First off, I want to say the casino staff, that work on Friday nights, are amazing. They are so cheerful and helpful in anything you might need. The evening floor manager that worked on 07/31 went to the ends of the earth to make sure we were taken care of. We frequent casinos around Oklahoma often and this is by far our favorite. They also have an amazing Player’s Club hostess that personally called me after I signed up and offered me free play. They definitely take care and appreciate their guests.The front desk ladies at the hotel are also so cheerful. Checking in was a breeze and breakfast was complimentary. Our room was clean, smelled great and was very close to the casino floor. The rooms are spacious with a separate area with a small couch and tv. I do recommend bringing your own blanket or requesting extras if you get cold easily. The blanket was a bit thin for me but bed and pillows were comfortable. They have a little gas station attached for late night snacks or anything else you might need.

Good place to stay, has gas station, convenient store, has a restaurant however its closed for COVID. If you are only coming for the experience of gambling then good, otherwise the machines here are very tight, your odds of winning are very low compared to any other casinos I have visited around the country.

The hotel was nice and clean. They even were cleaning all the slot machines and tables. The pool and hot tub was very relaxing. Unfortunately due to covid their was no dinner being served at the restaurant part but they did have it open for breakfast.

Osage Casino is a great place to take a spontaneos leap with a friend or two. Late night arrival is even better if you like light crowds and enjoy more of a personal comfort if you will. I say lets go to the Osage Casino!

Very nice rooms and beds.... really sucks there is no roulette tables. Breakfast is amazing but would suggest closing of dining area from gaming floor. Between the noise and the god awful smell of cancer in the air it was hard to eat. Lots of questionable types wondering around the floor... watch your o use or wallet.

Not congested with many people, have great machines, and the staff are very cordial. Clean and the ventilation is great for clean air for non smokers.

I wasnt really thrilled about my visit. When I ask for something to drink the security guard who was the only one I saw didnt even acknowledge that I have spoke to her. She did get someone to come and take my order. And if your Players Club card is not a certain color they charge you a dollar for a drink and before covid the drinks for free. I just believe that everyone should be treated equally.

I love their drink selection at the gas station. You can always find something new youve never had before. I love it!

Best place to stay in ponca city, hands down. Outdoor pool is beautiful and breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable and the showers were fantastic. Highly recommend

Helpful staff, Not enough machines and needs to be cleaned bad. Also reeks of cigarettes and marijuana. I dont reccomend coming here if you have breathing issues.

Good service, the only thing I wasnt thrilled about is the breakfast it could use a lot of improvement.

Its clean, but the machines are RIGGED tight they DO NOT pay out at all hardly BEWARE if you have a problem with gambling you will lose all your cash. NEVER EVER coming back to this casino.

Very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful, comfortable rooms. A special shout-out to Courtney who served us at the bar. She was so friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The girl who checked us in was very helpful too. We think her name was Stormie. We highly recommend this place.

They never have a waitress walking around. It takes forever to get a drink at the bar. Not to mention all the crack heads they have walking around. You dont feel safe walking to your car.

We were traveling through Ponca City with our RV and decided to stay and play here. We we visiting with friends after supper prior to going into the casino. Security came out and told us we could not visit and could not park there and would have to leave. They said no over night stays and we could only park if we were going into the Casino. Needless to say we were disappointed and went back to 7 Clans for the night.

Didnt win anything. Casino was relatively small. They have good drinks.

Treat the employees like garbage unless theyre tribal.

We spent our 14th night of a 15-day road trip at the Osage Casino Hotel in Ponca City. We stayed in some nice hotels, we’ve stayed in some historic hotels, we’ve stayed in lodges and cabins. But, pound for pound, what you get for the money, the Osage Casino Hotel in Ponca City, OK was the nicest place we stayed during our entire trip. The front desk service was great, the luxury suite was very nice, with a living room and bedroom, with two TVs. Plenty of plugs for everything. Awesome, large shower, nice desk, a Keurig coffee maker. A very good, reasonably priced, restaurant. I had the fried shrimp and catfish combo, and most catfish restaurants aren’t this good. Free breakfast also comes with the room. And, I’m not talking about your typical hotel breakfast, I’m talking about a sit-down, order off the menu, made as you order, real breakfast. Top notch all the way! And, let me remind you, this is all for less than $100 a night!

I try to judge a casino on how long I can play on $20. I dont ever expect to bring anything home from any casino. I was able to play for a couple hours at this casino.

I was able to stay at this facility on a few occasions. Extremely nice, clean and modern room. 2 Tvs, 2 mini fridges, safe for valuables and much more. Check it out, you wont be disappointed!!!!

The $10 wings special as a football special is more expensive than their regular wing price. They cost $1/each and you have to get a house beer (9 bands) which is ok. The wings come with a celery stick or two, would be nice to have some fries to make up for the special price

I am on my way to pick up my sister from the Oklahoma City airport and we are stopping along the way to check out the Casinos. And I won 378. On a 60¢ bet. Then I won 108. On the machine next to me. And we also ate breakfast here and the food was delicious and the portions were huge. I will be coming back.

This place is HORRIBLE! Machines need a little investigating!

Fun little casino set up. Like any casino if you go expecting to win and dont you hate it, go expecting to lose ya do and hate it, go expecting to have fun and take just what you can afford to lose and love it. Hotel and restaurants seem nice as well as the convenience store but never stayed overnight or eaten there yet. Update: Was given an overnight stay and took advantage of it while on a fishing trip around the area and rooms are very nice and breakfast in the restaurant was excellent.

Dirty, old slots, hardly any attendants, tightest slots EVER. I wont be back.

Awesome place to hang out with friends, grab a bite to eat, drink at the bar or just try your luck on the machines.

Machine was definitely tight!, unusual that no one greeted me like they usually do. The employees seemed like they were all upset like as if they had all been written up. Usually they stop by and ask if I would like something to drink or if I was doing alright, but not this time around. It took over 15 minutes of standing at the bar to get waited on just to order a couple of beers. I was beginning to wonder if the bar keep went to go get yeast, hops, barley, dig a well for water and was fermenting the mash to male their own brewski. It was very disappointing to see so many employees walking around empty handed when they could have been helping customers. Ashtray were full-length you could find one, and empty drink cups were next to nearly every machine and even in stacks and full of cigarette butts due to lack of ash trays.$4/beer was a bit extreme considering that a 6 pack across the street at another convenience store is less than $7. Past visits in contrast is shocking in comparison when it was just as packed with people and much cleaner and the casino employees were much busier and polite. There was vastly room for improvement on tonights experience. I seriously hope the casino administration see this, and do something about it.
