.

This is my favorite brewery in Michigan. These guys are passionate yet friendly, they make beer that is innovative yet enjoyable, and the atmosphere here is world-class yet so Pontiac. They are at the forefront of the revitalization of downtown Pontiac, and theyre one of my favorite things about living here. Dont miss it!

Man, you can vape hard up in this spot. Theyre super vape friendly. I was ripping big vapes right at the bar, on the couches, in the bathroom, at random tables, etc. The beer was pretty good and the food was legit. My boy TJ even brought his own records (bassnectar) and they let us play them....as loud as we wanted. 10/10, would vape here again, tell your friends!

They were out of some menu items, but the food they had was awesome, the beer was awesome, and it was a cool atmosphere! You can play snes, nes, Sega, or n64 at the different tables.they had a band playingivr music later on, 9pm or so, good music too. I would definitely come back! The beer again was awesome, one of the better breweries Ive been to in awhile.....Id say the standout beer was Battle Royale.

Got our top favs. and bought our group hors doeuvres, kinda reasonable and pricy but very worth it...so fancy in pontiac..so really it was hipster in pontiac if thats what youre looking for haha. We sat at a table/salvaged door and chatted up while playing cards, board games and retro Nintendo games while vinyl spinning behind the bar. Very chill atmosphere. The staff is so nice, very welcoming, helpful and patient.
